It is good for a quick stay. But, somehow every time I've been there, I get really allergic and stuffy.

its was a really nice stay, room was clean. bed was comfortable. room was big. it was quiet. the staff was friendly, check in took a while due to having just one employee at front desk. only one elevator working. breakfast was good enough. location is good, right beside the highway, close to beaches, ponce, lajas, la parguera, cabo rojo. so is really […] nice to go sight seeing or to the beach. would return to this hotel, and recommend it to anyone. We stayed for three nights....we noticed down the halls that a lot of rooms were missing digits signs. In order to locate a room have to count to figure out th room number...both guest elevators were our of service during our entire stay...we had to use the servic elevator...walls in the room were dirty...the was missing key chain even the secure lock […] was missing...but at least the door close...th ceiling in the bathroom was falling off..aparently got well and was never replaced...seems that owners want to keep the hotel and money going.. but not willing to fix anything having the employees working with half of equipment broken... The hotel was ok for the price we got. Facilities were good and include free breakfast. However, conditions of certain areas of the hotel need to be improved. For example, there was only one elevator working, the other one was under repairs. Also, air conditioning of the room could not be controlled and was always running at 60 degrees Farenheit which […] is a little bit cold for us. There was no maintenance service or maids for the cleaning and the fixing of the beds and overall maintenance of the room. We were very disappointed with Pichi's Hotel. Having been there a few years ago we went there thinking we were going to find a nice place. We saw a VERY neglected hotel. The room was not very clean. The sink and the shower were in need of some good scrubbing. The phone in the room was not working. We had to ask for soap and were given a hard time to […] get some. The staff was not very friendly. The outside of the hotel looked like a dump site, and the one working elevator had holes on the wall and... NO CASINO! The Best Western Pichi Hotel in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico was excellent! The location in the Southern part of the island was perfect. It is located near major highway exit.The staff is very helpful and super friendly. The rooms are roomy and clean. There was always hot water. The Amapola Restaurant food was absolutely delicious, and I have recommended […] it to family and friends that both visit the Island and live there. The restaurant staff aim to please quest taste buds. One area to improve might be to provide television channels like univision. But even that suggestion is something very minor. The isn't anything for the guest to entertained themselves at evening time. Casino closed, swimming pool closed early, bar no one arround. Only able to relax in your room, nothing else to do.

Overall Good. Checking in took too long, pool closed at 8 pm probably should have open later especially if families traveling with children. They are on vacation and we would of liked to stay at the pool until at least 10 pm. Had to check out towels for the pool. It is a hassle to have to check out towels and turn them in. Me and my girlfriend stayed for a nice weekend getaway. It is located relatively near a lot of places to visit like Ponce, La Parguera, and such. The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. I think i got what i wanted, a very secluded, quiet, away from it all kind of place. The service was awesome, breakfast was good but it could have been better by adding bacon instead of boiled ham every morning.

Is Not What It Use To Be. The Hotel is OK, the cleanliness of the rooms have alot to desire, but I mean, lot of Dust all over the room. The Guest Parking Is Supposed to Be IN Front Of The Hotel, They Even Give You a Paper To Put In Your Car Indentifying you as a Guest, But they have a Casino In the Hotel and the Security Guards Doesn't even care who […] Parks In the Guest Parking Area, sometimes you end out parking all the way in the Back and With liltle to no light available. You can see Homeless Dogs sleeping right In Front Of The Hotel and the staff doesn't do nothing to move them from there, Just Imagine the Smell when you Walk By the area. The Continental BreakFast Is Always The same Over and Over again, expect 1 Day Oatmeal The Next Day Farina, when you stay for 10 days In a row you end Out Tired of the same. Make sure If You want to eat Cheese ASK them To give it to you, Because they keep it hidding in the Back and Unless You ask For It they Don't even Offer it... The Juices are so Bad, Make sure to bring your own drink from the Vending Machines IN the Second Floor In General Compare to Other Hotels In The Guayanilla - Yauco Area, this is a Much Better and In Better Condition than the other hotels, But for the Price You Pay you expect to get More Value For Your Money wich is Not The case. If It wasn't Because My Family Live in Guayanilla, I would NOt stay In this place at all, BUT I Have no other Choice, so I try to Make from the Badness of This Place The Best I can... Les mer

The toilet had low pressure during flush causing regular clogs. Don't plan on eating at Amapola restaurant, unless you plan on waiting a long time to be seated and waiting even longer to get the food. They have no housekeeping at night so our toilet stayed clogged all night. Other than that the room was comfortable.

It has great facilities in a quiet place. The hotel is new and very comfortable. In my opinion, it needs more maintenance because they failed in silly things like an exit sign balancing in a hall or a messy entrance garden.

It was a little bit expensive. Rooms very clean but no amenities. Bath towel torn out andnot enough wash towels. Breakfast was not good and cold. Should have some music on week ends.

everything was good expected a little more of night time, for thing to do at the hotel seens evrything around closed to early. The pichi is a great hotel in a area with few options, the pichi is a great hotel in any standard but its location makes it that much better if you don't want to stay in Ponce and have immediate access to travel anywhere on the island.

WE STAYED THERE 3 DAYS AND WE WERE DISAPPOINTED. A HOTEL AS LARGE AS THIS ONE WAS ONLY HAD ONE PLACE TO EAT. IT CLOSED AT 10:30 PM. THEY HAVE TWO ELEVATORS AND ONLY ONE WAS WORKING. THERE WAS SOME KIND OF CONCERT GOING ON NEAR THE HOTEL AND ALL THE HOTEL PARKING SPACES WERE TAKEN. AFTER DRIVING AROUND FOR 45 MINUTES HAD TO PARK OUTSIDE THE HOTEL AREA. […] THERE WERE NO SPA BY OR NEAR THE POOL. IT WAS A REAL SHAME SINCE THE HOTEL HAS THE ROOM NOT ONLY FOR THE SPA, BUT ALSO TO ADD A RESTAURANT THAT IS OPEN PASS 10:30. I MEAN THINK ABOUT IT THEY HAVE A CASINO THERE. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A BED AND BREAKFAST THAT IS THE PLACE TO GO, BUT WHY WOULD YOU GO THERE. Generally good. I recommend hotel managers to consider streching the restaurant room where breakfast buffet is served. It was too small for the quantity of people they serve. Counter service was excellent.
