The hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly and answered all my questions about the surrounding area, the free breakfast was actually good compared to most hotels. I will definitely stay here again

Good breakfast, great location. Beds are too soft and window curtains can't close all the way because of the A/C unit right below the window. Room might be too bright for those who like to sleep in complete darkness. Since bed comfort is utmost important to me, I'll only rate this 3 stars.

We had a great time! The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and we had a great time swimming. We will go back.

The rooms were nice however our non-smoking room smelled like stale ciggarettes. The indoor pool was nice and warm and my kids really enjoyed it. The only trouble we had was how paper thin the walls are. Got a few complaints on my kids being loud and also had to call in on the people above us. Would go back if I needed too!

I think we were upgraded ... I did not know that county inn had a suite...we had a sitting room separate from the bedroom. Very nice and very handy. The breakfast was also better than other country inn's that I have been to. On the whole a very positive experience.

Can be hard to see from the loop but in a good location. The breakfast buffet is very good. Pool and hot tub were very clean.

Nice, clean, comfortable. We didn't have a chance to visit the breakfast, but I heard it's great. We did have 1 problem, we stayed in 139, we had hot water that night, but not in the morning. My wife was quite upset, as you can imagine. The front desk did offer to let her use the room next door, but we didn't have time.

Only stayed there 1 night, but that was more than we needed to see that this was an outstanding hotel. Indoor, heated pool on a winter night, and plenty to eat for breakfast, what else do you need?!

Staff was very nice and room was very clean. My only concern was the really loud air conditioner.

There were a lot of plumbing noises. It could have used more countertop space next to the sink. We had a lovely, clean room and a very nice hot breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. It was handy on a main highway.

This hotel was very nice, the staff at the front desk was friendly, helpful and polite. The one bedroom suite was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I rented 3 rooms for my family. One room's heater was malfunctioning and they immediately moved us to another room and apologized for any inconvenience. The rooms were all very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Very nice- a little bit of a distance from Canton , but not too bad. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby. A little hard to locate from the road the first time and after dark. Would stay here again.

Really liked the atmosphere here. Breakfast was great. More hot foods than some competing hotels. Hotel was a little hard to locate, but once found was very simple to get in and out of. Would go back.

Loved the Location close to everything, Check in was Fast, Room was Clean and beautiful, loved the queen beds sleep like a baby, Lots of parking near room had a great stay, I am booking another stay with Country Inn and Suites in College Station this weekend, we liked it so much. Thanks

Excellent hotel in the south Tyler area. Last time I stayed at a cheaper hotel in central Tyler and it was ok, but online reviews say the cluster of hotels in central Tyler are subject to a high rate of auto breakins. Decided to spend a bit more and play it safe here. Great choice - lots of good restaurants nearby. We walked across the street to Cheddar's […] and there is also a Mexican restaurant right on the hotel driveway. Very nice lobby with an open stairyway (or of course an elevator#. One of the best free breakfasts I have ever seen. Friendly desk clerk #who even called the room after I checked in to make sure everything was ok). This hotel would be my first choice if I ever return to Tyler. Les mer

This is a nice hotel for the price. The rooms were clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was great with a nice variety. However, I have stayed at this hotel several times and have noticed a slight downward trend of a few things. The pool was not as well kept as it used to be....it was slimy on the walls. Also, the hot tub doesn't bubble anymore...we […] were told that the thing that makes it bubble had broken and since they had had complaints by some of the guests that it was too bubbly...they just didn't replace it. Really? That just doesn't ring true to me. Also, no more free cookies in the lobby. I will admit these are trifling. I am just hoping that the downward trend doesn't continue as it seems to with so many other hotels these days. Overall a very nice hotel. Les mer

Very nice hotel. A bit difficult to find the driveway off Broadway. Once you find it though it's a great place to stay

Great staff, very quiet, excellent breakfast. Asked for room remote from pool---room was as far away from pool as possible--could not have been better overall.

Very pleasant place to stay. Of course I find with most hotels the soundproofing could be better. The staff was friendly and they even called the room shortly after I got in to make sure everything was okay.

The hotel was well kept with everything working in the room. The services provided were terrific. including the workout center. Breakfast was top shelf. Not just breads and pastry but also eggs, ham and potatoes. Also had plenty of other items to choose from.

This hotel is an excellent value. We were in town for a weekend and wanted a budget priced hotel with a hot breakfast. The hotel met or exceeded our requirements as it was extremely clean, the room was spacious and updated, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. We did not realize that the hotel seems to be in the middle […] of Tyler's restaurant row as there are probably 50 restaurants within a mile radius. There is also a great hike-and-bike trail about a quarter of a mile from the hotel, for a run in the morning or to walk off all that great restaurant food. Les mer
