Had a hard time finding the place. (No gps) Maybe a bigger, more attractive sign? Also, weight machine was broken, which was a disappointment. Other than that, a very good stay. Thanks very much!

Beds were comfortable but the linens are not large enough for the bed. It was a fight all night for the top sheet in a queen size bed. Hotel was clean and staff friendly . Note, this hotel does not have a Jacuzzi...it was filled in to allow for a handicap ramp into pool. Located next to several restaurants that you can walk to.

Clean room. Breakfast selection a little skimpy. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Work out room small but had treadmill like I needed.

We loved the comfortable bed and everything smelled clean and fresh. The free breakfast was great, it included waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs (but the eggs were fake and not good), but everything else was good...also had muffins, fruit, bagels, toast, cereal, juice, etc.. I liked the variety. We had our kids with us and they were […] excited to use the indoor pool. Let me just say that the pool looked A LOT bigger in the picture. The picture almost looks as if it were stretched or something. It was nice to have an indoor pool, but it was very small. The kids also looked forward to the free, freshly baked cookies in the afternoon at the front desk! We asked for a crib and it came quickly, we also needed towels and got them fast, too. Pool area was not well maintained and breakfast left much to be desired. A somewhat disappointing stay in comparison to other Country Inn and Suites we've visited while traveling with family. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was courteous.

We booked this hotel for a one night trip to see Callaway Gardens Christmas lights. The hotel was a little further away but we prefer the brand. The hotel staff was friendly and quick on check in. Everything was very clean and properly stocked. The breakfast prior to leaving was excellent. We recommend Country Inn completely..

Good hotel. Kinda hard to find the first time because it's hidden behind another hotel. No complaints. I had stayed here once before on a family trip but this time was there for a training/presentation nearby.

Did not want to get out the bed. They were sooooooooo comfortable. Staff great...breakfast hot and fresh...enjoyed short stay. We will stay there again.

I was very pleased with the customer service at the hotel nad my room. We were unable to get a room with a hot tub but when booking online it still has that there was a hot tub with the pool. The clerk told us when we went to use it that it had been taken out approx. 2 weeks before. I stayed at Country Inn & Suites LaGrange for one night and couldn't be happier with my visit! The room was clean, the pillows were FANTASTIC, and the location was great. The negative about this particular hotel is that whenever i called down to the front desk there was no one there to answer and when i went down to find someone the individual was in the eating area away from the front desk area completely. The hotel was clean and convenient. A mix up on our room was promptly rectified and the new room was exactly what we wanted. The only negative thing I have to say about our stay is that there is no longer a spa and the heated indoor pool was not heated at all. Overall it is a nice place to stay/

Staff was very courteous. Some brat kids running and screaming in the hallway but that's bad parents, not bad hotel. The water supply to the toilet was leaking very slowly so the floor was damp/wet on the floor.

Hotel was just off of main road, not on it, so it was a lot quieter. Not far enough off to be inconvenient though. Lobby and staff very warm and inviting. Room was clean and comfy. Hot tub was a great place to relax after a day on the road. This isn't the cheapest hotel at this exit, but well worth the few extra dollars.

I was pleasantly surprised. The cost was extremely reasonable for the cleaniness and atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel employees were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was with two 9 year old girls and the hotel was close to a Crackerbarrel which made dinner easy. They also enjoyed the buffet breakfast the next morning. And the indoor pool this time of year was the frosting on the cake. Yes, our stay was great!

This hotel, just behind Comfort Suites, was a pleasure to stay at....all the amenities one would need and very clean....beds are very comfortable...convenient parking. only wish breakfast was a country breakfast.

My husband and I were very plesantly surprised because the rate was so reasonable and we had stayed in other hotels with much higher rates. Location was great for touring " Callaway Gardens" and " The Little White House." There also was a wonderfull restaurant a block away called "Longhorn Steak House.

This was a nicely maintained relatively new property. One interesting thing about the hotel's design--I didn't see an elevator to the second floor. You use a good-looking staircase that rises out of the lobby. Looks good--maybe not so good when you are older or lugging lots of luggage. The five channels of Korean television was a bonus. The hotel was located right off the freeway and was to get to. We stayed there for 2 days and on the first night the room smelled of cigarettes, this was because of the folks from the adjacent room. Requested for a change of room the next day and the staff was very co-operative. The breakfast bar was open till 10.30 giving us enough time in the morning […] with a 3 year old. This is a very nice hotel. The breakfast is better than most w/hot foods (just ok though)..free cookies all day. The only complaint I had was that they kept running out of towels!!! But other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival, we were given a non-smoking room which smelled of smoke. After complaining, we were given a second room that was MUCH worse smelling of smoke. Finally, third room was clear. After swimming that night, went to take shower and slipped into tub when trying to enter. Had no time to catch myself and hit forehead on back of tub lip throwing […] my head backwards. Night staff showed little concern even after told of emergency and couldn't even tell us how to get to hospital. Used GPS to get to hospital ER for severe neck strain and concussion which are very well documented. Night staff never even notated or informed any other staff of issue and NO ONE even asked about my welfare. After asking for a report, Ops manager took one, but was never even called or anything. Furthermore, breakfasts were good, but they were constantly out of stuff (stayed two nights) and had to be asked to refill. Seemed only able to handle one task at a time. I have always like Country Inn & Suites and have chosen it over others many times. I have since learned that not all are a good bargain. Les mer

our room was over the office and check-in are. It was very loud at night when people came in and there was a wedding party there that had NO respect for other guest in the hotel. The actual hotel its self was TOP NOTCH! We loved having the pool and hot tube as we rode our road bikes in the Wheels O' Fire cycle tour to help raise money for the local […] fire departments. This hotel was very nice and family friendly. There was a pool party for a little girl with lots of friends there, but other than that it was nice. I have a big family and this hotel always exceeds my expectations of hotels.

Everything was great except it didn't have safety grab bars in the bathroom. Shopping within half a mile. Callaway Gardens is close--15 miles.

Nice hotel, very clean and great breakfast. Didn't have an opportunity to use the pool or hot tub but it did look very inviting. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Several good restaurants close by

We stayed there overnight before going to an auburn game, room was clean, indoor pool was nice. they initially had us on a bottom floor and we preferred an upper floor and there was not problem with us changing rooms. i would definitely stay here again.
