Excellent service, breakfast every morning and dinner 4 days a week. The staff was very nice and they treat me like home all time. Clean gym...I has been in this hotel 3 times and the service is every time the best one. 100 percent recommended !!!

It was the best exsperiance I have ever had. We stayed for over a month. Morning breakfast was great. The dinners were out of this world. The kitchen staff were so very nice and accommodating. I couldn't for a nicer stay at a hotel they made me and my husband feel like we were part of the Homewoods Family.

Very seldom do you meet employees in a hotel who actually enjoy their jobs.....if any of these employees are disgruntled - you would never know. Jackie was amazing. We felt very safe at all times. They had a big breakfast bar that was outstanding. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely make reservations here again.

"A Great stopover."
We only stayed for one night and were very impressed with the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. The only downside is where the hotel is. The photo on any advertising gives a false impression of the position of the hotel. I would have been upset if I had been staying for any length of time.

Can not think of anything good to say about this hotel.The room had dog hair on the furniture, the linen was stained and looked dirty, some of the hotel staff were rude, and couldn't get them to wait on me at the front desk, and outside there was dog feces laying in front of the door on the sidewalk where you had to walk around it or step in it. I'm very sorry to hear your stay with us was disappointing. As a traveler myself I know that cleanliness is one of the real "make or break" issues at a hotel, which is why we take it so seriously. Please know that the issues you described above are absolutely not up to our standards. I think you will see from our other reviews that your experience was an unfortunate and rare occurrence, though that doesn't excuse what happened. Your comments have already been passed along to our housekeeping staff to avoid future mishaps. I hope you will allow us the opportunity to make it up to you; I know we can (and will) do better the next time you are in town.

"convenient location to shopping and resaurants"
We observed some food and crumbs in the corners of the bedroom and living area, indicating a rush job on the cleaning, although the hotel appeared to be pretty clean overall. Only one of the two PC's in the business center was operational, so I had to wait a couple of times for another guest to finish their online activity. We also observed that the […] kitchen help, especially in the evening ("manager's reception"), seemed to be stealing food and delivering it to waiting cars outside, and that they were very comfortable doing this - as if it was a normal everyday activity for them to feed their local families and friends at the expense of the hotel, and ultimately at all of our expense in the long run. That was a bit disturbing to us. In spite of all of this, we did enjoy our stay at the hotel and would stay there again. The front desk staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Les mer

"fantastic experience at cheap rates"
Stayed at the Homewood Suites for 5 nights with my husband, son, and our dog. Our friend had a similar room as well. We were extremely surprised at how new and clean everything was considering the cheap nightly rate we paid and the fact that this is after all a chain hotel. The bed was very comfortably with pristine soft sheets, my son had no complains […] about the pullout couch he slept on. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. The hotel is located next to Tradition Village so you have everything you need in terms of supermarket (Publix), restaurants (Hurricane for wings and another with some pretty good lobster rolls right in front of Hurricane, the name of which excapes me), spa (we got great pedicures at Sanctuary Spa), and even some retail shopping including Pier 1, Michael's, etc. My friend and I walked to the hotel after our pedicures and can verify that all the shopping is within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was the usual bland and uninspired chain hotel offerings. Other than that this hotel exeeded our expectations. And they are dog friendly! I was lucky enough to stay in this hotel just before it opened (wandered in and asked) 3 years ago and the customer service is what keeps me coming back every time I visit my parents. We have been living at this hotel for over a month now, waiting for our house to be completed, and feel we have become a member of an extended family. We are treated royally. The service we have gotten has been amazing. If we had an issue with something,such as a slow internet connection, it was taken care of that same day. Someone always did a follow […] up within hours to make sure we were satisfied with the job done. Every day, and evening we are greeted with a warm smile and a question, " How can we help you today"? or "Do you need something?" and "What can we do to make things even better?" Our suite is cleaned daily. There is free breakfast every day from waffles to bagels and eggs. A free dinner is available Mon through Thurs. and it is very tasty with fresh cut vegetables for salad. Can you believe they even offer us Wine and beer too? Our stay here has been wonderful, and we have approx another month to go. We are getting spoiled. "Wondeful + breafast included"
Very new, clean and comfortable hotel, and really close to the highway exit, but not noisy. Staff was very attentious, and rates very good for a party of 4 (2 adults + 2 children). Breakfast could have had more options to choose, but that's the only negative point I can list in an otherwise wonderful stay.

"Loved Our Stay!!"
We had a great stay, was very convenient to shopping and I95. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great daily. We had only 1 dinner which was great. Even the other guest were friendly and very satisfied. Will definitely return if staying in that area again. We were there for Special Olympics at the PGA. Very close by.
