"Perfectly adequate"
There were no major faults, but there were small pesky issues that I normally would have ignored, but the number of pain points made this hotel hard work. My wife and I booked a room with a king sized bed, and we also ordered a twin room for her mother and daughter. The first night we were assigned two twin rooms, and the next day we moved our luggage […] to reception and arranged for it to be taken to our room when it was ready as we were heading out for the day. When we returned, our luggage was still sitting in the luggage store room at reception. We checked out, paid for room service, and after we checked out, we found that they had put through new charge against our credit card. We returned and found reception thought we had booked three rooms. When we paid for room service, I noticed a small variation. I did not bother following this up so it could be for tax, but I had heard another guest complaining that the tip was deducted. It must be tough on the staff as English is their third language (after Javanese and Bahasa). However, I was surprised that the reply to a question I asked in English was directed to my Indonesian wife in Bahasa. My wife had a sore throat and noticeably hoarse voice, so we were trying to minimise her talking, so I would have preferred an answer even in broken English. Breakfast was okay, but typically cold. The staff were friendly, but not that proactive. For example, we always had to ask for a second cup of coffee. They did give us a late checkout and I was thankful for this. Les mer
"Yogjakarta"
I stayed in Santika Jogjakarta with my hubby. We were there for a short break and hoping to capture some good photographs of its famous temples. The room is very spacious, clean with a super huge king size bed. Our room faces Gunung Merapi and the pool. Unfortunately, the sky was gloomy so Merapi was not visible for the duration of our stay there. Location […] wise - it is situated on a busy main street with banks, restaurants, convenience stores around. The breakfast was a rather large spread buffet - with western and local fares. However, the hotel is undergoing a renovation upgrade from Jun to mid-Aug, so there was incessant banging going on during the day - that's was the only downside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there if we ever visit Jogja again. Les mer
"최적의 위치"
말리오보로 거리와 보르부드르 사원과 가깝구요 공항또한 멀지 않습니다 한 20분이면 가요 ㅋㅋ 객실은 깨끗하고 뜨거운물 콸콸 나오는게 느긋하게 휴식을 취할수 있습니다. 또한 침대가 킹왕짱 맘에 들구요.. 한가지 아쉽다면 전기 콘센트가 하나밖에 없어서 불편하다는 정도?
