Overall the hotel and the staff were great . Very clean room and comfortable bed. The hallway to the room had a little smell to it , but it was very clean... Great location , within a couple of miles if anything .

"Comfort Suites - Good for an extended stay"
Comfortable, not fancy, hotel. Basic necessities are covered nicely. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Only downside was the fact that they would not hold luggage when we arrived ahead of check-in time without a fee. Given the fact that we were going to be staying for two weeks, this seemed a bit much. Beds were very comfortable, room was […] clean, and exercise facility was both clean and usable. Daily breakfast was simple but good. Hotel well situated to shopping and restaurants in Pearland. Rooms were very quiet; very little noise from hallway, surrounding rooms, or outside. While not one of our needs, we did learn that the hotel will allow pets so long as they are notified in advance. This might be of interest to some potential guests. Les mer

"GOOD PLACE TO STAY"
Overall this was a good place to stay. Breakfast was good and my family really enjoyed themselves. Only negative is I didn't find ESPN on my tv and the traffic on 518 at times was a hassle. Would most likely stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, free breakfast! So glad I made a last minute decision to stay here instead of with family (as much as I love them) when I was under the weather and needed a good night of sleep before Christmas. Ah, peace and quiet... :)

The gentleman at the front desk was helpful, courteous and accomodating. the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks from shopping and restaurants. Rooms comfortable and clean. Plus, the rate was a bargain. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed three nights at this hotel. It was quite comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was quite large with plenty of space and there was a couch and desk area. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The only problem was the curtains in the rooms were very thin and did not provide privacy. Those on the outside could see inside the rooms and at night the street lights filtered in.

Traveling with 3 kids is always a little tough - most hotels say they can accommodate 5, but then we end up on two queen beds, or two full beds and a cot. Not this place. They said on the reservation is was going to be two queen beds and a sofa-bed - that's what they delivered. From check in to check out we were greeted with a smile. The employees at the front desk were always willing to help. The only suggestion I would make is that they broaden their choices for breakfast from day to day, The same types of foods day in and day out can become very monotonous. Overall, stay was good and the area is quiet.
I was in Houston for the football game, the hotel was very clean and very accessible to the interstate. I flew into Hobby which made this hotel more accomodating. The breakfast was good if you enjoy waffles. I would stay there again you can't beat the price.

The hotel is in a convenient location and the room was very clean. The only negative was the young lady working the front desk. She did do her job but it was in a less than professional manner. I did get a great rate, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Everything was perfect. Except the TV channels were not kid friendly at all. Channel 41 - Disney and another cartoonnetwork were 2 kid channels. Both of them didn't work. Said NTSC signal off. My kid was so disappointed with her tv shows. If you are taking kids, please take portable DVD player or some game console to stay peacefully.

We were more than satisfied with our stay here! our room was amazing it was clean I was roomie is comfortable! the staff was great! friendly personable, very understanding! I've had few hotel stays that were as pleasant as this one was, and I do a lot of travelling! Wiil be back the next time I'm in the Pearland area.
