Inn at Tilton Place - Jensen Beach

The interior of the inn was well appointed. The innkkeeper was very friendly and was willing to switch rooms. The 3-course breakfast was delicious too. The area was close to the river, stores and restaurants.

We spend two nights at the Inn for Easter. Katie, the innkeeper, is very attentive and warm. The breakfast was delicious. Weekend nights are noisy as there is a bar across the street. The railroad tracks are very close, be prepared for a loud whistle around 5am. All in all it was a nice stay. We will be back next year.

Nice B&B a little far for the 95 and the sea , nice house; has to share the bathroom. Good breakfeast.

This establishment was very clean and inviting. Inside atmosphere very calm and serene. A wonderful breakfast was served in three courses in a quiet relaxing diningroom. A nice place to relax and get away from everyday stress. Walking distance from restaurants and local bars. Antique and art shops are also walking distance. Beachs are not far either. Great place!!

The inn is well-situated along a major, but quiet thoroughfare. The rooms are clean, well-maintained and comfortable. No dampness or mildewy odor -- sometimes a danger of motels and inns near the water. Breakfast was exquisite! Three courses of deliciously prepared, beautifully presented specialties. I think this is the only hotel/B&B I have ever stayed at twice. I'm writing this now from the second floor balcony which has a beautiful view of the water. I came to Jensen Beach specifically to stay at this hotel the first time (which I had heard about through Living Social). Now almost a year later, I'm back, and it's this hotel that is bringing me […] back to Jensen Beach. It is a really cute hotel with an emphasis on "green" - recycling containers available, organic tea, etc. One of the standouts of the whole experience is the three-course breakfasts every morning. The innkeeper makes them herself, using all fresh, organic, local ingredients. It starts out with very tasty scones, then there is usually a fruit plate (berries and cream, brown sugar peaches, melons and honey...), and then there is an egg dish. Every single thing she has prepared has been outstanding. Her customer service is excellent! She also hosts a wine reception from 5-6 every evening. I recently stayed at the Inn at Tilton Place for a friends wedding. it was nice and quiet, Katie that runs the place is very friendly. The 3 course breakfast blew me away...such a delicious gourmet meal. Although i did not get a chance to try them, Katie puts out organic wine at 5 pm. The funny thing I really liked, was the flat screen TV in the room, […] it had a DVD player and Katie has DVD movies in the lobby you can bring back to your room to view. A fun selection too !!! This place is a little pricey for what it offers. The room does not have an ensuite bathroom but shares a bathroom in the corridor. The view is towards the water over a fairly busy street. The room was comfortable.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. The view of the Indian river from the 2nd story room was very nice. There are no side chairs in the room which make it somewhat uncomfortable to hang out. There is no one on site from 7: P.M. to 7 A.M., so your on your own. Breakfast would probably be appealing to a health food lover, however I would prefer something […] much more traditional. There are a number of good places to eat close by and its just a short drive to the beach. Les mer
