Beliggenheten er helt perfekt. Lett tilgang til knutepunktet for Metroen, handlegater, elven, etc etc. Leiligheten jeg og min datter hadde vendte inn mot baksiden og var dermed veldig støystille. Servicen var akkurat så fin som vi trengte den. Fikk hjelp til alt vi spurte om hos den hyggelige mannen i resepsjonen. Det var veldig varmt de 3 dagene vi var i Budapest i begynnelsen av mai (ca 29 grader). Dette var overraskende varmt for hele byen og luftavkjølingen var ennå ikke satt på. Det var et bittelite minus.

Bra. MEN: Dusjforhenget manglet på badet. Putene er ikke gode. Kunne veldig gjerne vært et par stoler på verandaen. Kunne også vært en minibar på rommet. Kunne også vært en søppelbøtte i rommet da den som er på badet er liten. Bare dette hadde løftet komforen betraktelig!

Veldig fint hotell med flotte rom og en god frokostbuffet. Middagsmenyen var noe tynn mht utvalg og størrelse på porsjonene. Står at det tar 15 min å gå til sentrum men det stemmer ikke. Må ha taxi. Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Flott spaavdeling.

generelt et fint hotell med alt du trenger! fikk tatt en tur i fitness rommet, som var veldig bra sammenlignet med mange andre hotell
"Avslappende luksus opphold"
Estetisk pent hotell, nylig oppusset. Utmerket service. Benyttet fitnessarena som selvfølgelig var litt enkelt utstyrt, men dog passe de for et lite ferie opphold. Hygienisk god standard! Rommene var muligens litt i minste laget, men vi var fornøyde! Alt i alt et fantastisk opphold, med god mulighet til å nyte!

Superfint hotell til en veldig bra pris. Ligger ti minutters gange fra "sentrum", men det gjorde ikke så mye. Veldig bra frokost og bra service. Vi prøvde også hotellets velværeavdeling, men ble litt skuffet over denne. Boblebadet var litt skittent, men kan tenke med at utebassenget er bra på sommeren. Uansett anbefales hotellet!
Flott hotell, pent og rent, alt ser nytt ut og er godt vedlikeholdt. Flott restaurant. Egen stille trivelig bar som er åpen sent, med mulighet for å kjøpe drikke og småretter. Et ryddig, trivelig, vennlig og hjelpsomt personalet. Ca. 15. min. gange til sentrum, men enkelt, da en kan følge hovedgate rett ned til Donau. "excelent hotel close to the city centre"
Perfect hotel. Far better than expected, and in walking-distance to the shopping aera in Pest. Easy conected to the Buda side by subway. Not located in the most beautifull backyard in Budapest, but we didn't get in to any trouble. I reccomend to walk the parallell mainroad in the evening.

Great hotel in convenient location short walking distance to trams and other public transport. 10-15 mins walk to river and famous landmarks. Very comfortable rooms with good amenities. Staff very helpul. Breakfast were good with excellant choices in both hot and cold selection and constantly topped up with fresh food. overall very nice experience. small boutique hotel with good service and friendly atmosphere. rooms are rather "small" but nicely decorated and good enough for a short stay. breakfast buffet offers a wide choice. indoor pool/sauna is also very nice especially during winter time...highly recommend as excellent value for money.

"Zara - great base in a fine city."
From the moment we arrived the service in this hotel was very good. Staff most helpful. Room excellent, breakfast excellent, leisure facilities fine. Decorations for Christmas were tasteful. Very hard to fault this place, The hop on~hop off bus stops at the cafe New York which is a 2 min walk from hotel, Internet in rooms,friendly staff, modern rooms,piping hot powerful showers, fantastic food in the restaurant (half price alcohol if you dine in) The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they are always there to lend a hand or point […] you in the right direction. The rooms are lovely, very tastefully decorated. The breakfast is wonderful, everything you could wish for. We never used any of the health facilities although they looked very welcoming. Hotel easy short ride from train station as we came from Vienna...exterior of hotel wonderful reconstruct of early 20 century bathhouse...lobby new modern impressive..staff concierge all charming and helpful...first 2 rooms we were shown too small and no view...finally 3rd room larger facing front of hotel...spa pool small but good, spotlessly clean […] spa area, lovely roof space if warm enough to lay out...hotel a bit crowded with tours and conferences a bit too commercial...breakfast copious buffet but crowded..surrounding neighborhood sad felt like left from soviet era...transportation bus/metro nearby...staff really kind, intelligent, helpful and easy to deal with they"make"the hotel! if neighborhood is revitalized it would make a world of difference Les mer

I stayed here for a business trip to Hungary and found the hotel to be just what I needed. The workspace area and the gym were not great but the rest of the hotel more than made up for it. If staying here, ensure that you tell the reception staff if you have parked in the underground car park as this can be charged to your room (rather than making sure […] you have 4,800Ft in PERFECT notes for the machine!). "Fantastic and Beautiful Hotel"
This place is just gorgeous and as for value for money, the best we have ever known and we travel alot !! Staff were great. friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and even the maids were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was gorgeous and you can sit inside or out which was lovely as it was 30 degrees most of the time we were there. Metro is just a short […] walk from the hotel and from here you can get anywhere in the city. I would resommend this hotel to anyone. There is absolutely nothing to complain about the whole experience was a joyful one. My only regret is that we couldn't stay there longer its fantastic !!! Les mer

This hotel offers good facilties (gym, indoor and outdoor pool) and has a good breakfast, and has a lovely lobby area and bar. However, there is a little more style than substance and practicality when it comes to the standard room (called a 'superior' room). There is not much room to walk around the bed. The mattress is set within a frame that juts […] out into the area around the bed so that as you move around the tight space, you are inclined to scrape your leg against the bed frame at the bottom. Exceptional all round decor in rooms and public areas. Nice pool area though outdoor was closed but indoor pool, spa and sauna open for guests. Lovely friendly all round hotel and reasonable prices for their level of accommodation. Top Breakfasts too. Excellent for Jewish visitors as located in the old Jewish quarter and close to the main Synagogues […] and Kosher eateries. I did the whole shabbat shtick at Kacinsky Shull and pre-paid shabbat meals at Hanna's Restaurant in same courtyard. Cholent was tops. Les mer
"Superb hotel in Budapest!"
This hotel can warmly be recommended! It has great location, comfort, very clean and most importantly the staff were very friendly. The only negative thing was that a deposit of 60 Euro had to be paid at arrival, in case the mini-bar would be used. We paid in cash and the money was returned when we checked out. Too big to be described as a "boutique" hotel. The bathroom had very nice fittings but is over designed. It is difficult to get in and out of the shower because the toilet is situated too near the shower doors, and the gaps between the two doors and the tray result in a flood with every use. The organisation at breakfast is the most chaotic we have […] ever experienced. Poor quality fruit juices, no preserves, almost all the turines were empty, staff walking around aimlessly. The whole Hotel was at an unbearably high temperature and the room stat did not work. We complained to reception on 2 consecutive days but were told it was impossible to lower the temperature in any of the rooms. Ours was 25 degrees - we were advised our only option was to sleep with the window open - which when its snowing outside isn't the best answer. We ended up sleeping in a freezing room because the heat was making us unwell. Les mer

This is a modren hotel only a year old. The staff were frendly and helpful. Room sizes were a bit small but comfortable it is ni a good location a little off the main streets but still close enugh to most things. The brekafast was good too.

Booked hotel for a 4 night honeymoon, perfect all round ! Staff immensly polite and helpful, we were upgraded to a superior room and a complimentary bottle of champange arrived at the room 10 minutes after we did! The included buffet breakfast was fantastic, a choice of everything you can imagine you would want for breakfast. Restaurant equally good, […] we ate in on 2 nights, food, presentation and service all brilliant. The hotel facilities were all great, Indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub and saunas, were one of the main reasons for choosing it. "Nice hotel, small rooms far from the center"
The 2 twin beds room that we got was very small and tiny (not good for 2 persons), so is the "swimming pool" or more correct the Big tab . . . The Jacqui was dirty, and the wet sauna didn't work, the hotel is 20 min walk from the center (Vatsi Utsa str).

A really cool hotel, smartly designed and efficient service. Spa and email access and buffet breakfast were the best things about the package.

We stayed at the Zara this week between 4th-8th July. The hotel is well located near the centre. Staff are very helpfull. Breakfast is a hot and cold buffet with ample selection. breakfast can also be enjoyed in the attached courtyard. Rooms are clean well presented and have usual mod coms you would expect in a 4 star hotel. The Hotel has just been […] built and I had book it as it had spa and fittness facilties. However on arrival I was told they were not ready. I was told it would be ready soon and it was for our last day when we used it just before check out. I was very pleased with the way the front office manager was helpfull with my requests and handled my disappointment of not being able to use the spa facilities. She showed a willingness to try and make my stay as enjoyable as possible. At the front desk you can also book all trips and spa visits at the same price as you would pay directly. In all an excellent hotel which I would return to again and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Budapest Les mer

Perfect hotel, mooi, proper, ideale ligging, uitgebreid ontbijt. Als we toch iets moeten opmerken, dan is het dat de kamers en badkamer eerder klein zijn. Doch dit stoorde nauwelijks. We hebben ontzettend genoten van het dakzwembad!

Topp hotell med mycket trevlig och service vänlig personal. Aningen hårda sängar jämförelsevis, men helt ok. Tak pool samt inne pool, bubbel pool och bastu, gym, massage, som var fantastiskt. Frukost och middagsresturang klart godkänd. Ev enda minus för topp 5 betyg är läget som ligger minst 15min gångväg ifrån (i princip alla) resturanger, shopping […] gata, Donau båtar. Egentligen ok för hela ben och leder, om vädret är ok, om man har tid, och timmen är relativt tidig för kvällspromenad. Taxi, buss finns tillgänligt direkt vid hotell eller t-bana typ runt kvarteret. Bestemt over middel - en positiv oplevelse!!
Vi har inget att klaga på. Jättebra frukostbuffé. Rent och fint. Trevlig personal. Bra läge med billiga och bra restauranger och pubar runt om, när man inte vill vara mitt i turistcentrum. Nära tunnelbana.

"Fint hotel, centralt beliggende med god standard."
Jeg er kommet på hotellet flere gange, og jeg synes servicen var bedre for et år tilbage. Der er for mange grupper, klasser der bruger hotellet nu, og det skaber meget larm og stress bla ved morgenmad.

Relativ bra läge. Mycket bra frukost, trevlig personal som hjälper med den mesta. Inomhus simbassäng, bubbelbad och bastu var liten och svårt att uppleva om andra fanns på plats. Utomhus bassäng var stängd (vinter).

300 meter till den kända ruinpuben Szimpla Kert som man ej får missa. Knutpunkten Blaha med tunnelbana och spårvagn endast 2 min bort.

Мы жили в отеле пять дней: с 31го декабря по 5ое января 2012г. Очень красивый, современный отель. Отличные полноценные завтраки!!!Внимательный персонал.Номера небольшие, но очень комфортные.Убирались ежедневно.Бельё всё новое и чистое.Отличная звукоизоляция, в номере было всегда тихо-ничто не мешало отдыху. Один раз ужинали в ресторане отеля:обслуживание […] хорошее, меню "на четвёрку с минусом", но голодными не остались.Зато прекрасный лобби-бар. Рекомендую этот отель тем, для кого интереснее много гулять и приходить в отель для того, чтобы полноценно отдохнуть, набраться сил для следующего дня, плотно позавтракать - и опять гулять!:) Из недостатков, пожалуй, только ситуация с утюгом: мы приехали вечером 31го декабря и торопились встречать с друзьями Новый год.Моё платье доехало с повреждениями.Попросили на рецепции утюг.Нам сказали, что все утюги,которые у них есть, сейчас отданы гостям.Пришлось ждать больше часа и несколько раз напоминать о себе.Когда его принесли стало понятно, что это "боевой" утюг из времен венгерской революции...Так что если у вас есть дома свой маленький туристический утюг - берите с собой!(Я, кстати, первый раз за все путешествия оставила его дома и пожалела).Но эта маленькая досада не повлияла на общее очень хорошее впечатление об отеле!
