This hotell is a bit off track if you want to go to the beach, about 15 minutes walking along trafficed roads. Never the less we had a realy nice stay at Sawaddi. The food is good and there are plenty of small resturants near the hotell to explore (also they are cheaper). The pool is nice, but they could ease down on the music (at last for an hour or […] two). Located within a 10-15 walk of Bangla Road, Sawaddi Resort is a great place to stay. Very friendly staff, large and clean rooms, great wi-fi connection and good size pool. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Just returned from a long stay at the Sawaddi Patong Resort. This is a great place to stay, well priced, very clean with great service from the staff. Its about 15 minutes walking from the centre, but 200 baht in a tuk tuk. If you want to be next to Bangla Road then this isnt the hotel for you. Overall very enjoyable. Hotel is a great quality 3 1/2 star and for that I would rate it a 10 out of 10. For me it was a little far from the main area (about a 10-15 minute walk), however again, for the price, it was fabulous. Lovely staff, always helpful and friendly 24/7. Wonderful bar by the pool that has 50% off happy hour until 8pm. Beautiful pool and a modern gym. The hotel is in a great location, about 10 minutes walk from the beach, Bangla Road and Jungceylon mall. Fantastic stay at Sawaddi! The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is immaculate with lots of staff around to assist u. The restaurant serves a wide range of very tasty food some of the best during my stay in Phuket. Would definitely stay here again as it felt like home!

The hotel staff were fantastic, very polite, helpful and do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Great location ten minute walk to patong beach. The hotel was relaxing and quiet away from the night life. We booked our tours from Rose from the hotel she was outstanding very helpful and always followed up after the tour to see how we went. The office […] manager Mao was also polite and helpful. The hotel itself was clean the rooms were a great size the cleaning staff would do anthying for you and were polite. I would highly recommend the hotel to anybody who was visiting phuket. We would go back and stay there again. Keep up the good work swaddi patong hotel. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Les mer

The moment we step in, we felt so welcomed. All Front desk staffs did a great job, polite, helpful and oh Thanks Nat for giving us a free upgrade. Although I've paid a low season price, trust me.... they will still give u a high season service quality. VERY GOOD!!! The room was clean, although the bed is a little soft for me but at least it's still […] in good condition. Doors must be closed at all time Or else you will get dozen of kisses by those mozzies like me. Gym was better than average. Apparently, there was nothing I am dissatisfy about. What a great hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!! the whole hotel, rooms, grounds etc are spotless all staff from top to bottom are friendly,happy and helpful good space in the rooms, a great pool area,and a very good breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all friends and family as a reasonable priced hotel with great amenities

The hotel is near to Patong beach, Jungcelon (shopping mall) and fresh market. There are shop houses located near to the hotel like massage shop, hair-do shop, eating house and travel agent. Walking distance to Jungcelon is about 15-20 minutes. The hotel is clean and comfortable.We appreciate their transfer service to the beach. The overall look and feel of the hotel was nice. Ever so slightly off the beaten track the hotel was still in good walking distance to the heart of Patong. The hotel stay was a pleasant one. We were only a few blocks away from the main road where all the events are taking place. The rooms itself was super roomy and the beds were comfy! I'm giving 3 stars to the comfort of the room because the AC unit is located right above the bed, which is not a great idea, given that we have to leave the AC on throughout […] the night. I think they purposely put the unit above the bed so that we will turn it off when we sleep (possibly to save energy). In addition to the AC, it never got cold, the temperature was only cool, it would be nice if it was colder. Anothet thing the hotel lacked was an elevator being close to our rooms, we had to walk 3 flights of stairs to get to our room, which was inconvenient. Other than tht, the room is clean and spacious. that don't always come into play. Let's start with what's good. The hotell is suited just out of main street Patong in a much calmer neigborhoud, with this said you have to cross a busy street to access both the main street and the beach with about 7-12 minutes walking distance to both. The hotell has free wifi EVERYWHERE which is great. The pool and […] restaurant food is ok. The pool offers good valued and delicous food around lunch time. The pool area is nice. The hotell has an above average fitness room which gives it a huge plus! The rooms are spacious modern and very well maintained, don't put to much hope into the balacanys though because they are small and just perfect for hanging bath clothes and towels. The staff is generally serviceminded and pilite, the cleaners morso then the receptionists, and in fact it seems like to lower graded staff generally is nicer then their higher grafe peers whith the manager not at all taking her time of day off to say hello. The hotel is fresh and new and you'll have no trouble killing some days whitin it's walls. The bad side is that the hotel was much more expensive to book through the staff and when booking through hotels.com the staff seemed to have trouble finding the bookings. Also they charge quite a hefty price for additional services like booking a taxi to the airport. But the biggest minus for the hotel was really, when I stayed here the nights couldn't be redeemed into "Welcome rewards nights". Otherwise I highly recomend the hotel! Les mer

Reasonable sized and clean design room. The price 30-40% lower than similar hotel in Patong. Room conditions are quite good, and unexpectedly there is a stylish DVD player in the room. You can borrow free VDO from the reception. The only complain is the filmsy room door - you can hear everything happened in the corridor.

This was undoubtedly the best hotel on our Thailand trip. It's a short walk away from all the action but is in a quiet location. It's beautiful, comfortable and clean! The breakfast was excellent too!

Ruhige Lage aber trotzdem nicht weit vom "Zentrum" entfernt, sehr freundliche und bemühte Angestellte, sauber und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, Frühstück mittelmäßig. Sehr empfehlenswert!

與相片有差距....地點不算太就腳..早餐比想像中差...如果對早餐有要求..可以唔加錢食.....因為酒店出面都有好多野食...泳池唔大...酒店入面地下比較易滑倒..要小心行....特別係小朋友....如果要浴缸..要UPGRADE.....床係普通雙人床...如有小朋友一齊訓..會比較辛苦..不過可以借BB床,,,,

Kiva allasalue. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hyvä palvelu; huoneenvaihto toteutettiin vaikka hotelli lähes täynnä. Ranta vähän liian kaukana ja pari vilkasta katua oli ylitettävä.

酒店環境和設施都很好，地點便利，出酒店轉左步行5分鐘左右便有食店，15分鐘左右便到巴東夜巿，附近有7-11和其他便利店，房間有免費wifi,不過洗手間衛生有待改善，原本入住普通房，無浴缸、床比較細、街景，upgrade 做deluxe 後，有浴缸，床比較大，泳池景，值得推薦！

パトンビーチ、ジャンクセーロンどちらにもちょっと距離があり安さで決めたホテルでしたが、清潔感があり、近隣にはコンビニも数件あり、パトンビーチもジャンクセーロンも歩いて行ける距離ですし、ホテルからはシャトルパスがあるので不便を感じませんでした。朝食は質量共に思っていた以上でした。エステも利用しましたが、ハッピーアワーなら５０％オフで最高の施術を受ける事が出来ます。ショッピングモール内のエステとはまたひと味違うセレブな気分になれました。また是非利用したいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。スタッフの方々にも良くしていただいて感謝しています。

빠통의 정실론에서 많이 멀다는 의견들이 있어서 많이 걱정했는데, 처음에 걸어갔을때는 무척 멀다고 느껴졌는데.. 한두번 걸어보니 그리 먼 거리는 아니였습니다. 저희는 성인4, 2살 아이까지 있었는데 아이도 유모차에 태워 걸어다닐만한 위치였으나, 다들 지적하신대로 인도가 제대로 되어있지 않아 조금 위험합니다. 정실론과 반잔시장 쪽 길은 위험해서 조금 멀어도 한블럭 더 걸어가서 정실론 앞쪽으로 걸어다녔습니다. 인도가 훨씬 잘 정비되어 있어서 좋더라구요, 호텔 자체의 서비스는 매우 만족하였으며, 호텔의 모든 직원들이 항상 웃는 얼굴로 서비스하였습니다. 조식은 기대하지마세요.. ^^;;

Extrasängen var väldigt obekväm då madrassen var mycket oskön att sova på. Ingen trevlig balkong att sitta på då den var på ett tak på hotellet. I övrigt bra personal och trevlig atmosfär.
