Beliggende i et hyggelig og rolig nabolag, og et fint sted å trekke seg tilbake etter en hektisk dag i Paris. Som vanlig er i Paris er rommene relativt små, men Eiffel suiten som vi hadde er et herlig rom. God plass til to voksne og to barn, med flott utsikt. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake til vår "leilighet" i Paris

"Great hotel!"
I had high expectation due to very good reviews. These expectations where more than fullfilled. Great breakfast and the room was really great. I really liked the Iphone docking and the wireless 9 button switch beside the bed which controlled all the lights. Very proffesional and service oriented personell.

I am a traveling business executive who has stayed in numerous excellent / bad hotels and resorts globally and this is by far the worst and most overrated experience I have endurred in all of my travel. "Nice hotel in perfect surrounding"
Stayed 4 nights in this hotel.Staff very helpful and friendly. Only problem is that the curtains are not very tasteful with nude lady design. Location very good with St lazarre just around the corner and plenty of restaurants.

This hotel was great. The only thing you might miss is room service, but there are plenty of places to eat steps away from the hotel as well as a large Starbucks two doors down. There is lots of shopping close by. The rooms are small but clean and well appointed, the decor is modern with hints of art smartly placed. "Best Western Premier Opera Diamond"
Highly recommend this hotel. It's not what you would expect of a "Best Western." This is a boutique hotel; it's furnishings and amenities very sleek and modern and reminds me of something you'd see on South Beach in Miami. The hotel is super quiet, very clean and I found the staff to be very helpful. It also offers free WiFi. There is a MonoPrix right […] next door and you can grab breakfast/snacks and drinks there. The only bad thing I would say about this hotel is that there is no coffee in the room. So, you have to be presentable to go next door to the Starbuck's for a cup of Joe. This hotel is located next to the Gare St. Lazare so it's easy to catch the train to the airport if you don't have loads of luggage and it is within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants and the Opera. "A beautiful boutique hotel close to the Opera."
We were 3 guests staying in 2 rooms and from the moment we arrived we were impressed with the location and the lobby. The staff made every effort to immediately provide us with a room since it was only 1pm and check-in is at 2pm. The room was had everything a traveller could ask for. It has plenty of closet space, digital safe (fastened), comfortable […] bed with duvet, the perfect bathroom and an iron and board were provided upon request. There’s a grocery store next door and a Starbuck’s. If you aren’t in the mood for a 23 € breakfast just step out and everything is within a few feet. This is a 4 stars hotel but to me it was 5 stars all the way. Since I travel to Paris often I’ll certainly return there again. We extend our stay and we were provided with an amazing rate from the hotel director who’s always there to make sure that every guest is happy. Also the subway system is 50 a half a block and with the traffic in Paris it’s a real blessing since we had a rental car but we preferred the subway. For shoppers the 2 famous department stores Le Printemps and Gallerie Lafayette are a 10 minute walk. One last thing, the wireless internet is free and the reception is 100%. Les mer
"opera diamond in paris"
hotel was great, 2 min walk to metro st augistine which made it easy to move around paris and see the sights. Has convenience store next door for all your needs at very reasonable price. We arrived early and were shown to our room straight away with no problems. Room was spotless, modern and of a good size. On checking out we were able to store our […] bags so we could do some last minute sightseeing with no hassle. Would defo reccomend this hotel and if we return to Paris, we would stay here again! Slightly out of the way, no lunch or evening meal services and breakfast not worth the 22 euro charged. We had the best rooms available which were clean and modern but a bit on the small side. This hotel is ok for a day or two but with the lack of facilities I wold not recommend for more that a short stop over.

Incredible location, excellent front desk service, excellent breakfast. Highly recommend for staying. We have stayed 4 nights in executive room.

Favorable: convenient location, good size room, clean, intimate, interesting design, one concierege very helpful. Unfavorable: upon arrival the hotel tried to refer us to a different hotel for the first night, although our reservation was prepaid! Short of staff, at night one person in charge of everything. Not all reception clerks/ concierges speak […] English. Service request was not attended to and when we came down to enquire, there was not even an apology!!! In short, this was not the experience we anticipated to get at an American 4 star hotel brand and withn a few days, there were enough service faults to make it not worthy to receommend to others. It seems to us that this hotel is ill-managed and it would defenitely be in Best-Western's interest to find out what really goes on there. Maybe a boutique hotel is not such a good idea for a hotel brand that has a reputation to live up to. Les mer
"Hotel opera diamond is a real Paris gem!"
I had a wonderful stay in Paris and have enjoyed the hotel tremendously - location is fantastic (short walk to great shopping, close to train station), decor is funky and service is absolutely fantastic! Wonderful boutique hotel - would have been better if there was a gym, but I think i am just greedy :-)

"B.W. Opera : vraiment bien"
Enfin un séjour agréable, reposant et appréciabe à Paris. La chambre n'est pas donnée mais un très bon rapport qualité/prix avec un concept original, très moderne mais réellement relaxant. Le lit était top. Un seul bémol : pas de restauration hormis pdj, mais il y a foisons de restaurants autour... Je recommande vivement si votre budget le permet !

"Ótima localização e conforto"
O hotel esta em excelente localização a 30 metros do metro e estações, e próximo a Opera. Os quartos são muito confortaveis e limpos. Os recepcionistas são atenciosos e prestativos. Tudo muito bom.

Un solo membro dello staff che fa da reception, bar e facchino. Forse un po' troppo essenziale nei servizi, ma la posizione era ok, la camera (de luxe) era a posto e siamo stati benone. A mezzanotte siamo rimasti fuori dalla porta a suonare il campanello per 3 minuti perchè il receptionist stava mostrando una stanza ai clienti. Al di là dui questo, […] hotel più che gradevole.
