Ble plukket opp på flyplassen og fikk gratis transport til hotellet. Hotellet var flott, stort rom og bad, og mye finere enn forventet. Anbefales!

The hotel is ultra-modern, clean and comfortable. The free shuttle bus picked us up at the airport and I booked it for 4 o'clock the next morning to catch an early flight to Brussels. Absolutely no problems with this service and it is only a 10 minute ride to the airport. There is a large shopping centre two blocks from the hotel that has a variety […] of shops as well as a cinema, a supermarket and restaurants. Like most cities, airport hotels are in industrial areas and this one was busy during the day but very quiet at night. The room was immaculate and the entire hotel seems very new. Bathroom was spotless with a large walk-in shower big enough for two! Also had a towel warmer. Would definitely book this one again... perfect if you need to be close to the airport for an early flight. Les mer

Great Airport Hotel. We wanted a hot shower and a clean bed close to the airport. This hotel was way above average. However, the shuttle from the airport was very late in arriving. We waited over an hour. The shuttle to the airport the next day was prompt. That was our only complaint.

Great design concept. The only complaint is walls are VERY thin. I could hear the people next door talking and watching TV until 1:00 a.m. Great CyperPoint room with internet access. Airport shuttle for returning to airport. Cab ride from airport was 27.60 euro. Breakfast was pricey also.

the hotell Axor Feria im nadrid - very friensdly and comfortable a litle too far from the subway and is missing a bath tab (difficult when comming with young children)

We booked this hotel based on recommendation and reviews. It was a very modern, spotlessly clean hotel which served as a good base to stay near the airport. Only 5 minutes by free shuttle bus. We stayed here for 4 days and travelled into the city. If you want to be near the sites, then this may not be the place to stay, but it takes approx 45 minutes […] to 1 hour to get into the city and is easy to get to. Breakfast was good selection for 3 star and staff very helpful. Would stay here again if we stayed in Madrid. Les mer

This Hotel is a modern and well designed hotel. It is convenient for travelers and business as well. There is a complete shopping center located 500-600 meters away. Bus to metro connections are not complicated and it takes 30-40 minutes to visit downtown Madrid. Trying to drive to the hotel takes a GPS because even with directions it is easy to get […] lost. The hotel itself is new and in good condition; however the staff leave much to be desired -- from the front desk to the neighboring Axor hotel's bar and lounge to the shuttle staff. We gave more than 48 hours notice that we were to arrive after 11PM, and the staff assured us this would be fine. We arrived behind another group of guests, and we were […] all invited to go to the bar/ lounge for dinner, where we were ignored and dismissed by the staff despite our being patient and polite. The front desk recommended that we buy our dinner from a snack machine whose only vegetarian option was a 3 euro small bag of potato chips. In the morning we arrived 20 minutes early for our booking on the courtesy shuttle, and a large crowd of hotel guests forced their way into the shuttle, ignoring several people who had arrived beforehand. The driver did not facilitate the process or confirm any list of names. All but the cleaning staff in the hotel seemed greatly lacking in professionalism, fairness and courtesy. Les mer

The location is great for being close to the airport. They have shuttle service running every 30 min. The room was very clean. It didn't have all the extras but since I carry my own, it works for me. The price was great and I had wifi in my room which is the best feature I liked.

We chose this very stylish hotel for its proximity to the Madrid airport and it did not disappoint. The free hotel shuttle at 6 am was perfect for my wife and daughter and the hotel arranged a free minivan service for me before its shuttle operation began at 5:30 am to get me to the airport for my earlier 4:00 am need. The hotel is very modern and stylish with multiple computers to use to check-in to flights and get boarding passes. Couldn't be happier with the hotel. Great room, awesome shower. Free internet everywhere. Close to airport also. Just don't stay here if you want to actually be in Madrid. This hotel is a ways away from the center. I only stayed here to be close to the airport for a one night stay.

An excellent Airport hotel with everything you need for either a short stay or for a few days on business. The shuttle service is particularly good, friendly drivers and good on-time performance which is important for my business travel. Rooms are a good size, with a fridge, plenty of TV channels and friendly reception/cleaning staff too.

We had a 12 hour layover in Madrid so we decided to book a hotel room to have dinner, shower, and nap before a 11 hour flight back home. The free hotel shuttle was the major deciding factor for us choosing this hotel. It picked us up at the aeropuerto at 6:30pm and took us to back at 5am. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a plus, and the shower was huge with a choice of a huge shower head or a hand held head, which was nice. They only provided body soap though, so bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. My only complaint was that the only restaurant was in the axor hotel next door. It was overpriced and the service there was non-existent. It was as if they knew we didn't have a choice but to eat there so they didn't even bother coming around to us. We waited to order for about 15 minutes. The food was mediocre at best, but at least the wine was good! Overall this was a nice stay. I would stay here again if I have another layover in Madrid. First of all, the shuttle service was great and always on time. The hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the Airport. From the airport, you can take the subway into Madrid. The subway is very clean. Need to change once to get on another line before reaching downtown Madrid. The hotel was very modern looking and very, very clean with free use of […] computers. Also the staff was not very friendly, but the morning breakfast was worth the extra 10 euros. Lots of hot items and cold cut meats. Best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. Just a note of interest......Do not forget to bring your own wash clothes, since they are unknown in Europe. Les mer

Close to airport In a commercial neighborhood. Walked to mall about 1/2 mi to mall to eat dinner No gas anywhere near. Needed gas to fill rental car before returning to the airport

This was supposed to be just another layover. It turned out to be so much more. The staff at the Axor Feria was outstanding! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Even though the location is not close to the city, it was only cab ride away at a minimal expense. Ample cabs are located out in front of the hotel waiting for a fare. It really serves the purpose for an overnight stay, the shuttle service is very good and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Godd value for the price.

An excellent hotel. The rooms were very clean and the walk in shower was excellent. The staff were efficient and helpful. It was close to the airport and the shuttle bus left every half hour. A little far out from the city centre, but easy to get to by metro. I would stay there again,IT WAS VERY GOOD VALUE.

The Pros: Very Clean! Excellent shower, large washroom. New beds. International TV channels. No outside noise. Free shuttle to the airport. Good value for the money. Location next to he airport was the factor in selecting this hotel. It is a practical hotel with modern accomodations. Tranportation to airport terminals is free.

I arrive at 8:30 am and tried to check in. They told me that there were no clean rooms but in an hour to an hour and half there would be....I ended up waiting 3 HOURS for a room. The girl I kept asking kept telling me that check in is at noon so I just need to wait. Literally, 2 seconds after she moved away I asked another girl and she checked me right […] in. I don't think it was a lost in translation moment, I think she just was rude and not doing a good job. THEN the hotels wifi was BROKEN my entire second day! they claimed it was a problem with the internet company and not there fault but that is UNACCEPTABLE you are a major hotel near the airport full of business people! YOU NEED TO HAVE INTERNET AND YOU BETTER HAVE A PLAN B! The staff was so nonchelant about it being down. Everyone was complaining and trying to figure out what the problem was... it was really not a good stay! I couldn't wait to leave. I stayed before at Tryp Diana (where you pay for your internet ) BUT AT LEAST IT WORKS AND IS CLEAN AND CHEAPER AND CLOSER TO A METRO STOP!!!!! I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN! Les mer

Stayed one night at Axor Feria in October 2011. Hotel is about a 10 min drive from aiport, we just missed the shuttle which comes every 30 mins on the half and full hour (brown coach - no need to prebook) so opted for a taxi costing 27E on a public holiday (with airport surcharge of 5.5E included - ie take the shuttle!). In an industrial area near highway, and not as close to airport as anticipated. Had to go next door to sister hotel for cocktails (small bar) and breakfast was lousy. Not a four star.

I had a one night layover in Madrid. This was a very clean, comfortable hotel near the airport. The small shopping center near the hotel, although closed for shopping on Sunday, it was open for a movie theater attendance and had a variety of restaurants to choose from ranging from fast food to rather nice restaurants. I would stay here again.

Axor Feria is a good choice if you need to get to the airport early in the morning, or you come in late at night. We stayed there for one night because of having a very early flight home. There is nothing really in the neighborhood to see, mainly apartment blocks, hotels, and office buildings. But: if you walk back to the city's direction along the […] highway's service road, there is a huge (very "American") mall with all the Spanish main retail stores, a movie theater, many restaurants, some kind of fitness center, and a bowling alley. The hotel is nice, though the bar / restaurant is in the other building (the other Axor right next door). Shuttle to the airport is a nice service. This was my second stay and once again the hotel satisfied my expectations. The room was clean and modernly appointed...great taste. Such 'extras' as free wifi and on-time airport shuttles along with the ability to print documents from a workstation in the lobby added a nice touch to the experience. Also, I could walk to a nearby shopping complex for […] shopping, dining or just to pass a few minutes. And oh, the price was well worth it too. We needed a hotel close to the airport because we had an overnight layover. We were pleasantly surprised to find Axor Feria a three star hotel to be so clean and modern. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good for 8 euro per person. The hotel offered a shuttle to and from the airport which was very convenient for […] us. The hotel was very quiet and we got a good nights sleep. It looked like we were in a business section so we are not sure how that would work for someone who wanted to tour Madrid, but it certainly worked for us being so close to the airport. For the money we paid, this was a great hotel. We would recommend it to our friends. As a 3 star hotel, it measured up to the 4 star hotels we stayed at in other countries in Europe. Les mer

hotel met my standards for sleeping purposes ,had AC, clean ,and hospitable . nothing around the area to see, just a place to stay for the night, and has bus shuttle service to and from airport.

one night stay before flight home. modern design, clean room and common areas, appears to be intended for a younger crowd. Free wifi throughout the building, lounge areas are complete with laptops, tvs, music, newspapers, etc. Shuttle to airport not needed, but nice to have.

We really enjoyed the hotel, we can only recommend it.

This was the last night of our vacation and we were delighted to find such a lovely hotel. Staff were accommodating and assisted with rental car return and airport shuttle. No problem with our lack of Spanish because of their skill in English.

I was really happy with my stay. I arrived in the evening and checked out about 11am the next day. I caught the free shuttle bus both ways (it does finish up quite early, about 11.30pm). I was very impressed by my bathroom in particular, great shower and everything very clean. It was quite a bare room but had all the essentials. I loved the free wifi […] from my room, and the facilities to print boarding passes, and even weigh your bag in the foyer. Breakfast was OK. Nothing impressive, but satisfied my hunger. For 10 euro is was worth the convenience. I would definitely stay there again if I needed to!! Les mer

This hotel appears to cater to a tech-savvy clientele, with in-room wifi and spacious additional work areas and common rooms. Rooms are furnished in a minimalist modern style, with some space to maneuver. Large walk-in shower (no bath tub). Restaurant next door at Axor Barajas served really excellent food in a rather bare environment. This is a great […] location for the airport. (NB: there is a FREE SHUTTLE BUS to airport - reservations are required.) It is not a good location for a longer stay, since it is far from downtown Madrid and not at all accessible via Metro. The Axor Feria was a great place to spend the night before an early morning flight out of Madrid. Be sure to ask the hotel staff to direct you to the mall within walking distance--the mall is 3-4 stories and includes great shopping as well as a large food court (including both sit-down and fast food restaurants).

Had to catch a 6 a.m. flight next day. The Axor Feria was well located to the purpose.Changed hotels from the Old City the day before an early flight. Took the metro to terminal 2. Shuttle from the airport in the afternoon was convenient. A pleasant mall with some good food court choices only a five minute walk. Next morning, only a 10 min. taxi ride […] to the airport.
