Great place to stay for snowbirds making the trip. Better location because it is not directly on I-95,but easily reached and not exposed to any highway noise. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed. Bathroom is immaculate. Free breakfast doesn't get any better

Our stay was excellent. The women at the registration desk was top notch. Our room had a problem with the window, it would not open. She came to the room and we both tried to get it open. She didn't hesitate for a moment to offer another room close by and went to make sure that the window in that room opened before we were moved. "A must stay"
We were traveling from Florida to New Jersey.I was not sure what to expe ct. I was very surprised. Everyone was great. "Cleanliness of Hot Tub"
I love this hotel but specifically asked for a hotel with an indoor pool and hottub. When we got into the hottub discovered it was filthy....when I got the manager she stated that the pool maintenance engineer had just been in earlier and gave the approval of the conditions and water. Everything else was outstanding as usual.

This hotel was very clean and had great customer service. I must say if I need to stay on Rocky Mount I will be staying here.

alarms going off three times on the night we stayed Host said children pulled alarm and then there were sensors problems. Firemen showed up - most disturbing. Hotel packed with running children.

No problems. Would stay there compared to another hotel nearby that is famous for giving out warm cookies. This place has cookies and a full breakfast bar. Very pleasant staff and rooms were great.

I booked this hotel the day I needed to check in as I found out I had to come to NC for an appt the next day. This hotel is easy to find, only 2 miles off from 95, maybe less (it's not out of the way, no worries). The neighborhood is very safe and clean. It's a very clean hotel from the outside, I walked into a very lovely lobby. The staff was a little […] preoccupied, kinda snotty at first, but check in was super fast. They only had rooms with 2 queens left which was fine even though I was alone. Room was spacious, clean, smelled clean. Bathroom was up to date, very clean, everything worked properly. Bed was comfy! Lots of nearby restaurants, shops, a mall, target, etc. I did not take advantage of the breakfast. Would be a place I'd come to again with family should the need arise. There were a ton of families. My only complaint is there's not very thick walls so be prepared to hear walking around above you and showers running on either side of you. Considering how nice the hotel looks, I was shocked at how terrible the sound proofing is. Certainly wasn't the worst I've heard, but not the best either. Les mer

A nice place to stop on our way back home from Florida. Pool and Spa open to midnight was nice to relax after driving all day. Late checkout time helps when you are traveling with young children. Just a little bit off of I-95 but easy to find.

This was probably the best hotel I have ever gotten for the price I paid. The room was brand new and looked very high-end and the hotel amenities were great. My kids loved the pool and the big breakfast they served. The only drawback was that the other hotel guests were not the most desirable people to be around. When we walked in, there were a bunch […] of toothless, swearing, trashy women who forced me and my family to walk through their cigarette smoke cloud before walking into the hotel. We found the hotel to be comfortable and clean. Great quiet location just of I-95. However, only one downside is the poor quality of the breakfast items. The "fresh" cut fruit was stale and tasted like it was out of a can. Ommletes shaped like mini frisbes were rubbery in texture and fake in taste. I had biscuit and gravy the gravy was cold. And the […] biscuits, well what can I say? The chewy hardest biscuit I ever had. I have strong teeth. But Lord help those poor old folks with loose teeth or worse yet dentures flying off in the ordeal. But you guys had great coffee!!! It was hot. "Great Hotel for a reasonable price"
Everything about this hotel was great. Very accommodating staff, very nice room that was very clean. The indoor pool and hot tub was a great addition and the breakfast was very good. My hats off to the management of this motel. We will be staying here again on our trips back and forth to Florida

I was looking for a hotel with an indoor pool. They had a very nice pool and hot tub. The room was comfortable and the price was good. If you are passing thru with kids, the pool is a great way of releasing some road dust year round.

"Great Value"
We were looking for a reasonably price hotel close to I-95 and this hotel is perfect. It's very clean and the kids loved swimming in the pool. There is a decent restaurant/diner right next door.
Our one night stay was very pleasant and the staff was very hospitable. We would absolutley stay at Country Inn & Suites in the future during our trips through Rocky Mount, NC. Keep up the good work.
