Excellent hotel. Room are clean, bed very comfortable, located inside airport so excellent location if you had to catch the flight early in the morning.

The signs just say hotel, but I was never sure I was walking toward the Marriott. Other than that, a very nice stay. Thanks.

Nice to be able to stay right in the airport for a connecting traveller. The hotel is very tasteful and contemporary modern. Nice big windows and well thought out rooms.

Excellent helpful staff that determined our flight had been cancelled and quickly offered phone numbers and assistance so I could rebook. Rooms ultra modern,clean , quiet and nicely maintained. Restaurant was excellent as well.

It is the best airport hotel ever... American Airlines, United and most US carriers check in booths are practically in the lobby.

While the staff were delightful and the hotel was perfectly located, the room was very disappointing. Considering the 4* price, the cleanliness and upkeep of the room was by far just a 3* or less. Half used bottles of shampoo, hair in the sink, light socket covers missing from the walls, chipped and dirty paint made this stay a very disappointing one. […] Time to make some upgrades Marriott, especially with the high price tag. The convenience of staying at a hotel inside the airport is wonderful! We stayed the night before our trip as the flight was leaving early as well as upon our return as we arrived after midnight. Everything is new and clean and the beds are very comfortable. I am a light sleeper and found it surprisingly quiet given the location. The only criticism […] I would have is regarding the staff on Nov 3rd which was not helpful or particularily friendly. As I was with my elderly mother I asked if we could arrange for some kind of help bringing her to the airline check in (as it is a bit of a walk) and was simply told no, that it was the airlines responsibility not the hotels to do this. I later found out there are wheelchairs available and a staffperson can be reserved to assist if needed. My last question that evening was to confirm that if we arrived after midnight on our return that it was not too late to check in. There was a long pause as if I had asked something ridiculous and was told that of course there is always someone at reception. I deliver training sessions on customer service and it is important that the employees are made to realize it may be someone's first visit and they should be treated in a helpful and frendly manner. It is not only what is said that matters, but the tone and attitude are key. Les mer

Not well organized for 3:00am check out. We had luggages in their storage. Took sometime to find a staff to get them.

Modern, clean lines. Very friendly staff. I was a little surprised though to have a knock on the door from housekeeping at 9:00 AM on a Saturday morning. Fortunately I was already up. Granted, I didn't have the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the doorknob, but this is the earliest I've encountered this.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The size of the room was incredible and the bath room...well...unreal...The design and layout was great. the only negative thing that I have to say is the entrance. We checked in late(early am), but found the front desk very friendly and helpful. The reason we stay here is to dump a bit of jet lag on flights east. The hotel is located right in the terminal-similar to Vancouver-and is close to US departures gates(again similar to YVR) and is very convenient

Excellent place to stay especially if you have an early flight. Get the Bus # 747 to downtown Montreal outside the airport. it is $8 return and runs all night, mostly every 15 minutes. A great stay.

Very good. Only little hick...the bathroom is excellent but the window wall that seperates the bathroom from the bed area is odd. When one goes to the bathroom during the night the whole room is lit....but only little quirk...

Great hotel; great service. Because of premium location (connected to, and walking distance from, the airport terminal), the hotel is pricey. Near-by, good quality hotels, with free airport shuttle buses, are about $100 per night less expensive. Price, aside, though, this is a great hotel, fully appointed for business (meeting rooms, business center, […] etc.). I'd stay there again. Les mer

Perfect hotel for family flying to USA. The Hotel is right on top of the US terminal. Also, the car rental return is just across a walkway. The most spacious room with two double beds to comfortably accommodate a family of four.

We stayed at the Montreal Airport Marriot because of it closeness to the airport bvt we were very impressed with everything at the hotel next time we are in Montreal we will stay here.

Staff seemed a little grumpy. Extra $ for WiFi, Lots of $ per day to park but don"t lose your stub because the hotel staff have no idea who to deal with it. Bathroom wall is glass but only partly shaded and absolutely not sound proofed. Breakfast was great but not included.

We stayed here on our way out of Montreal on an early morning flight and couldn't have enjoyed the stay more. It was a quick walk to the terminal in the morning, no waiting for cabs or shuttles, it's right next to the terminals. The staff were bilingual and very accommodating. We ordered room service and it was prompt, well presented and incredibly […] well priced for an upmarket airport hotel. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends and colleagues. Les mer

Although finding two queens and a bath is impossible in this hotel the staff allowed us to use a second room free of charge so that we could bathe our son in a bathtub. 80-90% of the rooms in the hotel have a shower no bathtub. Bathtubs reside only in the handicap accessible rooms. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent. Service was a little slow […] but we came in after they had officially finished serving breakfast and we were glad they let us come in for the meal. The final touch was the bellhop assisting right up to the gate in the airport. His service was much appreciated and it was extremely helpful to us. Les mer

My stay was very short but the staff was very nice to work with. The only concern I had was my departure was early so I wasn't able to eat before leaving. Would have been nice to get a receipt. Front desk did not have one ready for me. Look forward to my next stay.

Excellently situated hotel for early morning departures. New front desk staff when we arrived after 1:00 a.m.. I had requested room to accomodate 3 people and when we got to our room there was a king size bed only. One of the staff that worked on the floor was very helpful and obtained a cot for us to use. He was much more helpful that the reception […] desk that told us that they were fully booked and that there was nothing that they could do. Unfortunately, we were only there for 2 hours as we had to get up at 4:00 a.m., in order to make our flight departure time. It was a pretty expensive hotel stay for 2 hours! This was not the hotel's fault as our flight in from Ottawa was delayed by 4 hours due to poor weather. Les mer

Loved the hotel- BIG comfy rooms- great bed-0 GREAT view.. the pool is AMAZING..lots of space- the bar in the lobby is perfect with a nice menu.. My only complaint is that the airport parking was WAY to high- so we had to move our car to a different parking lot etc- was sort of exhausting

A very nice hotel width excellent service but the room was extremely cold. The thermostat held at 18 degrees Celsius and could not be changed. Called the front desk to report it and was told to just wait about twenty minutes for it to reach a higher temperature. It never did go any higher. Ended up sleeping with a sweater and socks on.

Great Location for early flight. That's a Marriott Hotel, so nothing to complain about.
