Flott beliggenhet, hyggelig personale, rent og pent. Prøv buffeen i lobbyrestaurante. Veldig god mat.

Fikk først tildelt et røyke rom, sa da at jeg ønsket et ikke røyk. Dette ordnet de med en gang. Fikk da et fantastisk rom, leilighetseperat kjøkken, stue, soverom, bad. Fantastisk service. Kan anbefales på det sterkeste.

"Girlie Weekend Break"
The hotel is lovely, pool, rooms etc and everything was great apart from the F&B service which was the worst i have ever encountered. Living in the UAE we get used to terrible F&B service but this was in a different league. This begun at b'fast when it took tem nearly 25 minutes to put our order through the till. 40 mins to rbing a cup of tea and OJ's, […] and over an hr for the food which then got sent back twice because it was cold. The service around the pool with drinks was also terrible. Maybe half an hour from ordering to receive them. I am very pleased to say there did seem to be one person who cared about all of this and that was the French chef Eric who was charming and came to apologise and ask for all of our feedback. We also wouldn't let us pay for our brreakfast. In summary this is a lovely hotel which could be made a lot better if they actually employed staff who knew what they were doing. Hotel 5*, service 0*. "Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Abu Dhabi"
We used this hotel for a day stopover between Europe and Australia and we very impressed with the hotel. We booked a deluxe creek view room which overlooked the creek and the Grand Mosque. The view was stunning, the quality of the room fittings and the attentivenes of the staff was exceptional. Whilst it is some way away from the city and not much happening […] around the hotel, taxis are readily available to take you to your points of interest; taxi fares are cheap and the taxi system well regulated. "Decent hotel but not first class"
The quality of the food in general is not great. The staff, while friendly are poorly trained and very inexperienced.

I can't put into words how lovely this hotel is. If you want to be spoilt in luxurious surroundings then this is the place. I would go back tomorrow if I could. I'd recommend the gold lounge experience. Fabulous!
"Overall Excellent"
We have just spent seven nights at the Fairmont Hotel in Abu Dhabi and found it to be delightful. We stayed in one of the Gold Rooms and it was wonderful. The staff were very attentative, each taking the time to make conversation with you, remembering your names and most importantly your favourite drink. They truly could not do enough to make your stay […] comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who just wanted a few days to relax. Les mer
"excellent = Gold Level"
Stayed in this hotel for two nights and would have loved to stay longer. Stayed in a Gold level room which was well worth the extra money as you get so many extras. The staff is the hotel are excellent and probably the best I have ever experienced. Also on my recent stay to the AB i stayed in Emirates Palace but would much prefer the Fairmont and look […] forward to when they open their next hotel in AB. Les mer

Only go to this hotel after 1 December when it will be finished. All restaurants are AMAZING and DO make the short walk to the Shangri-la souk next door - really nice selection of shops and restaurants there too...
"Fairmont Hotel, Abu Dhabi"
We stayed on the Gold Floor and it is certainly worth the extra pennies. Breakfast (omelette cooking station) and a good selection of cereals and hot food. Snacks provided between 2pm and 4pm and drinks and some very good snacks provided between 6pm and 8pm. The service was of the highest quality on this floor with nice touches such as the staff referring […] to you by name, remembering your drinks preferences and being attentive at all times (without being intrusive). The room itself was beautifully appointed with modern furnishing. The bathroom was great with a large walk-in shower next to a large free-standing bath. Toiletries were excellent and a full range including dental kit and shaving kit...something I normally have to ask for when I forget them! The pool area at the rear of the hotel was beautiful, however, there were a number of tiles missing in the pool itself which was disappointing for an hotel open for only a year. However, the views across the inlet were superb (aside from the expected construction) including a fantastic view of the Grand mosque. This is a beautiful building evoking childhood memories of Arabian palaces. Our tour there was also very, very good and recommended for the tour staff who are well informed and also have a good sense of humour. In all, I would recommend the hotel for the quality of the staff, the attentive service and for Frankie's restaurant! Les mer

Superbe vue sur la grande mosquée, chambres spacieuses avec tout confort, hôtel design. Nous avons passé 2 jours merveilleux dans cet hôtel.

Nous avons énormément apprécié cet hôtel. Tout y était parfait. L'hôtel est magnifique, tout est réuni pour passer un séjour d'exception. Nous revenons régulièrement sur Abu Dhabi, avons l'habitude des hôtels et reviendrons avec certitude dans cet hôtel, qui a surpassé ceux que nous avons déjà fréquentés. les restaurants sont excellents, avec chacun […] leur spécificité.
