Meget bra bortsett fra internett som koblet seg av hele tiden. Men det stod under utvikling på det så mulig det blir bedre snart. Ellers kjempefornøyd.

The resort staff was very friendly and helpful , the room condition is only so so , espercially the bath room is a bit old , you can see the stains on the bath tub and shower glass , etc. I rated this resort at 3 stars .

I have no real complaints about the R-Mar hotel aside from the beds being a bit hard. It is a short walk from the beach and there is also a nice bar. The food is decent but nothing to rave about. I would not suggest ordering the burger or shrimp burger...clearly was a frozen patty that did not have much flavor. We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel after reading all the good reviews. We chose free wifi over the mini bar. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. One minor fault though, as they placed two beds together with a king sized mattress, the bed base was protruding and hence I got bruised as I accidentally knocked on the corner of […] the bed. As mentioned by other reviewers, the bathroom floor got flooded after a shower. But that does not really bother us as we had on slippers. Breakfast is served at 6.30am There is an egg station where you can have scrambled egg or omelette. On the second day we were there, there were spaghetti with tomato sauce and baked potato, however, we did not have time to enjoy the nice breakfast as our tour pick up was at 6.45am. It would be good if breakfast can be served earlier, say at 6:00am as most tour pick up were rather early and we have an early flight to catch the next day. Just outside the hotel, there are two Thai and western food restaurants. There is also a massage and spa parlour where we had our massage and body scrub at a reasonable price. There are lots of stalls along the main street. It is also within walking distance to Patong beach. Beach towels were available when we went for our tour to the islands. This is a great place to stay and we will definitely stay in this hotel again. Les mer

The pool was a nice respite from schlepping around the temples for a few days. Breakfast was good (though choosing the time in advance was restricting). Helpful staff made arrangements for a tuktuk driver and English speaking guide named SIn. Ask for him!

Very friendly staff with excellent service. Staff went out of their way to help out us out. Hotel is very well located - minutes walk to the nightlife and just a few minutes to the beach - however it feels like an oasis in the middle of Patong.

overall it was a very nice hotel in a very quite street / part of town. Close to the main beach and main street. The room was good, clean and large with a good size bathroom but the shower would flood the floor because the way it was set up inside the bathtub. The bed itself was good and not to hard. The Hotel was nice and perfectly located. Only a short walk from the beach and the main shopping precinct. The rooms were kept very well and the shower was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. Always smiling and always very courteous. The hotel is conveniently tucked away down a side road so is nice and quiet, while still being a 5 minute walk to Bangla Rd, beach, mall, markets etc. The hotel has a travel/tourist info desk, wifi, PC internet and complimentary mini bar. Note: you are asked to […] choose between the mini bar and wifi (not a big deal). The swiiming pool was fairly impressive also, with an onsite bar, waterfall and spa massage. Our room was big with a large balcony and was made up very quickly each day. We have stayed in many resorts/hotels throughout Asia. Certainly value for money if you get the hotel on special offer. Would not pay normal rates! Staff very pleasant And helpful. Breakfast was ok but if your expecting a full English breakfast forget it, however egg station cooked omelettes and all other style eggs to perfection. Bathrooms really need sorting out as not only are they dark but everytime […] you shower the floor gets extremely wet. They have a very strict check in time so if you arrive earlier than 2pm expect to wait. Late check out we paid extra for, the cost varies from 300 baht an hour but we paid 1000 baht for 5 hours, Internet or free mini bar we chose Internet. Mini bar only consists of 2 small bottles of beer and 3 soft drinks daily so wifi is the better option. A tip is if you have 2 mobiles in your room ensure one has wifi turned off when you use the other or it takes ages to connect. All in all I would stay here if the price is right. Also want to mention the fabulous restaurant Orange just outside the entrance, it is excellent. Les mer

It is quiet as other people have said, but it is also right in the middle of Patong. For some that will be awesome, for others that might be a bit too full on and would like to be somewhere more relaxing. Mostly the staff were very friendly and nice. The hotel is cheap compared to other hotels. The hotel taxi is overpriced. Get a group mini bus for 150 baht, can be booked with tour operators but leave early engough to catch your flight. They let us leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out so that was nice. Breakfast was included and was good also. Depending on which wing you are in you might […] not have an elevator so your walking up stairs. We were on the third floor with no elevator. The pool closes to early, at 6 or 7, it should be open later than that. When you check in you can choose between a free minibar or free internet. The bathroom needs to be redone. I booked 6 rooms for myself and friends between 18th july and 29th july. I was impressed with the hotel and staff as a whole. The hotel was very close to Bangla rd and the beach and was the reason we booked and stayed. The breakfast was good (when we made it) and the mattress was very comfortable as apposed to the usual hard mattress in Thailand that […] I have previously encountered. The staff were exceptional except for one male nightshift attendant who was rude on numerous occasions and attempted to charge me because my room key malfunctioned and split in two pieces. (general wear and tear) I spoke with another staff member during the day and the key was changed over at no cost as one would expect. So apart from the ONE rude staff member I loved the place and would return with out hesitation. I would request a room with a pool view or you may be disappointed. We didn't book the room for the view so were not concerned with a balcony overlooking someones year yard. Overall a Big Thumbs up. Les mer

Our room was modern, clean and quite a good size. We had a view over the arrival area and pool. The room was serviced daily and to a very good standard. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, although not all staff seemed to understand english. The girl on the Tour desk was fantastic. Spoke and understood english well. She arranged tours etc […] for us. She went well beyond expectation to give us the best possible service. The breakfast was great. We had breakfast every morning. Good selection of both european and thai food. The omelet maker was fantastic. By day 4 he would make the omelet just the way I liked it and delivered to my table. The location of the resort was down a little alley type street at the very end. It was very peaceful and although close to Banglar Road we never heard any noise. Very quiet location. Short walking distance to Jungcelon and night markets. The pool area is well presented. The pool is well maintained and they have lots of sun loungers to relax. The bar at the pool is manned all day until 6pm. I will definitely stay here again. There is a laundry just before you enter the driveway for the resort. Very cheap and the lady was great. Check out the Patong corner restaurant. The staff there are friendly and all the food was great. It is only 1 minute from the resort. Les mer

Great hotel with good location. 5mins walk to the beach via shortcut behind the hotel. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and new, only problem is that you can hear your neighbour's shower when they on the shower tap. Maybe they could improve in their toilet facilities.

Great hotel in a great location! Short cut allows you to walk to the beach / Bangla Rd in less than 10mins. Staff were very friendly and helpful, free room upgrade on arrival (superior to deluxe). It was the second time we stayed at R Mar Resort & Spa, and just like the first time we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet spot right in the center of Patong, only 5 minutes from Bangla Road and 2 minutes from the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean - and the pool is really nice.

Et ældre hotel. Men trods dette rent og pænt. Hvis man bare skal bruge hotellet til at sove og bade er dette hotel super til prisen. Morgenmaden er som de fleste andre hotel i Thailand, helt ok ingen luksus. Men der er hvad der skal være.

不知道是不是我入住的時間是淡季，所以遊客不多。很安靜的酒店。基本上用腳都可以行到去巴東海灘呀，帆船商場呀，酒吧街嗎！但酒店位於小巷內，所以十分安靜，附近很近就有宵夜食！酒店的自來水偏咸，不知道是不是這個原因，所以會有水漬！WIFI於房內接收得不太好！會斷線！但整體真的不錯！酒店安靜但又很接近熱鬧的市中心。露台還可以，酒店好好風，吹水食花生。

There is not a long walk from the hotel to the beach or to the Jungceylon shopping center. The hotel is close to a bigger road, but we couldn't hear any traffic noise. The room we had wasn't that big, but we didn't spend much time in the room, so that wasn't a problem for us. I think all the rooms have a balcony, which was nice. 想像以上に部屋が狭く、使いにくい。以前のコメントにもあったが、シャワーの水が洗面所へ流れてきて、水浸し。レースカーテンない為、プールから丸見え。朝食は一般的。地理的にはまあ、まあ。

地點極方便,四周環境一般,方間清潔,早餐ok啦幾十蚊仲想點....不過唔食的話,周圍都有好多野食~~~係lobby rent a bike都係200泰紙!抵!!唯一唔得就係房間隔音,會聽到隔離房所有聲!!!!!沖涼啦,電視啦,傾計啦,扑野啦.....又會聽到走廊門聲人聲~唔會有覺好訓,不過佢地服務就好好嘅~~~
