for an overnight stay was adequate; however, shuttle service to airport was mentioned in advertisement as 4 a.m., however, no service available until 5 a.m., which created travel and parking inconvenience for trip, plus additional monies expended for parking.

I was pleased with everything about the room except for the fact that the airport shuttle doesn't run before 5am. I booked this room because I had a 6am flight out of New Orleans and the hotel was a mile away from the airport and advertised an airport shuttle service. The front desk tried to convince me that 5am was plenty of time to get there, check […] bags and get through security. I couldn't chance missing my flight so I opted to take a taxi which cost me $24 to go 1 mile to the airport at $8/person. I recommend this location if you have a later flight than 6am. They won't budge on the 5am shuttle start. Another couple was taking a taxi as well. We left for the airport at 4:30 and didn't get to the gate til 5:20. 5am would have been pushing too close. The room was comfortable but not very clean. As soon as I walked into the bathroom, I realized that there was dried urine on my toilet seat. Being a girl, this is kind of important to me. I had to wait until the next day around noon to have a cleaning person clean it. After cleaning the toilet, they used the same wash cloth to wipe the sink handle with. […] Great! The bath tub didn't drain well, so every time I took a shower, I was standing in three inches of water. Also, I noticed a bunch of little bites on my back when I woke up in the morning, I think they were flea bites, since I didn't see any bed bugs on my mattress. Other than that, the bed and pillows were really comfortable and the location was really close to the airport. Les mer

I'm picky about hotels (cleanliness, smells, safety, newness is a must) and this one is great! The only negative is that there is no pool. My son and I stayed there for a soccer tournament (seven minutes from Laferniere park) and I felt safe. There is free Wi-Fi and breakfast in the am, both are convenient. The staff was extremely friendly. The room […] was very clean and new, I even felt comfortable enough to bathe in the tub (usually only do showers in hotels) Close to shopping and dining. There is a five dollar charge extra for the breakfast but I didn't see a way that they check you at breakfast so I could have just booked the cheaper room. Les mer

Because I booked through a outside source two different times for this trip, They would not allow me to use my Choice Privileges card to qualify for this promotion. I think you need to renegotiate your contract with them to allow for any current promotions. other wise , I will have to start booking through the hotel chain direct.

Our flight was at 6.10 a.m., and the free hotel shuttle got us there just in time for the long security line. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet, & very good value.

away from city though so not great if you plan on hanging out in Nola

receptionist friendly and helpful. breakfast biffet good. Something for everyone. Would definetly stay ther again

Our room was great! It was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we even got a refrigerator and microwave. The housekeeping and front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. The building is pretty new, so everything felt fresh and clean. Overall, we were very pleased with this choice of hotel. It's also close to the airport with free airport […] shuttle service. (You should know, however, that the airport is not close to downtown New Orleans.) Hotel was 1.3 miles from airport, was able to Stay, Park and Fly at no additional charge. Shuttle to airport was prompt when called and driver delivered us to our car and loaded luggage. Our room was very clean. Did not get to try free breakfast our flight was leaving at six am.

I was in town for work & needed a place close to my work site & the airport. This fit the bill just fine. Rooms were nice & comfortable.

Outstanding place to stay. New. Very clean. Early AM staff had very poor attitude.

This is a reasonably nice, fairly new hotel just down the road from the NO airport. Access is easy and the area is very quiet. On the down side, the bathroom was less-than-clean, shower water pressure (third floor room) was barely a trickle, and the bathtub was better lit than the bath vanity, so you shave in darkness.

my stay was due to the jr. olympics . the hotel was only a 15 min drive from the vinue.very nice staff for the most part .i was disappointed that the breakfast did not start until 6:30a.we had to be at the stadium by 7am. so we did not have time to eat,and the manager would not allow us to take food with us.also no pool at this hotel.although they show […] one in the photos.you could tell that the staff was not use to being sold out .it took them a day or two to catch up to speed . there are some good resturants close (4-5 miles) but get a map and do your homework. Clean, comfortable, smells like new, good breakfast, pretty close to airport. Too far from the French Quarter and parking in the city can be expensive... I would stay there again though

Very clean a new! Would stay there again. They had a smal ant problem, but other than that very nice place to stay.

The hotel was very nice for a 2 star hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing was the water was not always as hot as I wanted it to be. I imagine the water temperature varied depending on how many people were using it at a particular time.

This hotel is perfect for catching an early flight the morning after your stay. Rental car returns are also nearby, and they have an airport shuttle. Parking was free. This is not where you want to stay to visit New Orleans, however, because it is far away from everything you would want to see or do, and there's nothing much in the area. A Denny's and […] a VooDoo Barbeque were the only restaurants nearby. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. The perfect one night stop before that early morning flight. Les mer

Immaculately clean, relatively new property, right down the road from the airport- Free Shuttle available, perfect location for an early departure from New Orleans Airport (MSY). Comfort Properties can be hit or miss, but this one is excellent - I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 2 days during the weekend before Mardi Gras. The hotel was comfortable but we were disappointed to not have internet service. After complaining twice we were told that someone would contact us about it and no one did. We had planned to rely upon the internet to find places to eat and parade routes. Room rate was exorbitant. I realize it was directly related to Mardi Gras but exorbitant none the less. I was refused an extension beyond regular check out time. First time that has ever happened. A sign at the front desk said that no addional towels, face cloths etc. could be granted. A guest in front of me told the desk clerk there were no face […] cloths in hwe room. The clerk gave some to her. After the guest left the clerk said that might cost her her job. Sounds a little out of line to me. Les mer

Nice staff, and nice accommodations. A bit out of the way. We took the room because it was right next to the airport. Would not stay here again, though.

The hotel is brand new and very clean and the people working the desk on all shifts were extremely helpful and very friendly. They were very knowledgable on where to go and what to do in the French Quarter and how to get there.

We enjoyed our stay, even though it was short. We arrived very late, but the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom spacious and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast served in the dining room was good, and the server was cheerful, extremely polite and helpful.
