Hotel was very clean and had a modern style.

Excellent hotel

The chair in the King room is the worst I've ever sat in, it was tiny and very uncomfortable. Everything else was really nice, new and worked properly. Breakfast was good and the building was very clean and fancy looking.

Decent place to stay with a welcoming staff

Place was nice. The only huge complaint that I have is the water pressure and shower head is horrible. Have to use the ice bucket to get shampoo and conditioner out of hair.

The motel is nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. However, the evening and morning staff who helped us check in and out were impersonable and cold. The ladies' attitudes ruined an otherwise pleasant experience. For example, it seemed to be an imposition to ask the morning staff to refill the coffee pot; when she did refill the coffee, […] she didn't have the courtesy to let us know it was ready. Les mer

I stay in a hotel at least once a month from Manhattan to San Francisco and everywhere in between. Although it might not have had the opulence of some of the big city hotels it had everything that I am truly looking for. Convenient, Clean, and Quiet. I got the room because the cottage I wanted to rent was booked the first day I was planning on spending in Colorado. Immediately upon entering the room I was a little jealous that I wasn't staying the whole time. This new hotel was very clean and check-in/out was exactly as it should be. However, the air-conditioner was so loud that it woke both my wife and I every time it came on. There was no exhaust vent in the bathroom so any time someone showered, the mirror became unusable. The breakfast buffet area was not well-laid out. It had no room for patrons to […] perform food prep so if someone was (for example) trying to get something ready to go into the microwave, it halted all other traffic for other items in the food area. Room was spotlessly clean, hotel staff were extremely nice, and hotel had lots of nice features. I will stay there again when I am in Colorado Springs.

This hotel is very clean, which is probably in part due to the fact that it is new. We stayed two nights are were very pleased with the hotel quality. It is a little far from the attractions we were visiting, but the drive seems shorter when you have such beautiful scenery to view along the way.

This is a very nice, new hotel. It's a little out of the way if you're going to Manitou Springs, but it's worth the extra drive if you want a nice quiet, clean area to stay. The neighborhood is developing and is all new, and there is a new Walmart about a mile down the road. It's very convenient to I-25 and gas/shopping/dining. The beds are VERY comfortable […] and the breakfast is good. The only negative comment I have is that the room does not include a fridge or microwave if you don't get a suite. I was traveling with my three small children, so I was very disappointed when we walked in and didn't at least have a fridge. This is somewhat of a must if you have small children, especially when you stay for a week like we did. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, maybe next time in a suite. Les mer

Very comfortable beds and close to any USAFA event. Nice!

Very nice and clean. Price a little high for our budget, but we had a nice stay.

I loved the location and the laundry facility on-site was very convenient to wash the girls uniforms. We play in the Monument area twice a year and we will make sure the entire team stays both times next year. Thank you for the hospitality.

I stayed at the Fair Field, because my daughter had a dance competition the next day. The hotel specifically for the dancers, made breakfast at 6am, instead of 7. {The dancers had to be there at 7am} The hotel still had that "brand new" smell to it, witch made it even better.. Over all my experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel […] to anyone!!! Les mer

This hotel is very clean, organized, and the staff is polite, courteous, and professional. Great value given the affordable price.

Top notch facility. Everything was modern and clean. Exercise faciliites were marvelous. The breakfast area was one of the best I have ever seen. Highly recommend staying here.

Very new hotel. Modern and comfortable. Staff young and friendly. Rooms had drips on walls - cleaning staff need to look around better. Breakfast food a little stale. Good location and price.

Very quick and straightforward check-in and check-out. The building is new and clean with a great view of the mountains. The access to the location is easy without having to deal with any tricky traffic situation. To top it off, the room decor is fresh and all necessities (sink, desk, etc) are conveniently located without the awkwardness encountered […] in some hotel rooms. Les mer
