"Won't stay again"
We had reservations, but arrived very late that night. There was not a single parking space. We drove around the side and had no way to even turn around - had to back out around trucks with trailers that took up 4-5 parking spaces each. The front desk told us to park in the handicapped parking because everyone had already checked in. The next morning […] our car had a nasty note on the windshield. The front desk clerk didn't care at all and Smiled when we told her. This was not the first time we've had the problem there, so we will not stay there again. Why would they not have enough spaces for full occupancy? They were cheap, but not worth getting our car ticketed or vandalized. Les mer

"wi fi service"
The rooms were nice, hotel was clean, really didn't care for the bird yelling, but we were on the 3rd floor and never heard it in our room. The bed was comfortable enough. Room was clean. The only complaint I really have is their WIFI service was complimentary,which was great, but you could hardly get the wifi on your computer.
The walls were very thin and you could hear your neighbor sneeze and we had to encounter a group of intoxicated individuals that kept us awake all night. I strongly would not recommend staying at this hotel, don't get me wrong it was a beautiful hotel even better than some of the Marriotts I have stayed in, however if you want to sleep without hearing […] your neighbors then this hotel is not the one. I booked a room with king size bed and got a double ded instead. It was uncomterable to sleep in.

Hotel is somewhat new, only being a few years old. I've stayed there many times, and have never had a problem with it. Rooms are nice enough, and beds are comfortable.

The room was very clean, was not the suite as pictured when I booked, but still very nice, employees were nice, alittle out of town but not that far

The location was good. The room rate was reasonable. The room was not ready until an hour after the 2:00 check in time. The room was clean, but very small and cramped. The breakfast was very poor. The make-it-yourself waffles were the only thing that was fresh. The coffee, eggs, biscuits, etc. were stale and not edible. The staff seemed disorganized […] and overwhelmed, but friendly enough. The only problem that we had was the hot tub was out of order. Otherwise we were very satisfied. The people were very helpful and friendly.

Someone had our room decided didn't want it however they decided to use it and laid on bed trash in trashbasket. Soap used Hotel employee didn't inspect after tenant didn't want the room. Not enough towels and washcloths didn't replenish soap shampoo coffee on a daily basis had trouble with card key
"Nice Hotel"
It was a pretty nice hotel, and I got a good rate for the night and that helped. My only complaints are that the room walls were a bit thin, so I could hear kids running down the hall while I was trying to sleep and that breakfast ends at 9:30, so better get up and head down early.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It's just a stones throw from the campus of SFA where my daughter attends. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a very good hotel at a very reasonable price.

The hotel was nicer than I expected. We were driving through and needed a place to stay overnight and this one worked great. We traveled with pets and this is one of the few where pets were welcome (with a fee).

Had confimred reservbation for this hotel but when I tried to check in I was todl that thye were full and they moved me to a diffferent hotel 3 miles down the road. The hotel I was moved to was old and dirty.

"Breakfast not good"
Overall, the room was great. The only issue we had was the breakfast. Many items ran out and the front desk clerk was left alone to handle check outs and restocking breakfast. Items ran out and he was unable to get them restocked. When food was finally restocked about 30 minutes later, my husband was given a frozen biscut. The "hot breakfast" was not […] in a heated container so everything was cold (eggs, meat, gravy)and left us concerned about food safety. Les mer

We already have plans to stay there next year with more family members that stayed else where this year. The hotel is great and if there were any problems like breakfast was empty by the time we got there 10:00 am we simply asked the front desk and they brought in more. everything was great, we really enjoyed this hotel, we were there 3 nights. Very clean, beautiful room, terrific customer service. We have to go back in january and will definitely stay there again.

I booked the room with a well known website and received an excellant deal. The only problem was the hotel did not guarentee the non smoking room that I booked and ended up in a smoking room. B/C the hotel was new the room was not as bad as far as the smoking part. The hotel was very well kept and pleasant to stay at. The night shift person was great. "Room location"
Previously, we had stayed in the second floor of this hotel and everything was great! This time we discovered the ground level room on the road side of the motel had too much road noise from Highway 59 traffic. I would recommend booking on the second or third floor and if faced with having to be on the ground floor, be sure and have your room in the […] back side of hotel. Otherwise, the only other comment I have is the motel seems to have too little staffing. I only encountered one employee working the front desk and I suppose the dining area. Les mer
