We have travel a lot around Europe, USA and other continent. Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto is the best ever hotel we have been. The hotel is so superb! The service, room is always clean, the people working on the front desk, the breakfast and ppl working there, the fruit, and after noon cookies, the swimming pool, the gym, the laundry, the offer to […] get you or drive you the airport…..and all the staff from the top to bottom are so wonderful. Have no word. Just experience it, you’ll love it. We would like to thank all the hotel staffs who made our 25 days in stay in the hotel unforgettable and comfortable. – Sosi & Dani Les mer

We have stayed at this Hampton twice while visiting family in Toronto and would recommend it without hesitation. It is close to Pearson airport and not far from our family. Otherwise it is not close to downtown Toronto and may not be convenient to tourism.

Stayed in this hotel for an overnight before flight out. Hotel clerk extremely friendly, comfortable.beds, and as I asked for fastest way to airport she handed me a small piece of paper with written directions. Great service.

We were looking for a hotel close to Etobicoke where we were attending a family gathering. The location of this hotel was excellent for that purpose. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast (provided free of charge) was also very good with plenty of choices.

only 20 minutes from ACC great breakfast right off of the highway clean & comfortable rooms

All is great except for the pillows. But then again I've experienced the same at a St Louis location also. Made myself a promise that the next time I'd bring my own. Guess what, I forgot. My fault. But it won't stop me from chossing Hampton on my next outing, Great staff and hotel.

My husband and I occupied 2 rooms with our grandchildren and appreciated the 24 hours coffee, tea, fruit and cookie service. The breakfast area was pleasant, and the children were happy with all their choices. The staff was welcoming and efficient. Our only complaint was that the room was too hot even with the heat turned down and the window opened. […] Perhaps the bedding is a bit too heavy. Otherwise it was an excellent place to stay. My plane got in at 6 Am. The staff let me check out after 2 pm. They were all very nice. All day coffee in the lobby was nice too.

Great hot breakfast (except on Christmas day), friendly staff, free parking. We would stay there again!

Hotel staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. Continental breakfast had a great selection. Hotel is fairly new, room was in great condition and very clean.

Staff were all super friendly and totally accomadating in every aspect from checking in to special request and scheduling of the shutter. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall experience was wonderful and have already booked a room for next business trip.

As the review shows i was very comfortable in this hotel the Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto Airport, very clean, rooms were a good size, very comfy

We found the shuttle bus easily and were taken to hotel straight away. Staff were friendly and helpful, booking us on the morning shuttle and explaining where to find an ATM. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate.

Over all a very impressive hotel.

From the moment I checked in until my departure the next day, everything from the room, service, comfort and food were all outstanding. Will certainly return to this hotel on my next trip to Toronto.

The hotel and the room was wonderful with a very nice and comfortable bed. The room was well appointed with desk. The reception was very friendly. The morning breakfast buffet offered a complete warm as well as cold selection of food. It was very appetizing and good. Service was very prompt and friendly. A good and nutritious breakfast in beautiful […] surroundings always starts the day off on a good note. Unfortunately, there were no restaurants open in the evening in the area. As a seasoned traveller i have stayed in many hotels around the world and i have to stay that this hotel was a very pleasent place to spend a night, rooms were clean and comfortable, the walk in shower in my room was great, the staff were extremely helpful, polite and efficiant and the breakfast was good as well, infact i cant think of anything that […] was a negative and i will happily stay here again the next time im in the toronto area :) Les mer

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.Very comfortable and very clean.Employees were friendly and very helpful.I would definitely recommend to my family and friends that this is a very nice place to stay.Rates were also reasonable and I will most definitely look them up again in the future.

this hotel is one of the best hotels i stayed in the staff was great and very helpful room , furniture and fixtures were in excellent condition breakfast was good , small note , if they mention that there is ham on the food it would be better

The beds at this hotel are the most comfotable I have had in a long time. Wonderful mattresses and pillows and luxurious linens. The hotel staff was very considerate and polite. The buffet breakfast was great, too. There was a good choice of food and really good coffee.

I stayed here with my boyfriend and we enjoyed our time there! The breakfast buffet was great the gym was very modern as well as the rooms. We're in our early 30's and it wasn't a hotel that was overloaded with noisy kids. I would definitely recommend it and the location is prime!

This newly remodeled Hampton Inn was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the shuttle driver went out of his way to inform us of how to get downtown. He drove us to the right bus stop and helped us with bus number and subway info. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The washroom was very nicely appointed as well. The continental […] breakfast was also a bit nicer than the average. If you need a hotel near the airport, then do not look any further. Stayed one night with my family - all of us make up 10 people (including one toddler and a baby) who slept very comfortably in two rooms. Front desk was very warm and friendly. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was nice. My two nieces loved the pool there too but I don't recall it being anything special. My dad really loved the decor […] and insisted on taking pictures of the furniture and setup to replicate in one of our vacation homes. Hilton hotels are usually setup very nice. Overall, great place and would definitely go back (if I needed to be close to the airport). Like mentioned, my only gripe is location. It's an expensive cab ride to downtown Toronto (approx a 20-25 min drive) but it was very close to the airport. To be fair, the cabs in Toronto are just crazy expensive anyways. Les mer

The carpet in the breakfast area needs cleaning or replacing, as does the upholstery on the chairs. Everything else was just excellent. We really like the shower doors as opposed to the shower curtain that you normally find in hotels.

We had an excellent 2-week stay at the hotel. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children (4 & 6 years). It was an enjoyable stay at the hotel, the ambient was terrific, and the room was clean. We also enjoyed the rich breakfast. My kids were enjoying the swimming pool and sometimes, under my attendance, the fitness room. The parking lot was big enough […] and free. The hotel personnel were very kind and patient. You can approach them 24 hours a day. I really thank them for being so kind and cooperative. When we come back to Mississauga, we will surely stay at this hotel. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. Les mer

We chose this hotel as the price was reasonable and because we were travelling with two young children being close to the airport was important. The staff were extremely helpful when planning our excursions and when answering our many general questions. The pickups and dropoffs from/to the airport were very useful, especially when collecting the hire […] car. Breakfast was plentiful! The pool was a hit with the children. There are some very good restaurants and pubs nearby which the hotel helpfully recommend. Overall a very friendly and good value place to stay. Better than 2.5 stars Les mer

This is a beautiful hotel. Looks new and modern with big rooms and large bathrooms, The lobby is lovely, pool nice but a bit chilly, and breakfast was very nice, The only downside of this hotel was the location, It is located in a nice area but all hotels and corporations...no restuarants or shopping near the hotel. Although not a long ride, it was […] outside the city, Staff was very nice though and would recommend as long as you plan on eating and shopping in the city. Les mer

Easily found, appeared newly renovated - bedrooms and bathroom were beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable - 2 pillow types- adjustable A/C. Concierge was very helpful- had a luggage check in, booked us for shuttle to airport, booked wake up call, gave us directions to nearby Mall. Although minutes from airport, you could not hear the airplanes […] or road traffic. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding - omelets, bacon, make your own waffle, fruit, bagels, cereal. Free parking and a good breakfast - this hotel is an option to consider if you are staying near the airport.

Fabulous hotel. Close enough to park at nearby subway lot and not have to drive in the city. Close to a few fast food and nicer restaurants. Terrific beds. Breakfast good and staff helpful.
