The riad was very nice, and the staff as well. We got mint tea whenever we wanted, and everyone was very serviceminded. We organised pick up at the airport with the riads own driver. When we arrived the airport we could not find him, but after calling him he came inside and met us. After that everything went smooth, and the driver drove carefully. The […] location of the riad was perfect, but it is hard to find without a local showing you the first time. The riads owners are french and very nice, they told us everything about the riad, drew us a map and told us what we "had to see". The only minus was that you have to pay our stay by cash. It said so in the e-mail we got after making the reservation at holtels.com, but we had not noticed, and after a lot of back and forth we could pay by card after all. Les mer

Dette var en utrolig opplevelse. Riaden er nyoppusset og veldig flott dekorert.Etter en kronglete ankomst åpnet døren seg til en tusen og en natt opplevelse. To små bassnger, hyggelig betjening, egen bar med øl og vin. Flotte rom stille og rolig og en taktereasse med utsikt over takene i Marrakech. On the whole a very positive experience, only things I would say is the service at breakfast was a little slow, wifi did not work, and the room, particularly the sink smelt like drains.

This riad is excellently located on the edge of the souks, just off a very nice street. We were met at the airport - essential as we would never have found it down all the twisting derbs. When the heavy door opens off the dark alleyway you are transported to another world. The riad has two beautiful courtyards and a roof terrace with lots of hidden […] corners, loungers and sun hats provided. we were very lucky with the weather - 29 degrees at the end of January! - so we had our breakfast (served from 8.30 till 11) on the roof every day. Les Trois Palmiers was all my sister and I wanted for our first visit to Marrakech. The airport pick up arranged by the hotel went smoothly and the driver who spoke English pointed out places of interest as we drove to the riad which is in the medina. The walk down narrow winding alleyways to the impressive front door gave us that happy tinkle in this […] completely different country to any we had visited before. We were warmly welcomed by Khalid with our first of many mint teas and talked thru the map of area we were in. Patrick the owner came and welcomed us too and brought our guide to take us around the medina after a light lunch. He also gave us an upgrade in our room so we would be more comfortable. We recommend taking a guide the first time out and Hassan(?) was great and showed us places we would never have found on our own. Unfortunately we were heading off next morning on a tour so this first visit was too short. We had dinner in the riad - five courses and had a fun night being entertained and waited on by Khalid who has an easy going nature. The riad is cool and welcoming with two central courtyards, one has three palms in it plus an ornamental pool with bright furnishings and tiles adding to the exotic decor. Our room had all we needed and fresh roses everywhere added a beautiful touch. Les mer

The service was brilliant and the staff very helpful and hospitable. They made our stay in Marrakech! Although the location is very central and close to the must-see sights, it is difficult to find at first as it is not clearly marked and it is down a little road/alley. This hotel is in a great location. Patrick and Caroline the owners, have wonderful staff, its like home from home. We ate each night at the hotel and the food was delicious. We spent three nights at this riad and wouldnt hesitate to recommed it.

lovely friendly hotel hidden down a dark alley behind a heavy door. The first time you go to the riad you think 'what have I done' as you go down several alleys each smaller and darker than the last. then the door opens onto bright spotless beautiful luxury and you realise you have done something very special. Marrakesh seems confusing but with the […] hotels hand drawn maps - tell them where you want to go and they will draw the map - you get there with no trouble and feel like a local. The Riad Les Trois Palmiers is perfect to fully enjoy Marrakech. Away from the noise of the main roads yet close enough to join in the action. The staff were enthusiastic and provided food and help when required; the room was comfortable and more than adequate for the two of us although the sound of another rooms air conditioning was noticeable but […] not to the point of interrupting our sleep. The decor and ambiance of the Riad is exquisite; itself a sight to see in Marrakech. They only accept cash payment (although happy to have any currency) which left us with a problem when my wallet was stolen the night before we were due to leave. Les mer

We stayed for 4 nights at Riad Les Trois Palmiers. It is located in the middle of all the souks and only 5-10 mins walk from the main square. The Riad is clean, beautiful, quiet and the staff extremely helpful and caring. Loved breakfast and sunbathing on the roof terrace. Good location. Main communal areas are beautifully furnished with lovely roof terraces. Plunge pool is clean and fairly deep. Triple room on ground floor was a good size with lovely bathroom, soft towels and even bathrobes were provided. What a brilliant find, the service was outstanding-nothing too much trouble, we had a delightful man-Hisham_who gave us a tour of the Riad on our arrival. We were told to use it as our home and were made to feel as welcome as 'going home to mother'. We stayed at this Riad for 5 nights with our 13yr old son. From the start the welcome and service were genuinely friendly and gracious. Food was superb as was the location. Couldn't fault it in any way. We made new friends and would definitely return. We can also commend their child friendliness.

A beautiful Riad, surpasses all expectations. An aura of tranquility in the heart of the bustling Medina. Wonderful roof terrace with lots of nooks and cranies, loved the touch of having straw hats provided on each sun bed! Service was friendly an excellent, food wonderful, breakfast was a real treat with freshly squeezed orange juice and real coffee. Hicham's […] hand drawn map and directions were so useful, don't know what we'd have done without them as Riad is down a maze of dark, narrow unmarked alley ways and there is no sign. Hicham organised a trip for my daughter and myself to the mountains in the Riad's own car with their own driver, excellent day out, good to get away from the hustle and bustle. This was excellent value. I would recommend this Riad to anyone who appreciates the finer things in life. Les mer

Omdat we vier nachten bleven werden we door iemand van de Riad van het vliegveld opgehaald en weer gebracht. Vanaf het eerste moment was alles perfect. Bij aankomst bij de riad kregen we een kopje muntthee en konden we eerst even tot rust komen in één van de vele loungehoeken. Daarna werden we naar de kamer gebracht, alles was netjes en we hadden een […] mooi uitzicht over Marrakech. Ontbijt was ook super, op het dakterras in de zon. Iedere avond na een drukke dag in de drukte van Marrakech konden we in de riad tot rust komen onder het genot van een kopje muntthee. Niets was teveel gevraagd, zelfs de dagtripjes werden door de eigenaar geregeld. Kortom, alles was perfect, goede sfeer, super vriendelijk personeel en perfecte service! Les mer

Les Trois Palmiers ist ein sehr stilvolles, kleines Riad mitten in Medina. Auf der schönen Dachterrasse kann man fast nicht glauben, so zentral zu sein - so ruhig ist es dort. Alles top, 4 Sterne von uns nur, weil in dem günstigsten Zimmer keine Toilettentür ist. Später waren wir in einem anderem Zimmer, das perfekt war. ２日目に友達と合流だったので　事前にリアドに連絡して　送迎とディナーをリアドで食べれる様に頼んだ。　素敵にテーブルセッティングをしてくれ　お料理も美味しかった。　看板もない　迷路のような　道の中にある　リアドで　始め着いた時は　凄く不安だったけど、オーナーもスタッフも凄くいい人だった。２日目には　現地の友達と来て泊まり、スークで買い物。広場までは ５−１０分。慣れれば早く行ける。色んなお店を見ながら　歩いて行くので　苦痛ではない。　リアドのスタッフが親切に　リアドから広場までの地図をわかりやすく　ミントティーを出してくれながら　手書きで書いて説明してくれた。　　 自分の家の様にリラックスして下さいって言われたように　本当に　自由に　リアド内の　テラスで休憩したりできる。　　 女性の一人旅 […] でも平気なリアドでした。始めは緊張しましたが。　メールバックも素早やかたですよ。 Les mer

+ location 10min from main square, tea for free - absolutely overpriced accomodation and food!!! , only one "receptionist" speaks english and it is hard to catch him, siphon cluttered with hairs (disgusting), 3 power outages in one day ( only in this riad ), they will manage taxi for you to the airport for 100 MAD but they gave taxi driver only 20 […] MAD - incredible!!! Quedamos encantados con este Riad. Todo maravilloso, la atención muy cálida, inclusive de los mismos dueños y del personal, el lugar muy bonito, su situación es muy céntrica. Definitivamente Marrakech es una ciudad a la que sin duda regresaría y por supuesto a este Riad de nuevo

Das Riad ist wirklich schön, die Leute sind ausgesprochen nett und helfen, wo sie nur können. Wirklich Top ist die wunderschöne Terrasse auf dem Dach des Riads. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein und düster. Im Riad war es zu Beginn kalt (Reisezeit Februar). Nachdem die Heizung angeworfen wurde, was es aber schön warm. Mühsam finde ich, dass man nur Cash […] und nicht mir Kreditkarte zahlen kann. Trotzdem: wir (2 Erwachse + 1 Jugendlicher) würden wieder gehen. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern würde ich mir aber eine Bleibe suchen, die weniger "gespenstisch" liegt. Les mer
