Jeg bodde her en uke i starten av mai i forbindelse med en konferanse. Det ligger lokalisert på et sentralt sted. Rett ved siden av Wet´n Wild for de som har tid til park. Nær butikker og restauranter. Fint område å jogge i. Svært imøtekommende resepsjonister. Rommene var store og fine, og badebassenget overrasket med sin størrelse og gode fasiliteter. Her reiser jeg gjerne tilbake.

Oppholdet var veldig bra. Hotellet har egen innkjøring med kontroll av sikkerhetspersonell hele døgnet som gjør oppholdet ekstra trygt og godt. Beliggenheten er ideell i forhold til nær sagt alt som finnes av attraksjoner i Orlando-området.

Synes Crown Plaza er et greit hotell for noen få dager kort.Grei beliggenhet. Hvis dere skal vare flere dager, hadde jeg tatt et hotell med flere aktiviteter for ungene. Og som ellers i Orlando er du nødt til å ha leiebil.

"nice hotel"
Hotel seems new- very clean- rooms spacious- hotel staff very nice. Hotel is conveniently located right on I-4 there is a new shopping center with lots of retail options for last minute things you need and forgot. Hotel not located on my GPS however- had to circle around to get in the parking lot.

We needed a cheap place to stay and this fit the bill. Overall, it was decent, especially for the price. The one real complaint I has was that the comforters had stains, so that was off-putting. We didn't complain about it, we just folded them down and tried to ignore them. Not sure I would stay here again, but it was a fair hotel.

Hotel up to date, clean, comfortable in every way. Staff pleasant, helpful. I slept through breakfast. ( I was sick, and it was quiet) I went to get coffee later.The breakfast room held a frig with yogurt, a waffle maker, juice, coffee, tea, hot cocoa. dispensers. Toasters, microwave, and large baskets that probably held bagels, muffins or both. The […] pool was open for use & clean. I didn't feel well, so I didn,t check it out, but it looked inviting. We stayed here overnight to visit some friends. The check-in person was very nice and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and big. Also the breakfast in the morning was pretty good as well. Definitely would stay there again.

"Nice, new hotel"
We only stayed one night. It was a good price and good location-15 minutes to Disney parks and 20 min to new Legoland. The room was very clean and had good temperature control. The only small negative was we arrived at night and the entrance road from US 27 was very hard to find. It took us a couple of u-turns to figure it out.

The hotel is simple and not in a beautiful location. But it is very new, the staff is very nice, and it is located right off of I-4. For those simply looking for a nice place to crash after a long day at the parks...it is perfect. "Great stay"
This hotel was wonderful for our family of 4. The hotel was very clean, the staff were all very nice- and the included breakfast was ideal to hold us over until lunch. The room was comfortable- but the queen beds felt a bit smaller than an actual queen size. Overall, a great stay!

arrived after dark, hotel had no lights...room had a burger reciept taped on the inside of the door from 4 days before..room light shuts off alarm clock..the worst customer service ever at front desk... no help from a man claiming to be manger come to find out he was housekeeping manager...bad bad bad
Very nice everything. I only found the A/C a bit noisy and a constant humming like a vibration could be heard all night long.Breakfast was plenty and fresh. Would repeat the stay if another occasion arises.

I have very little to complain about with this Comfort Inn. The only suprise was at check-in. The desk issued key cards that would not work. Found out that they were programed for the next room. The location was very good, the room was clean and the sheets were comfortable. To get about anywhere, you had to do U turns to go the opposite direction. Shopping, […] food and anything else you need were within a 5 minute drive. The rate was good and right next to the interstate to take you to the theme parks. Yes there was a little noise from the interstate, but I never noticed it after falling asleep. I would stay there again. Les mer
"Comfort Inn & Suites - Close to Disney World"
OK, let me start with all the positives. Brand new hotel just south of all the major theme parks. Great customer service. The breakfast was also really good included the typical pastries, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee and assorted juices, but also sausage, eggs with cheese (so good), and waffles (usually two flavors of either original, blueberry, […] and/or chocolate.). They had a pretty nice looking small gym that was open 24 hours, but didn't get a chance to use it. The pool also looked nice, but again, didn't get a chance to use it. The hotel also has a small laundry room that can be utilized. The rooms were of adequate size and easily accommodated all four of us (two adults, two kids). As far as the negative... Although the location is really close, the convenience of getting in and out of the hotel parking and the freeway needs to be worked on. Both ways require a u-turn that is far away from where you are trying to go. To get to the freeway, I was using the near-by Burger King as a turn around spot to get back on the road the right way. Hopefully since Comfort Inn and the Holiday Inn Express both look new, that this inconvenience will soon be rectified. The last one (and this was purely me, as my wife and kids had no problem), the beds were a little too soft for my taste and it was difficult for me to stay asleep all night, plus the air conditioner was pretty loud and right next to the bed. Overall I was very happy with the stay however, esp. for the price and would still recommend anyone to stay there. Les mer

The room was clean as the hotel appears to be relatively new.I stayed three nights. and the room was comfortable. My biggest complaint were the common areas. The hallway looked as if it had not been vacuumed in a week. I checked in on Monday and when I left on Thursday the same trash, lint and dirt on the fourth floor was still there. Extremely basic and nowhere near the standard of any other cheap hotels we stayed in. Room adequate and fairly clean - pool filthy and littered. Breakfast was poor - rough coffee, watery orange juice, polystyrene plates (and omelettes?) plastic cutlery etc. Very trucker like rather than family friendly. A good 20 mins from parks - surrounding area was […] limited..Kissimee far more to see/do and better motels. Literally on the busy I4 highway - couldn't be closer - not really impressed. A bed for the night! But you get what you pay for I suppose! PS girl at reception when we arrived had a list of problems reported..at this stage I felt this was not the smartest booking I had made for our hols! Les mer

Stayed here on a whim as another location was in a less than desirable location. This hotel is perfect, great staff and even better rooms! Little troublesome to get in and out of due to a median on the highway but I will always stay here from now on.

We found the Comfort Inn very accommodating. I use a wheelchair and found the room large enough for the chair and also the bathroom. I asked for a stool to sit on in the shower and was provided with a folding chair which was much safer than a stool. The only problem was that the water leaked out onto the floor and used all the towels until we got the […] idea to keep the shower curtain inside the ridge on the floor. The only complaint I would have was the bed. It was so firm that by the 10th night my rib cage felt crushed and my back hurt so much it made sleeping difficult. The hotel was located close to the hospital where I had surgery, and every thing else from grocery stores, pharmacies, eateries was close by. We were only an hour and a half from St. Petersburg where we had family to visit. The whole trip was a wonderful experience from the front desk to breakfast, and housekeeping. Thank you so much. The hotel was new, clean, and fresh. Minutes away from Orlando theme parks. Breakfast included make your own waffles which our kids enjoyed. Great visit.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The price was right. Breakfast was right- eggs, sausage, danish and the like. Room was clean. There were some mishaps however, i.e hair on the sheets, but when reported, they were immediately changed. Elevator had something sticky on the floor, and again when reported, it was taken care of. "Everything was brand new! Cheap rates!"
Everything in the hotel was brand new which is a big plus for me (and is the only reason that this hotel got a 4 from me) and the rates per room were great. However, the walls were really thin...my husband and I could actually hear a domestic dispute next door! Also, the hotel ran out of towels claiming that they had a lot of people checked in at the […] time. I also had an issue with the linens. I asked to replace my linens because they were soiled. I waited for hours and never received. My husband finally went downstairs and got some. Problem was that those were soiled too. Although the hotel itself was great there is definitely some need for improvement with their services. There just seems to be too little staff and linens to run the hotel efficiently. Les mer
