Great Rooms and very nice staff!! Very convenient place near International Airport, easy access. Just far from turistic area of Mumbai!

Upscale Holiday Inn with overall standard and service better than Holiday Inns in North America (Defintely 4-star). Soorroundings not so great but that is Andheri in Mumbai.

The service at the hotel is very good. Food is good, rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is not good; it's convenient since it's close to the international airport however there are hotels closer to the airport where you don't have to deal with a lot of traffic. In addition; there is a bridge/metro construction which makes traffic worse (but […] there is going to be traffic whereever you go anyway :) ). It's not a good neighborhood. Quick notes if it's your first time: - Take the prepaid taxi for around 150 - 170 Rs. (3 USD) from the airport to the hotel. - Ask reception to call you a 'coolcab' for affordable taxi rides - Hotel pick up car is quite expensive - Remember you cannot walk around the hotel. You have to take a car to and from the hotel! - In room dining is pretty good; good food for reasonable price. Enjoy! Les mer

We arrived very late at night and we were very tired and hungry. The staff was helpful and polite and I was delighted to know that room service was available and they even made a special request for my partner. The breakfast selection was excellent and the room was exceptionally clean and quite.

We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel rooms were spacious, clean and quite modern. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hotel in Bombay. The Holiday Inn properties are excellent in India.

This ultra modern hotel is very pleasant inside, great staff and a good restaurant. The terrace pool was awesome. One of the few hotels I have been to that has a good gym with good equipment. The only drawback is the surrounding neighbourhood.

Stayed one night following a 12 day holiday in Mumbai as had an early 4am flight. I was ill with a bug i caught elsewhere, the hotel staff refused my request to send for any rehydration salts for me so had to venture out to weird neighbourhood to buy from local store/someones living room which i thought was mean of them. I have stayed here multiple times this year and each time the service level seems to get worse to such an extent this will be my last visit. The hotel itself is of good quality, the rooms are too. The location is noisy and the surrounding area is not so good but was never an issue in returning. My gripe is the service. Twice in 8 days I had arranged […] hotel collection service from the airport and twice they failed to turn up! Differing stories from everyone I spoke to didn't help me believe anything.When I was asked how my journey was and I started explaining the guy just ignored me and carried on doing his work duties! I also ordered a taxi from reception - the taxi rank is outside the hotel gates but after 15 minutes nothing arrived. Had to request this again and it turned up immediately. High rates charged for airport pick-up too and also for internet. The restaurant quality also seems to have suffered with the buffet choice not as good as my first experience but that has not stopped the price increasing. I stayed elsewhere on this trip with a hotel of what I would perceive a lower quality but the service was 10 times better than the HI. It really brought home just how poor this hotel now is. I'd asked for a few things that're supposed to be part of the room package but it took them several hours (more than 4) to accommodate. next day seemed a bit better. At times very slow to react and make things happen.

Positive points. Helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Negative points. Even as a Priority club member, still had to pay for internet. Had to sit in lobby at checkout time and endure very loud live concert. Shuttle ride to airport was expensive.

Things I did not like about the hotel 1. When the driver picked me up from the airport on our way to the hotel he stop and asked me to get out of the vehicle and told me I had 2 minutes to shop, ( I was scared and I said no and asked him to take me to the hotel) 2. Receptionist did not know if we had a reservation ( it toke over 30 minutes to check […] in) 3. When checking out the receptionist wanted to charge me for the room again and it toke more than 30 minutes to check out 4. Got charge to the transportation from and to the airport 5. If you're idea of a Holiday Inn is a slightly run down budget hotel with stale coffee in the lobby then think again. This is a state of the art hotel with a lobby that equivalent to a five star hotel. The room was standard Holiday Inn but much larger than usual with a flat screen TV and glass desk. A window in the bathroom allowed me to lie in the tub […] and watch TV at the same time. A separate shower was a bonus. The landscape is typical Mumbai city outside the window and the construction of a new metro outside makes for considerable traffic congestion in the street outside. Overall a very pleasent experience and an excellent alternative to other airport hotels. Les mer

The service at this hotel was outstanding! From check in to resturants the staff was great! Highly recommend. The only downside was the traffic to the hotel due to construction but the experiance and service made up for it,

I stayed at this hotel one overnight waiting for a next morning flight. The hotel is located in a very busy, dirty area of Mumbai. Yet, when you enter the property everything changes. Nice and clean lobby, friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms. This is a great place to stay if you need to catch an early flight.

Everything was good about this hotel only the location is not the best.. Unlike the Holiday Inn Express in China and Hongkong this hotel does not offer a complimentary internet service in the business centre.

It's nice hotel, nice rooms, good staff. Good food at buffet restaurant. But the neighborhood is the worst part hotel even though it stands close to international airport!

感觉整体还行，但是清洁度不满意，一共入住了三个晚上，第二个晚上，更换的床单和被套上有脏兮兮的东西~深夜三点多有电话骚扰，服务人员不错， 早餐比较满意~

位置距离比较近，因为孟买的机场靠近市区，所以酒店的位置到哪里都比较方便，而且酒店内部环境很好，早餐也很丰盛，是个值得推荐的酒店。 酒店各项服务都不错，特别是在孟买，周围环境并不好的情况下还有这么好的酒店和服务。 唯一美中不足的是走时把最喜欢的衬衫丢在酒店了。打电话问，对方说没有找到，真是遗憾。

Das Hotel liegt mitten in einem Armenviertel in Mumbai. Der Komfort und die Einrichtung entsprechen dem heutigen Standard, allerdings ist es ein spezielles Erlebnis inmitten des Armenviertels auf dem Dach des Hotels den Swimming Pool zu geniessen. Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich, erschien mir aber ziemlich unflexibel sobald es um Verlängerungen […] etc. ging. Ansonsten ein gutes Geschäftshotel in der Nähe des Flughafens. Les mer
