Beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre! Gangavstand til det meste og vedlig pent strøk. Men det beste med hotellet var den fantastiske servicen fra blide ansatte! Rommene var også nydelig og det var rent og pent. Absolutt verdt prisen! Kan anbefales!

Vi var på 3 dagers tur for å oppleve Roma, og kunne ikke bodd bedre. Lite og koselig hotel, og veldig hyggelig betjening. De hjalp å bestille bil tilbake til flyplassen, og det var en grei pris og flott bil (hotellets egen Merchedes) Vi kommer garantert tilbake!!

I will start with the fact that the rooms are very small. BUT! The location makes this hotel the PRIME hotel for an amazing first experience in Rome. For site seeing you couldn't get in a better location, staff friendly and very helpful, breakfast was very good, only slight critisim would be the memory foam beds, good if you like to lay flat on your back all night. Our shower door had broke and we had to mop up the water with the towels each night, I told the desk but it wasnt fixed. These things […] happen so dont let that put you off its a great stay, on the third floor of a shared block above shops, very quiet cobbled street area. Les mer

Selected the hotel based on the feedback from other customers. Everything was as expected. We would definitely stay again. A+ location, excellent breakfast, clean and friendly, WLAN works fine. Nothing negative to say. Good value for the money. Small double room is small but comfortable, looks nice and functions well for 2 people.

The hotel is in an upmarket part of Rome and is well located to reach the main sights. It is quiet, very clean and has good beds (however, they have memory foam mattresses, which make you feel quite hot). The breakfast is very good, apart from the coffee, which is very strong and bitter. This was odd, as we have always enjoyed Italian coffee on previous […] trips! The staff are very pleasant and helpful.The shower was tiny, with very little room to move and it was very difficult to adjust. Indeed, the symbols on the shower bore no relation to the functionality, and it was very difficult (in fact, impossible most of the time), to obtain the hand-held setting to test the temperature. Not the biggest or most expensive hotel I have stayed in but one of the nicest. Decor was modern but elegant. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and very helpful, Got that nice family feel. Nice location less than 2 minutes walk from Spanish steps. Would I stay there again - yes!

I stayed at this hotel from Jan 31 until Feb 3, 2013 for a work related trip. Unfortunately on my way to the hotel my wallet was stolen in the metro. Wish very little cash on me, I would have been totally lost had I not stayed at this hotel. My room was paid for and so I stayed here but had to use the hotel limo to take me around to pick up money from […] Western union (wired to by my family back in North America). They trusted that I would pay upon checking out for the limo. They were very supportive and caring and made excellent recommendations. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this hotel to anyone. I knew my room would be small because I booked a small room. The only thing I would suggest changing is the website instructions on how to get to the hotel. Although the metro will easily get you to the hotel, please don't take the metro if you're traveling with luggage because you will look like an obvious tourist and will make yourself easy victim to the thieves who ride the metro. Just spend the full 50 Euros to get to the hotel safely...lesson learned. The hotel is also super close to the Spanish steps from where you can walk everywhere. Les mer

I travelled with ageing parents and wanted easy, clean, friendly and a good location. We couldn't have been happier. All the staff we met were helpful, friendly and made us feel as if we were the only guests staying there. Despite other people arriving at the same time the receptionist personally showed us to our rooms and helped with bags. Very friendly staff, went out of the way to help us when my phone charger wouldn't work (plugged it into their house computer USB overnight). Great location a block from the Spanish Steps. Only downside is that it is on the 3rd floor, with an antique elevator, but the walk up was part of our walking tour of Rome.

We stayed two nights at the beginning of November. Couldn't be happier with the cleanliness and location of the hotel . We walked everywhere without a problem. The hotel is on a little street behind a busy one, and although on our stay there where lots of artist selling their works on this narrow alley the room was very quiet. Loved the 100 year old […] elevator. Breakfast was plentiful with the best homemade yogurt I have ever eaten and excellent Machiatos. The room was big enough for two people with four large suitcases and two carryons ( I don't remember the room we chose, but I know I didn't pay to much extra for the type of room with Wi-fi and breakfast) I gave it a 4 on comfort of the room because although we don't like soft matresses, this one was a little on the hard side. Still we had good night sleeps. Service was excellent during the day. The lady at the counter was very helpful, she arranged the transfer to the airport and when the taxi arrived we couldn't fit all the bags in it, five minutes later we had a van ready for us. Service at night was a little different from the guy at the front desk, but maybe the lady on the day shift was so good at customer service that we expected equal at night. Nevertheless, things got done and questions where answered. We will certanly choose this hotel again next time we visit Rome. Les mer

Could not have been better, helpful, friendly staff, great location - within walking distance of all the major attractions. Good varied breakfast. If we ever return to Rome we would definitely stay here again. Have already recommended it to friends.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The location is good; only a couple of blocks from a Metro station (3 stops from Termini) or a 25 min walk to the Vatican. Best WiFi service of any hotel we stayed in Italy.

Our stay was very nice, room too small, I booked the small room but, I didn't think it would be tiny, just enough for a bed, no dresser, two drawers in the closet and the safe in the closet is at the bottom, very low, you have to crouch down to open/close it and the lighting could be better and of course the washroom was also small, no where to put […] your toiletries, the breakfast was good, but, if you got up late, there wasn't much left. Considering for the money we paid, it was too expensive for what we got, but, if you want to stay at a prime location that's the price you pay. Overall the hotel is lovely, if I would come back I would get the bigger room and I would have to pay a lot more. Les mer

Slow cramped old fashioned elevator is a good feature (when not in a hurry) but a real bother otherwise. Street and front door are major attractions themselves. Spanish Steps are right around the bend.

I took my son for his 20th birthday to Rome. Prior to our arrival, Allessandro and Emanuele were prompt with answering my questions to acquaint me with what to expect upon arrival to Rome from the Airport to hotel destination. Allessandro has an exceptionally contagious personality, greeting us daily and personally attending to our room questions. Emanuele […] would immediately inquire with restaurants and touring companies. We likewise had several warm conversations with Reno, whose english diction was native. Allessandro upgraded us to ensure we were comfortable upon arrival. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, and renovated with class. The candies at the side of the welcome were particularly eventful habits whenever I made my way to an excellent breakfast that we purchased with our stay. The fruit juices and cappuccino made it a wise choice to add to our itinerary before we went on morning walks. The rooms were perfectly comfortable, housekeeping was timely and thorough, and the water temperature and pressure was to our American standards. The Hotel had the best wi-fi service of any hotel I have been to, whether over seas or in the USA The hotel is situated 2 minutes from the main street where once you turn the corner you will be in the Spanish Steps Square. 5 more minutes or so, you will find all the top fashion designer stores aligned up the street Les mer

A very comfortable Hotel in a very safe area close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Staff were excellent, rooms very clean and well equipped . It was OK, but not great for the price we paid. There were actually 2 hotels in Rome with Manfredi in the name and I thought I was staying at the other one by the Colosseum, but I suppose that was my mistake. The room was well decorated and the staff was very nice. The shower and bathroom were tiny compared with our other hotels in Italy and the shampoo […] and bath products weren't very good. We visited Rome in August 2012 for our 10th Wedding Anniversary and we had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Manfredi Suite. The reception staff were more than helpful (namely Emanual, Alexandro & Roberta) and our room was beautiful. The hotel has been redecorated recently and is most definitely pleasing to the eye. We found that the reception staff were […] very approachable and very hospitable. The hotel is on the doorstep of the famous deisgner shops and the Spanish Steps and there are plenty of restaurants nearby tucked away in the side streets. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its quality of service, comfort, and its excellent location. We already have family staying at the hotel in September upon our receommendation.
