Hotellet's resepsjon er innbydende. Hotellrommet jeg fikk tildelt, var imidlertid ikke like innbydende. Det var rent og ordentlig, men som t 4+ stjerners hotell ( 26 etasje ). kunne rommene vært noe mer " freset " opp / innbydende. Utstyrsmessig tilsvarte det nok et 4+. Internett helt ok, både med kabel og WiFi. Trimrom i 6 etasje med utendørs baseng […] samt spa for dem som ønsker det. I 28 etasje var det også en utendørs garden med stoler, bord og grønt areal. En hyggelig sak selv med litt støy utenfra. Frokosten en flott blanding av flere kulturer, både europeisk og asiatisk. Selv foretrekker jeg kinesisk i Kina. Grei beliggenhet ved øst jernbanestasjon, men ingen " marked " i nærheten. Les mer

Always stay here when I'm traveling alone. Easy access to Metro/Trains. Quick and good fast food across the street. Jusco supermarket in train station. IKEA down the block if you need a cheap ice cream...or furniture. Expensive during Canton Fair, but so is everything else. Breakfast buffet is good.

It is a great hotel few steps away from the metro station! It is well located and close to a nice park.

Convenient location, just 3 mins walking from station

Great location right near the train station, and we walked right over to the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast offered a huge selection. A convenient hotel that was fantastic for it's value. We had a little trouble checking in as they seemed to have lost our confirmation from Hotels.com, but they promptly fixed this. Our room was spacious and clean, and the free breakfast was nice. The AC wasn't working too well which made the room a little stuffy, but all in all it was a great choice […] and I would definitely stay here again if I return to GZ. Les mer

The location is perfect with accessible distance to subway, east railway station and terminals of many buses. It is also very close to a big supermarket. The service is good with clean room, friendly staff and super breakfast. The only inconvenience is taking the elevator to above 23rd floor which usually requires transfer of the elevator.

Staff went out of their way to help me with language issues. Very courteous. Hotel food is a bit on the high side if all else fails theres always KFC and McDonalds, 7-11 and starbucks outside hotel. GZ railway East across street. Amazing breakfast, better than 5 star hotels ive stayed in before. Returning to GZ soon, will stay here

Although not an international chain hotel, Jianguo is comparablet to all the other 5* international hotel I have stayed. It also has the best location, just across from the railway station and a huge underground mall. Breakfast is also very good with lots of variety to choose from, truly an international buffet breakfast. Please try their Japanese Restaurant […] also. It has one of the best Kimchi and steak with very affordable price. Overall it was one of the best hotels I have stayed. Les mer

hotel looks good，appearance and services = 5 stars, room = 3 stars room,

traffic: very close to the subway station and a bus depot, so traffic to city centre is very easy; location: although there is a shopping complex and a couple fast food chains opposite the road, but there is basically no where to have just normal food. room: we stayed in a standard room, which was very old with stained walls and chipped furniture. In general the hotel is in great condition, it is clean and located in a convenient location. Food is good. However I was turned off on my last day of stay. I asked the front desk about train tickets to HK, I was told RMB190 and they can get it for me for free. I ordered 4 tickets and received them the next day. I looked at the ticket and they are read […] HKD 190. I asked the front desk then they told me the difference was service fees. I was upset and demanded a credit refund since I was not told about this fees. They refused. I could have gotten these tickets myself for saving USD20, the station is only one block away! Les mer

The hotel is very convenient that it is near the train / mtr station as well as shopping mall, and there is a IKEA nearby. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices. We booked superior room, but i dont think the room they gave us were superior room, it was no different from the standard room from the photos.

My sort stay in this centrally located hotel was excellent. I found the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Only thing I dislike about was the bed bit hard to sleep in, other than that I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Out of all the 4-star hotels that I've been to in China (Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong), Jianguo Hotel in Guangzhou offered the best customer service! The bell boy was very eager to answer all my questions and helped me buy the train tickets. He went as far as walking me there while carrying my luggages. Breakfast buffet was very good. Many varieties […] on beverages (apple juice, orange juice, mango juice, pinepple juice, soymilk, tea, coffee, etc.). Offered both western and eastern food (dumplings!). Hotel is located near to GuangZhou East Metro Exit F, just 100m away, and cross the road you will reach shopping mall Jusco and other restaurants :-)

We took the train from Hong Kong to Guangzhou East Train Station. It is just opposite the hotel (2-minute walk). The MTR station is connected to the train station. There is also a large bus terminus next to the train station, where you can take Bus 175 or 841 to reach BaiYu Mountain (RMB 2 for each ride only). If you are not so familiar with Guangzhou […] or if you aim at touring aroung GZ, the hotel is definitely at a very convenient spot. There is a large Ikea right next to the hotel but we didn't drop by :) However we spent quite some time at the mall opposite the hotel - there is a large department store called JUSCO there and you can get a wide range of drinks and local snacks there. The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area, people probably are upper / middle-class (you can tell from the shops around and the cars they drive). We walked back to the hotel after dinner at almost 11 pm but it felt safe. There are quite a lot of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, we tried a Sichuan place and a hotpot place called MuMiZhou (hotpot with congee). Very delicious but quite pricey. It was very hot in GZ so we dropped by the swimming pool at the hotel in the afternoon. Not a big one but clean and there were only us! Had an enjoyable and quiet time there. Plus there is a small gym room, a spa room and a pool table (RMB 48 for an hour). Of course you can't compare these with Westin or China Hotel, but we were more than happy with those most basic items :) The room was not super big, but spacy enough I'd say. It was clean and with all the amneties you need (with Lan node and line which is very user-friendly for business people). You won't hear the flushing noise from the next room and pillows and bed were comfy. The only thing that requires a bit of improvement was the service. We had buffet breakfast there but staff didn't collect the used plastes fast. I stayed during phase 2 & 3 of the Canton Fair.Always a tricky time as prices are so high but I thought this hotel was decent value. Rooms were clean and I had no problem checking in early and getting the non-smoking rooms I'd requested. Very good value. Convenient location for people planning to take train and shopping.

The good: 1. Location was perfect for me. It's located right across the street from the Gaungzhou East Railroad. You can take trains to Shenzen and HK from here. Also, I never heard any train noise in the hotel. There's a mall right across the street as well. Also Citic Plaza was about 10-15 minute walk. 2. Staff was great. Check in was quick. At first […] they couldn't find my hotel reservation with my passport, but was able to locate it with the confirmation number. Breakfast buffet was good and had a huge selection. 6. The only thing I might be concerned about is that the hotel is popular and had a lot of guests. I didn't think the hotel was overwhelmed by the number of guests, but you might have to wait a little when checking in or getting a table. 7. The room I got was great. Guangzhou Jiangquo Hotel is very near local METRO subway, Railway station for Bullet Train To / from Shenzhen and Hong kong. Very clean and good sized rooms. Problem is the elevator if your located higher than 23rd floor, half of the elevators reach only 23rd and you need to wait for those doors to close before you can hop on the elevator that goes […] all the way to the 27th floor. The Jianguo hotel is well located as it is close to Guangzhou East train station, MTR and bus interchange. It is also near to major shopping malls like Ikea and Jusco. The room has good views of the city and clean. However, the internet connection in the room is not very stable. The service at the Chinese restaurant is poor and does not have non-smoking […] area separated for diners. Les mer

広州東駅から南へ徒歩２分と非常に便利です。 （建国酒店と表示があるのですぐ分かります。） 香港（ホンハム駅）から広州行き列車の終点が広州東駅ですので、香港から広州へ行く場合には非常に便がいいです。 日本語が通じるスタッフが常駐していないことを除けば、かなり奇麗で快適なホテルです。 強いて言えば、バスローブがやや使い古された感があることくらいでしょうか。 ユニットバスですが、トイレ、洗面台、浴槽もまあまあ広くて不便しません。 朝食は２階でバイキング形式で、ストローを差して飲むヨーグルトがオススメです！ ３種類どれもおいしいです。

極近廣州東站, 對香港人來說十分方便 價格合理

好焗同好乾,可能因為是冬天,但為什麼自己不可以設定冷風,成間房間十分乾燥....晚上真是十分不舒適,令第二朝早上,口乾鼻乾...

まずは交通の便が非常にいいと思います。 白雲空港からは地下鉄で１本で広州東站までこれるし、駅から歩いて５分程度。駅前ホテルといっても良いくらいです。 広州の観光スポットへも地下鉄が利用できるので本当に便利です。 朝食もおいしいものが揃っていました。 唯一不満が残ったのがチェックインです。 １５時ころにホテルについて手続きが済んでキーをもらう時に「部屋の掃除が済んでいないので３０分待ってくれ」とのこと。 仕方ないので中国のことなので約４０分立ってから部屋に行くとまだ手をつけていない状況。その場にいた従業員に「早くしてくれ」と伝えたら「５分待ってくれ」 ロビーで１０分程度時間をつぶして部屋に行くとまだ終了しておらず、結局１時間近く部屋に入るまで時間を要した。 たまたまのことかもしれないがこの感覚 […] はやはり中国。 他は設備・食事など満足できるレベルであったので残念です。 Les mer

仕事で年10回位利用していますが。交通の便が良いです。広州東駅徒歩3分、空港まで地下鉄で12元(20分）深浅にも新幹線で1時間。駅の中にイオンがあり、イケヤもあります。
