Vi dro til Macau fra Hong Kong med båt, også går det busser til de forskjellige hotellene ved havna. Men det var desverre ikke oversikt på plattformene, så bussene tok bare en ledig plattform. Hotellet var fint, det var noen som bærte opp bagasjene for oss og noen som åpnet dørene for oss osv. I tillegg var det securitas vakter med dress utenfor hotellet og passet på. Det var ikke trådløs internett på rommet, kun på lobbyen. Til gjengjeld var det internettkabel på rommet. Vi var i Macau i 2 dager, og ba derfor ikke så mye om hjelp fra personalet, men vi fikk et godt inntrykk. Hotellet lå ikke midt i sentrum, men det var ikke langt å gå dit. Det var dessuten mye fine områder ved hotellet.

Bether than any other hotel I have visited so far in China! The only problem is the air-condition, the rooms can get too hot during the night. The service is good!

Hotellet er ikke helt nytt. Servicen er helt upåklagelig,både resepsjon og resturangenhar godt med folk så du får hjelp med det du vil med det samme. Ingen språkproblemer.

"Loved everything about the hotel"
I just got back from the hotel today and I've decided to write a review before I forget about my experience. First of all, I would like to say that the service from the hotel staff - well, the bell boys (since they were the only ones we've interacted with throughout our stay) - was pretty good. They helped us out a lot in terms of giving directions […] and advice when we were going out to places. They were very friendly! However, what had REALLY ruined my stay in this hotel was the service from a receptionist named Angel/Angela (I couldn't really see because her hair was covering her tag). Anyways, when I was checking out today, Angel/Angela's attitude towards me and my boyfriend was not very hotel friendly at all. She told me that I haven't paid for the hotel fee yet and I was confused because I thought that we had already settled the fee when we booked the hotel online. I only asked like, a question or two about it to understand the situation better but she got agitated quickly and started to raise her voice at me. Yeah, I guess it was my mistake for not checking the method of payment before our stay but her attitude was uncalled for. Thing is, the hotel booking was done through one of our parents cos we don't own a credit card and neither did we have that much cash on us to settle the bill on the spot. Angel/Angela just kept asking me questions like: "How can you NOT have the credit card (that was used for the booking)? Where’s the parent? JUST GET HER TO SIGN IT!" despite that I had already explained to her our situation. She had a really bad attitude and she was just so irritated that she went to find her manager and said to her in a very frustrated tone: "They don't have a credit card to pay and they said they don't have money to settle the bill!" The way she said it was as if we had tried to leave the hotel without paying! LUCKILY, the manager took over this situation and actually LISTENED to what I was trying to say but Angel/Angela just kept butting in and kep Les mer

"Best hotel experience I've ever had"
After a disasterous first night in Macau, we booked the Lan Kwai Fong online for a very reasonable price (booking online through hotels.com provides a much lower rate than if you call). We weren't able to sleep the night before and the hotel staff bent over backwards to ensure we got a room earlier than planned (called us to let us know the room was […] ready), ensured a non-smoking room, and even upgraded us to a suite, free of charge. The suite was incredible, with its own espresso machine, designer soaps, large, comfortable, bed, and spacious bathroom. I will definately be staying here on my next trip to Macau. Les mer
