Hvis det var noe vi kunne sette fingeren på var frokosten, den var ikke for norskvennlig. Annars var hotellet ok.

I would appreciate that my comments are copied to the wonderfully friendly and efficient staff that made the stay memorable. Also, the area itself is worth a visit in its own right, with pleasant locality, good shopping and restaurants, and a charmong downtown street on Sanford. This will most certainly be our nest port of entry to the US, since also the airport was a positive experience, which cannot be said about most US airports.

Very nice hotel, easy to get to, nice location next to I4. Polite and nice staff - always smiling! Impeccable rooms - clean and comfortable. I stayed for 3 weeks, and I have nothing bad to report about my stay there.

"great motel Tavares, Fl."
I read the reviews AFTER I booked our room was not sure what we might find when we got there. The room was spotless, close to where we were going ( Boat Show) places to eat close by. Convient store right around the corner, you could walk too. The room was great, no amenedies but I did read what they offerd BEFORE I booked,So I knew what they did and […] did not have in the rooms . we travel with a coffee pot and don't need anything else as far as that goes. 2 people in a room 2 towels but easy to get more if needed. The pool ( seasonaly) closed but in one review saw they said sand was in the pool, well there was a small sand beach area for the kids so that is how the sand got in the pool I am sure. The room was cleaned every day ( we were there 4 days) bed was very comfortable, clean good sheets, vac. every day room cleaned to spotless every day. Ice was right down from our room and it worked I have stayed in places they do not work well. We plan on doing this every year for the boat show and WILL for sure stay here again. We had a table and 2 chairs in our room frig and mic wave it was just perfect! I am glad we stayed and will for sure again and will tell others how great this stay was. thank you Hotels.com for offering this motel. Les mer

"Sad"
This hotel should not be listed on Hotels.com unless they have absolutely dropped all standards. It reminded me of a Motel 6 from 1972. The pool is filled with sand and you get the sense that there is really some shady business going on in the back office. I felt sorry for the girl working the front desk.

One of the worst hotels we've ever booked. There are NO ammenities. A room for 2 has 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, 2 small bath soap bars, a sample of toothpaste. No hand/face towels unless requested, no kleenix, and no extra toilet paper. Rug had not been vacuumed when we checked in, but was vacuumed on the 2nd day. "Needs Renovation"
We were with two other couples. Our room was most definately in need of upgrading, carpet was in need of deep cleaning, but overall the room (for the price) was clean. Of the other two rooms, one was sufficient, the other wasn't quite up to standards. This hotel needs major renovations, sheets were shabby, worn very thin and some small tears, but clean. […] No blanket only the spread. Bathroom was ok, again clean, but needs major renovations. Also there were no hand towels and after reading one other review, I was afraid to ask for any. The only other furniture was a table and 2 stained chairs. So when everyone gathered in our room after dinner, there was not enough seating. I would really like to think that the management would read these reviews and take to heart that they need to upgrade. I probably will not use this hotel again. Les mer
When we 1st arrived and went into the office the manager had insense burning that was so strong my family had to wait outside because of my sons allergies , I have no allergies and it gave me a migrain caus it was so strong. We then checked in and because of the extremely limited parking spaces were told there was additional parking at the convenience […] store next door because the owners of the hotel owned it as well, we then left for a meeting and when we returned there was no parking spaces in the Hotel parking lot so we parked at the convenience store as directed only to be told at 9:30 p.m. at night that we would be towed if we parked there by the same people whom checked us in so we ended up having to park on the sidewalk and take our chances with law enforcement however I did leave a note on the dash for law enforcement so they would know what room I was in if it became an issue . We then decided to take showers before retiring for the night and the shower did not work . When the shower was repaired we went to take showers and then there was no hot water and when we called they told us too many people had taken showers and used it all. We then took cold showers and spent the rest of the night being woke up by the shower faucet running because it was broken. Had to use our own towels because not enough provided in the room.We had paid in advance for 2 days and checked out after one night due to the total inconvenience of the visit and will never stay there again nor recommend it to others. I do not understand why Hotels.com does not check these hotels out before booking rooms to people whom itntrust that they are in decent conditiions but I would suggest that if doing business with these hotels that they hold them to a higher standard since it does reflect bad on Hotels.com as well as the hotel since we trusted you.
