We booked a room for 6 persons but instead we had two rooms, one for 2 and one for 4 people. Kind of far from the metro station. Bed was a little squegy. Room was nice and clean and the facilities were good (kitchen, shower)

Good hotel to stay with family. Has metro station and supermarket near by. Restaurants surrounding the hotel are not good. The Paris attractions are 20 minutes by subway.

We ended up at this apartment hotel just outside the Peripherique because all the Paris hotels were full. We got a nice big suite at a price less than the other available hotels (with similar locations) with a kitchenette, laundry facilities on site, cheap car parking, and cheap wi-fi. A decent location for access to Paris via Metro - it was a pleasant […] 10-minute walk and a 25-minute Metro ride to central Paris. Clean and modern property - very new. The servicecould have been better - the desk was understaffed and struggled to fulfill the requests of guests throughout our 3-night stay. Nevertheless, this place is very good value for the money, and a good option if you want more space than Paris rooms offer, or if Paris is fully booked. Les mer

Unfortunately I arrived when the metro was down and I had to rely on courtesy buses to the metro which was poorly sign posted.Can't fault the apartment apart from the shower flooding the bathroom. Basic,clean and definitely a place to stay with a group of friend as there were cooking facilities and if the metro was working. The staff were quite helpful […] bur were inundated with the volume of guests so processing one's arrival was a lengthy process. Les mer

in a rush time, we found this hotel with a small kitchen that was what we were looking for. Hotel manager was very nice and helpful. Hotel located iin a safe neighborhood and easy to find a parking space around off the street. The room we have was on the first floor which smalled bad, the big double bed wasn't very confortable. Good hotel with excellent facilities. 10 min walk from metro, can be in downtown area in about 20 minutes by public transit. The cleaning ladies stink though! Be advised! If you see them, to holdnyour breath. I was shocked, as they stunk up the whole hallway when we were leaving in the morning. My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights. This is not a regular hotel but rather an apartment building with units equipped with small kitchens. We really enjoyed this feature, as were able to save a lot of money by cooking there most of the time instead of having to go to the restaurant if we had been to a regular hotel. Also, we appreciated the fact […] the there was actually a bedroom separated from the kitchen / living area. Although it is not located inside Paris, the city is only a quick subway ride away, and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. The staff was very helpful. However, I wouldn't recommend staying there in the summer, as there is no AC, and you cannot really leave the windows open for too long because of the significant noise and pollution emanating from the very close freeway. But overall, I would recommend it for any other time of the year. Les mer

Checking In to this hotel was a nightmare - Totally Unorganised. The Apartment was spacious and nice but without air-conditioning making it hot and caustrophobic for a summer visit. We opended the windows for air and as the Hotel backed onto one the biggest and busiest ring roads around Paris, the constant noise was deafening. Staff directed us to the […] "nearest" underground train station - only to find that it was closed for a month for renovations and we had to be transferred to the next station by bus. After two days we were to find out that the next station was "just up the street". Perhaps the staff shoud get to know their neighbourhood. Would I recommend this property ?- Only if you were utterly desparate for something. Les mer

Took this room when Paris at this price-point was sold out...location accessible by subway in a pleasant suburb of Paris....rooms super noisy thanks to freeway next door! No air conditioning necessitates an open window in July, so noise is worse.

First of all, the hotel.com website needs to do better at making it clear when what looks like a hotel is NOT a hotel. It turned out to be an apartment which I rented for 3 days and was expected to clean top to bottom or I would be charged a 19 Euro fee, this discovered at midnite before my 5:15 a.m. departure. Sure looked like a hotel to me. Who knew […] "Appart" was short for "apartment" in French. It was on the outskirts of Paris, so I thought it was a brand that focused on being in chea[per suburbs of larger cities. The English skills of the staff were limited, and so I had the impression that the metro station was right in front of the hotel, but it was a 10 minute walk. Also, I asked for one double bed for me and my 10 year-old daughter, and they put us in a room with only a hide-a-bed. They called this a "studio," but I called it uncomfortable. They also have no automated wakeup call, and sure enough, the guy forgot to call. Fortunately I had set my own alarm, but still a notable screw up, for which he apologized. The shower nozzle was also broken, so we had to rig it up ourselves in an awkward position that sprayed directly in my face. The neighborhood was okay, short walk up to a patisserie and a coffee place, and the 10 minute walk to the metro was a pleasant straight shot thru a nice mix of shops and public buildings. This would be fine for a business person for a couple of weeks, but I don't recommend it for vacation unless you have lots of free time to keep house. Les mer

It was like a tiny little apartment. your own stove, dishes and mini fridge. the bed was a fold out but comfy enough. bathroom small but you had your own, and it was inexpensive to stay. not the closest place to the city but there is a metro station under a ten minute walk.

Bonne qualité et personnel agréable La chambre était spacieuse et silencieuse car on se trouvait à côté du périphérique.

Taxa chaufføren kendte hverken hotel eller adresse. Studioværelset til overpris udenfor sæsonen, var med sove sofa der knirkede. Vi endte med at måtte sove på madrassen på gulvet. Ved forespørgsel på en opgradering, blev vi henvist til næste dag hvor en engelsktalende portier kunne hjælpe. Alt i alt ikke et sted jeg ville anbefale til min værste […] fjende. Les mer

La cama era un sofá - cama. Bastante duro. No nos hicieron aseo ninguno de estos días. No habían útiles de limpieza.

Это не отель, а гостевой комплекс. Маленькие номера с кухней / холодильником. Уборка раз в неделю. Без изысков. Персонал вежливый. Район спокойный и уютный, 40 мин на метро до центра. В целом скромненько, но и цена номера небольшая.

Da es ein Apparthotel ist, wurde das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt. Der Kühlschrank war unappetitlich schmutzig. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber.

Wij gebruikten dit hotel op onze stedentrip naar Parijs. We hebben er geslapen en ontbeten(buffet). Op de eerste kamer functioneerde het warm water niet. Na melden werden we meteen overgeboekt naar een andere kamer (prima!) De studio's zijn niet groot, maar efficiënt ingericht. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Het hotel ligt aan de buitenkant van […] Parijs, maar op 10 minuten wandelafstand (Rue de Paris) van het metrostation (Charenton-Ecoles). Via ligne 8 zijn de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden va Parijs direct bereikbaar. Les mer

Isolation phonique importante, ce qui permet de dormir au calme malgré circulation importante... Personnel sympathique... Chambres et communs très propre.

Бронировали на неделю номер Studio. Прибыли. Без проблем заселились. Номер оказался несколько меньше, чем мы предполагали. Душ гораздо просторнее комнаты оказался :) На миникухне есть все необходимое из посуды для приготовления пищи. У нас в номере почему-то не оказалось вилок и кухонного ножа, однако мы в отеле только ночевали, поэтому каждый вечер […] я забывал их попросить (может быть их убрали в целях безопасности российских туристов? :) В любом случае отель оправдал ожидания. Соотношение цена/качество на приемлемом уровне. В номере было не шумно, чисто и достаточно уютно. Les mer

bon hôtel,bon séjour

J'ai réservé un Appart pour une nuit via internet, enregistrement facile et sans mauvaises surprises à l'arrivée ! L'appart était très spatieux, propre et silencieux (merci le double vitrage), dans un coin sympa et facile d'accès via le métro. Je le recommande vivement !
