The Westin Lake Mary, Orlando North - Lake Mary

Hotel is some what dated. The only dining facility in the hotel is a Shula's Steakhouse. There is no casual dining facility. The bed was extremely comfortable

Stayed one night, very quiet and clean room. Double shower head was very pleasent and the hair dryer was excelent. THey will hold 100 dollers on your debit card for a week so be careful of that if you use it to check in.

Very nice and modern and staff very polite. One of the cleanest hotels we've stayed at in the Orlando area.

Everything about this hotel was Great. From the service to the cleanliness. The location was very convenient with I-4, and lots of shops. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were traveling from Daytona Beach back to Tampa on NYE and decided not to make the drive back that night. Hotel was clean and comfy, top notch linens, tv & bathroom toiletries. We were at the door and with 2 kids in tow, they had the patience to even carry my girls' "babies" on the luggage cart :) Food was pricey, but DH went to the Publix across […] the street and we were suggested a great place for breakfast 2 miles out. So for $xx on the internet and dinner at Publix & breakfast at the diner = an inexpensive night out of the house :) Les mer

Room was very cozy and comfortable! Very comfortable bed, great linens, nice big bathroom with dual shower heads and a robe. Shula's downstairs had excellent food and great service. Room service was accurate and timely. Exactly what I was looking for!

This is simply one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. I have added it to my favorites and will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a new development off of I-4. Used this as a home base to visit Ponce De Leon, Blue and Wekiva Springs. Great staff, on-site restaurant and pool.

I was actually looking for a hotel close to Alexander Springs in Altoona when I came across this awesome hotel, even though it was a 1hr drive from the spring to the hotel and I had to do that trip 4 times on that weekend, it was worth spending the gas and time to go back to the hotel. A friend of mine brought an extra tent so we could camp there and […] I told him that first I already had paid for the hotel and I would't get the money back, and second I really wanted to go back to that room. staff is VERY professional and friendly. Our room was very clean when we arrived. Our check in was on tuesday and check out was on friday, during this time housekeeping just made our bed but NEVER changed linens, vacumed our room, nor did they clean bath tub or mirror. Makes me wonder what the heck they do then. Oh and if your allergic to ants DO NOT […] stay here. In the morning i woke up with a rash on my back At first i thought it was bed bug bites all over my back but my husband looked at them and after taking the linens off the bed we noticed ants all over the bed. And stains and hair underneath the mattress pad. My chihuahua's pet bed got ants all over it too and he also had bites in his abdomen. Thinking maybe housekeeping would notice them WHEN THEY CLEANED AND CHANGED LINENS i didnt complain. But I personally WILL NOT STAY there again. Les mer

Fantastic hotel experience. New everything; contemporary decor, cool technology, AAA+ Schula's restaurant great albeit a bit pricey Would highly recommend

This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The front desk was friendly beyond belief, the pool was clean and refreshing, and the room was immaculate. I will stay there whenever I am in Orlando area.

I had the best customer service ever at the Westin Lake Mary. I was very impressed with the personal service and have already recommended it to my family.

My wife and I stayed at 5 different hotels during our trip around Florida and this hotel was by far the BEST of them all. Great location for our plans. Clean, quiet, up to date and close to local restaurants/stores. If your trip plans are in this area of Orlando, highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I went to Orlando for a volleyball tournament and had to stay in a tournament approved hotel (not the Westin which is located in Sanford near the airport). This other hotel was certainly close to the convention center but I wouldn't have chosen to stay there. After the tournament was over, I couldn't wait to check out and find another […] hotel for our last night before flying back home. I found the Westin online. My main criteria was that it was close to the Sanford airport and was really clean. We checked in, had dinner at Shulas and then went back up to the room to watch a movie and just relax. We never left the beds. The room was absolutely clean and the shower was wonderful. Besides the awesome beds and linens, the outside wall in our room was floor to ceiling windows where we got to watch a lightning storm. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I just wished we had arrived early enough to use the pool. Les mer

Terrific hotel and staff. Amenities are convenient and useful. Wifi throughout and business center has use of computer/printer/fax or staff will do it. Hot breakfast was included with our stay which included fresh squeezed orange juice. Shula's 347 restaurant on premises provided excellent dinner option. Westin, Lake Mary, had the best customer service I have ever experienced in a Hotel.

Clean, new, good service, spacious rooms, good food, reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

This place is wonderful! Clean beautiful property. Friendly staff. Plus you can literally cross the road to a plethora of bars and restaurants. Only one bad thing and that's the sulfur smell of the water. Made for a weird shower experience. Used bottled water to brush my teeth. But after some research I found that the sulfur smell is just how the water […] in this area is. Yuck! But that being said, I would still definitely stay in this hotel again. Les mer

This was my second visit to this Westin. The hotel is far enough away from Disney yet close enough to Orlando for business. The surrounding area is great. Lots of fun restaurants and stores within walking distance or a 2 minute drive. The hotel itself is very nice and staff are friendly. Bed, linens and towels are wonderful; they operate somewhat "Green" […] and I like some of their safety features. The gym/pool looked great but I did not have a chance to use either. There is a Schula's 347 in the hotel, so eating in is also possible. On the negative side, while the room cooled down well, one of the vents was blowing warm air. The mini refrig in my room was not cooling. I called the front desk and was told that it was a "cooler" not a refrig and would only keep cold things cold but would not chill anything. Wrong, I eventally found a dial inside the "refrig" that did in fact chill. I do not like the ADA Mats at their entrance but I believe they are required. While I understand the need from them, I have nearly fallen a number of times when walking across them. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to business travelers. Les mer

This is a great hotel if you are visiting the Lake Mary/Sanford area of Florida. It is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, bars, movie theatres, coffee shops and grocery store. You can just walk across the street and enjoy Amura sushi, Liam Fitzpatrick Irish Pub, World of Beer, Carlos and Charlies, etc. There are also miles and miles of trails […] and walking paths nearby. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they go out of their way to welcome you and look after your needs. Rooms are spacious, heavenly beds, blackout curtains, refrigerator, nice flat screen tvs - all the amenities. There is an awesome outdoor pool and workout room as well. My only complaint is they need a coffee shop or more casual breakfast place. You can eat in Shulas, which is very nice, and they have Starbucks coffee but it would be nice if they would turn the lobby bar into a little coffee shop in the morning. Also the lobby bar is only open during the week so you are out of luck on the weekends! Les mer

This was our second stay at this hotel. Both times we were here for sporting events. Very convenient to everywhere we went - sporting venues, mall, restaurants, etc. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

If you are traveling to Orlando and do not mind a 30 minute drive into the city with traffic, this is the nicest hotel for the best money you will find. Lake Mary is an upscale area and offers great shopping and dining. It is the perfect area to relax after a long day.

Great sheets ect.... beds were very uncomfortable and we all had a kinked necks and acking backs. :(
