Nice hotel, great location, room size OK, more space for clothes could be wished...

Nice hotel, good breakfast, convenient to the subway line. Airport limo service from Narita to the Conrad hotel next door. The only issue was spotty internet connection. Aside from that, the hotel was great and super value for Tokyo.

-location is very convenience, near by Shiodome station -room size is very reasonable in Tokyo standard -room cleanness is very impressed

I have stayed in quite other hotels in Tokyo and this is one of the better ones. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff is fantastic especially the one at the reception area as they all speak excellent English. Location is excellent as well as the Yurikamone line is right infront of the hotel and the Shidome underground is just below with Shimbashi […] a 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of eatries just behind the hotel at Pedi Shidome. I'll be back next year. Les mer

We have stayed at the Hotel Villa Fontaine, Shiodome on many occasions as we find it very good value. It is easy to get to from Narita by bus from Narita via the Conrad which adjoins Villa Fontaine. Breakfast is always included in the tariff and is simple but very satisfying. The staff are excellent and English speaking.Train stations of all lines are […] an easy walking distance under sheltered walkways. There is free Wi-Fi and an English language TV station. This hotel is right next to ginza and tsujiki market. So convenient to get from place to place. Also, many good restaurants around. Don't let other sites tell you that only tsujiki or ginza has the best food.

Super clean and convenient, this hotel clearly is for business clients...however - with easy access to the bus, metro, subway and train lines - it was the perfect spot for tourists! I hear the the rooms are quite large for Tokyo, but after the hotels I stayed at in Taiwan, it was tiny! Oh well...you can't have everything!

location very good and help of the staff very good. comeplementory breakfast was very nice. the rooms are nice but very small and i was told that I can add money for a bigger or better room. at the first time it was a little difficult to find the hotel location from the train station.

This is a good hotel if you are there for business. Natural light hardly comes in at all to the building and everything is a little dark and black. But its comfortable, clean, close to everything, nice and helpful staff, free internet. No fitness facilities. No bar.

Overall, we had a positive experience. The hotel clerks were very helpful, despite the language barrier. The rooms were clean and the queen beds, though not as big as the ones in the U.S. were still roomy. Of the 5 hotels I stayed in during my Japan vacation, this room and bathroom were the largest. The elevators were not centrally located to the rooms […] as we had a little bit of walk to our room. I used the washer and dryer and after 1 hour of drying the clothes were still wet. I never heard other patrons on our floor. Although I'm not a T.V. watcher, the location of the T.V. was not conducive to someone who wants to watch it from their bed. The location is not close to any must see sights but the Shiodome train station is across the street to get you to your destination(s). The hotel offers a buffet breakfast every morning. The menu is the same everyday but it's nice to have the option of eating something there if you don't want to go out. There are a number of restaurants in the surrounding area which allows you to stay in the building without having to step outside. Les mer

A very beautiful hotel for a budget traveller like me. Room was enormous and comfortable. Great location to Tsukeji Market (about 15-20 mins walk), near to the Shimbashi JR and Metro station (8-10mins walk underground) and Shiodome Station (less than 2 mins walk). Appreciated the complimentary buffet breakfast. Main gripe would be lack of wifi even […] in the main lounge area. For a business hotel, this is quite surprising. Computers with internet connection were complimentary but there were only 3 working units then and the confusion of using a Japanese keyboard didn't help. I was pleasantly surprised by the standard for a 3 star hotel . The breakfast was of good quality but do not expect the menu or comfort of a higher class hotel . But it's certain value for money in every category. The great plus is it's location just next to the siodome metro which is only 20mins away from Henada airport . Overall the stay was comfortable. Quite a walk to Ginza if you have lots to carry. The breakfast is the same all the time except the eggs that was cooked differently every morning. Otherwise, its clean and new.

A reasonably priced hotel in a business district. I really like this hotel because it's neat, has staff that speaks English well and is is very accessible to public transportation (Shiodome & Shinbashi train stations as well as the Yurikamome monorail). On weekends, the district in pretty empty but on weekends the district will be buzzing with business […] people at all times, from the morning all the way into the late evening. The hotel itself is located inside a high-rise building and the main entrance is accessed through the lobby. Free breakfast is provided each day in the hotel's lobby and there is a business center that is tucked away in a corner of the lobby for free use of computers/internet. Each room also has a wired LAN access. Bonus for Western travelers, Japanese hotels provide most personal grooming accessories you'll need in your room - in addition to standard, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, they will also provide a toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs, sponges and shower caps so you won't have to pack your own. The Shiodome property of this hotel is great. Room was decent size and the complimentary internet and breakfast is a real benefit.

hotel is close to the shiodome station. we have no trouble finding it. the room is rather small but that's tokyo. generally, rooms are clean. our only complain is that there is no night activity around the shiodome area.

This is such a beautiful hotel, the lobby is a visual delight. Our room was very nicely decorated and we had a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet had everything we could possibly want and was available for several hours in the morning. The only drawback for us was the bed is VERY hard. First time in Tokyo and it was a pleasure to stay in a hotel like Hotel Ville Fontaine which made our experience even better. Contemporary hotel, well priced, conveniently located, well sized rooms with good facilities and excellent stores and restaurants near the hotel. This is one of the best hotels in downtown Tokyo. The hotel location is excellent. You have several restaurants nearby to choose from. If you are looking for value, you would like this hotel. The service at this hotel was terrible. The front desk was not helpful at all. That aside, the hotel itself is nice and in a convenient location.

Great location within walking distance to Ginza, subway, JR rail station, and monorail. Nice sized comfortable rooms. Recommended.

Highly recommended! We used it for our family vacation in June, and booked two rooms for a family of 4. Extremely clean, very conviniently located in a newer area of Tokyo, access to subway was easy, plenty of restaurants around in the office buildings (usually on the second floor). Breakfast was good too. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Vi var där 8 nätter i april. Vi är mycket nöjda. Frukosten var bra- både den japanska och västerländska. Rummet stort med vattenkokare och kaffe/te. Sängarna något hårda. Läget bra tyckte vi, det beror ju läget på vad man sak göra i Tokyo. Vi använde oss av både Shimbasi och Shiodome metrostationer och på så sätt kunde vi nå alla metrolinjerna. Dock […] var Shimbasi stationen stor och det var svårt att hitta rätt - men det gick! Det fanns flera restauranger kring hotellet- om man letade lite! Både i gatunivå och på 42 våningen. 오다이바에 출장이 있어 이곳에 숙박했는데 아주 좋네요. 교통도 편하고 주변 조용하고 접근성 좋고, 유흥지는 아주 조금 떨어져 있어서 좋고...

東京に行く時はいつもここです。成田からも羽田からもアクセス（電車、バス）が良いし、銀座にも近い。欧米風のほっとかれるサービスが好きです。コインランドリーがあるのも助かります。無料ですから文句は言えませんけど、前と比べて朝食の質が落ちた感じがします。

Después de un viaje por todo Japón, tengo que decir que éste ha sido el mejor hotel. Con un vestíbulo y recepción impresionante como he visto pocas veces (y he visto bastantes) cuenta con buenas habitaciones, bien mantenidas, sin cajones en los armarios (una vez más) y con un buen desayuno incluído. Compared with VF Ueno, I like VF Shiodome much more. VF Shiodome is closer to subway station (Oedo Line) and still in walking distance to JR Shinbashi. Free breakfast included. The varieties in Shiodome is more. And the room is also bigger than Ueno. If you fly via Haneda airport, I'll say VF is a great choice.

It is a very nice and convinent hotel near subway station Shiodome. I love their foot massage machine and fress face mask. Next time if I travel by Tokyo, I will consider to stay here again.

nice location..easy move to the tokyo spot, located near metro shiodome station, easy reach to shinjuku or ropongi hill west side , also the mrt shinbashi connecting to tokyo and ginza. nice hotel host with kindly help and clean room with good toilet shower system . recommend for the travelers who want to travel the whole city.
