Dette hotellet ble en meget positiv opplevelse. Meget positiv velkomst ved innsjekk av en svært hyggelig betjening. Rommet var meget bra med utsikt mot flyplassen. Rommet var rent og pent og romslig. Svømmebassenget på taket var flott, selv om det var litt for kjølig i været til å bade. Vi spiste middag på hotellets restaurant. Maten var meget god og […] servicen var bra. Kort vei med taxi til Dubai Festival City. Dette er etter vår mening det fineste kjøpesenteret i Dubai. Gode priser i butikkene. Passer for et gjennomsnittsbudsjett. Me and my family had 24 hours to spend in Dubai, so I pre-booked 4 rooms for the night of arrival. Later I added and paid a booking for one room for the next day, just for storing our luggage while we could go sight-seeing. I explained our two bookings on the evening of arrival, no problem, we could just keep one of our 4 rooms for the next day. The […] next morning - it was a problem. The receptionist didn't understand the concept of the two bookings so he was like "no sir, you have to pay for this extra room", even if my papers clearly stated I paid it a long time ago. I talked with another receptionist, same story. They asked some irrelevant questions, looked through some papers on their desk, and concluded that I had to pay. After 20 more minutes of me explaining and insisting I had already paid, one of them finally understood the deal, and found the booking in the computer system. They made no apology for the inconvenience, just said "it was a misunderstanding". Les mer

Like most else in Dubai, the hotel is new. Situated very close to the airport, but you can't walk there. A shuttle bus runs by the airport every 30 minutes, aprox 15 and 45 past the hour. Very easy to spot! The shuttle is free. Comfortable and affordable rooms. Good breakfast and a 24 hour open kiosk in the reception if you want a sandwich, donut or […] coffee. Stay here if you're not in Dubai for a very long time. Taxi downtown takes about 30 minutes and isn't expensive. Les mer

Identical to a UK Premier Inn inluding HP sauce and Heinz Tomato Ketchup on the breakfast table. Clean and comfortable hotel and room. Staff very helpful. Very close to airport and shuttle bus service excellent.

Perfect for the short stopover, friendly staff, appreciated the cold water handed out on the shuttle bus. But would have appreciated more datiled information on where to find the shuttle bus on exiting the airport.

I was pleased with the bed quality, I slept very well. The room was average at best. The chair for the desk uncomfortable. The wireless internet service was terrible, even for being free. I had to go to the lobby to actually connect using my iPad. The breakfast was good, but a little pricey if you want the good stuff, ie eggs cooked to order. The sauteed […] mushrooms were excellent though. My eggs over easy were closer to eggs over medium. Didn't want to wait the extra 5 minutes they said it would take to cook, which in a their world was closer to 20 minutes. Room spotless, very convenient & regular shuttle bus to airport. Friendly & helpful staff. Ideal for short stopover.

Having come off a 15 hour flight with 2 small children, the hotel was perfect. The free hotel transfer was conveniently located outside the arrival , the brief journey, friendly staff, and clean room were excellent. The kids also loved the pool on the roof. (There is a wall around the roof top in case you were wondering). we were also able to use the […] hotel transport to get to the metro station to make a quick excursion although there are also shuttles to the malls and taxis waiting if you are in a hurry. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi (not blisteringly fast but functional) and I was able to check in online and print out our boarding passes. Highly recommend for a overnight layover. NB we used the hotel on the return flight and they allowed an early checkin (for a fee), and the early breakfast was excellent (kids under 15 are free with a full breakfast (about 15 US dollars)- bargain. there aslo a costa coffee in the reception. Ate at the restaurant where the food was excellent, although drinks were a bit pricey and the service a bit slow, but overall incredibly satisfied Les mer

Staff were polite and helpful - I'd stay again

My husband and I stayed at the Premier Inn for one night in April. We used the hotel shuttle bus from the airport and, even though we arrived after midnight, the reception staff were very welcoming and efficient. The room was basic but comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep. There are no provisions in the bathroom, no face flannel, no shower […] cap, no lotions or shampoo, so you need to have your own available. The breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely use it again. Les mer

We loved this hotel, but unfortunately we developed travellers diarrhea after our first night. I'm not saying it was the hotels fault, and they did provide bottled water, but it ruined our trip.

We stayed here one night before joining friends in an apartment downtown for the rest of our stay. The staff was incredible. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome!!

Good clean hotel. Not as straightforward to get to as it might seem from description. Very expensive if you want to buy anything e.g small bottle of water 10Dhs Hotel doesn't get normal taxis but prefer to get airport taxis which have a built in extra charge of 20 Dhs. Very convenient for a one night stay between flights. Excellent service and staff. Free internet service in the lobby, free water, free shuttle to airport, free shuttle to Dubai Mall, free local phone calls (thru operator). Premier Inn is a *much* better choice compared to Holiday Inn next door. We stayed in both. Holiday Inn charges for everything […] except the airport shuttle. Les mer

It is very close to the airport and has a great full breakfast for just a few dirham. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. It is a bargain as far as hotels go in Dubai. The family room is smaller than you think though because it has one double bed and one twin. The fourth bed is a trundle that when out the four beds take up the […] whole room. Les mer

Free shuttle bus to the Metro and airport which was very useful. Very helpful and friendly staff. A good coffee shop, restaurant and bar. I would definitely stay there when I go to Dubai next time.

This is a real value for money hotel which we used for our last night in Dubai as we had to be up for our flight at 4:30am. It has a punctual shuttle service which only takes 10 minutes max to the terminal.

excellent accommodations, decent view of the downtown skyline, 10-20 minutes from all of the major sights in Dubai, and less than 5 minutes from the airport. highly recommended!!

Opposite to terminal 3, close to Dubai metro, free wifi, 2nd time and I'll back again

My wife and I arrived at midnight from our flight from Europe and were spending our holiday on Jumeriah Beach. We just wanted a hotel close to the airport so we could crash as soon as we got in and didn't have to make the long trek to Jumeriah. This place was perfect for that. I have been going to the premier inn since 2009. I would like to say its a great place to stay. I would be looking foward to stay again. The Premier inn its the best.

The Premier Inn was just what we needed - a reasonably priced hotel near the airport for a few hours sleep after arriving in Dubai at 3 AM. With the instructions posted by the manager on Trip Advisor, we found the free shuttle easily. The front desk was friendly and our room was simply furnished, but spotlessly clean. Very clean hotel with exceedingly friendly and polite staff. Very good amenities and very close to the airport. Not the Ritz, but neither is the price. UK Premier management should pay a visit and see how it is properly done.

We stayed on the way back from a cruise. It is very close to the airport and provided free shuttles and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had good free shuttles to the best sightseeing and shopping centers in Dubai. The hotel is modest and clean. overall, you do get more than you pay for. A very comfortable and convenient overnight stop. 24 hour free shuttle to Dubai Airport. Very friendly 24 hour reception. Reasonable catering. Free shuttle to City twice daily.

The shuttle runs every 15 minutes or so, wireless internet is free in room and lobby, the coffee shop is open 24 hours. Perfect for a quick stop at DXB.

A very convenient location for air travellers. We arrived around 3.30 a.m. but were still greeted courteously and given a room quickly - just what tired travellers needed.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like the free shuttle service they provide to the airport. Its also nice to have a restuarant, bar and coffee shop on the premises. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Quiet too. I will be back.

The only hiccup i got during my stay was the WI FI the signal is very poor in my room. The fix is just go down to the front desk and they will give you a internet cable, problem solve. Overall my stay was a restful one.

Wife and 6 yr old stayed in a family suite just after Christmas during a 12 hr layover. Hotel is directly across the road from the terminal and can be accessed by a free bus service that runs punctually every 30 minutes from (only) terminals 1 and 3. Ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Check in, cleanliness, amenities like free wifi, pool, low noise, English […] speaking staff make for a nice stay. Price was very reasonable. Problems - asked for wake up call - none came - critical to the trip as outbound flight was at 3:00 am! To dial out using the hotel's phone system, even for free phone calls, one must buy a 25 dinar phone card. Cell phone didn't work and we needed to call the collect call number to our bank. Real hassle. Did take advantage of the evening bus that deposits guests for free at the Dubai Festival of Lights mall. Overall a pretty nice stay. Les mer

We had a 10 hour stop over in Dubai on the way back to London and decided to stay at PI as it was close to the airport. The staff were excellent, courteous and very helpful. Would recommend.
