Almost everything about this hotel is great for business travelers. Prompt service, very clean, comfortable and quiet rooms, convenient parking, decent breakfast, and not too expensive. My only complaint is the sausage at breakfast was gross--lukewarm and full of gristle. Avoid the sausage and you'll be pleased.

I was a little bit worried about the hotel considering the area of town I was staying in, but my business partner and I were extremely impressed with the hotel. The room was way nicer than we expected and very clean. We also really liked the breakfast they provided and free internet. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Place was clean, looked new. Jr suite was decent size. Comfy bed, sofa, microwave, secure parking, breakfast in the morning. Oh yeah there was something I didn't like, the TV channels. Surfing channels was frustrating. When you went up or down on channels it goes to digital format, so 11.1, 11.2, 11.4, etc. Take out channels that don't get reception. […] Other than that good hotel to stay at. Les mer

The room seemed nice at first, unfortunately when we got in after being out all day and were about to go to bed we realised it wasn't very clean. We found what looked to be throw up on one of the blankets in the bed. There were no sheets on the hideaway bed in the couch. The hideaway mattress had damp spots, so did one of the couch cushions and the […] floor. We found all this after the front desk was closed for the night. It created a tough delima for the three of us trying to figure out sleeping arrangements with only one useable bed instead of two, and less blankets than we would have liked. I'm so glad this hotel is here. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would give it all high marks, except the room was too warm even with us trying to adjust the temperature with the thermostat, and they ran out things at breakfast and it didn't seem like they cared at all about making more or getting more of the items they ran out of. The room was nice... little office area, little living room area, big comfortable king bed. BUT... the room smelled STRONGLY of body odor and the shower was not clean- had hair in the tub and on the wall. Staff were very nice and helpfully moved me to another room. Clean shower but second room also smelled like body odor- even when I sprayed it with […] a freshener I brought. In the morning when I was making coffee a small roach ran across the top of the hutch with the microwave and refridgerator. SUPER GROSS. amazing staff. ALMA was super helpful and friendly. i didnt catch the night managers name, but the tall young guy was kind and supportive. CRAZY clean rooms. nice modern furniture. very spacious rooms. microwave and mini fridge. located near a mini mart and a liquor store. safe area. tons of parking. very quiet hotel. 10 out of 10

We had a great experience at this hotel. We booke online and then checked in quickly. When we went to our room the hall way was very cool, temperature wise, great for the heat that was outside. Our room was very clean and air conditioned. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! We just missed breakfast but We will be back!

Very quiet, well sited location with easy access to main north-south street and quick run to Hwy-60. Small facility so all rooms require only a short walk from secure off-street parking area behind the building.. Rooms are immaculate with all modern upgrades.. Breakfast bar is complete with waffles, eggs, meats, toasting bread variety, danish, juice, […] coffee, etc. Very slight smoke odor in bathroom only that last guest may have cheated and left behind but easily corrected with bring-along air freshner.. Beds were very comfortable, and made up tight and fresh with excellent linens.. No staff contact on this trip except for very quiet, efficient, and soft-spoken front desk lady.. I would highly recommend it for stays in the Puente, Hacienda Heights area. Pete K. Les mer

Very new and nice with enclosed parking in the back. Not the greatest neighborhood and a bit of distance to the main highway but so nice and has such a great breakfast, you'd gladly drive here!

Besides not having a Pool we were totally pleased with this stay. Only issue we had was that the restroom lock would not latch.

We ordered a suit which can fit 6 people on 221. Before we ordered it, we checked out the photos on website.I saw a big living room and a big office, but when we got there, we found out that's the first floor, not inside our suit, it made us confused.The room was small. And it said the sofa can fit 2 people to sleep, but the sofa was broken and I almost […] fall down. you guys can check the sofa to see if I am telling true. We was 6 people but the room just had 4 towels, I called to reception to ask for 2 more, but they didn't have people to bring these to us,then I had to go down to pick them up.The suit was expensive but I didn't get the basic service. Rooms are big and comfortable, this is a clean hotel service is good. Breakfast is served till 9:30am should be held until 10 but other that that is a good quality hotel, and would recommend it!

I only put 4 for the convenience of the hotel and surrounding neighborhood because it's not right in a "toursity" area, but if you are staying in the Hacienda Heights area then it is a great location. This place is very clean and well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was attentive. This hotel exceeded my expectations of a […] 2.5 start place. We ended up staying there 4 nights in a row and I really felt comfortable in the room. They have a small partition int he room which i thought would make it feel smaller, but It really was nice when my mother stayed on the sofa bed. My husband is super finicky where he stays and he loved it and was pleasantly surprised. We stayed at the Radisson by the airport the last night in LA (3 stars) and that room was not nearly as nice, clean or comfortable as this place was. I would highly recommend staying here and would def. stay here again. Les mer

This was my second stay at this hotel, which is located close to a relative that I was visiting. The room was great for the price; well maintained and appointed, with a super comfortable bed. With a wall around the parking area, it feels secure in a sort of dodgy area. The complimentary breakfast was fine. There was free wifi and the service was friendly […] and helpful. Good size room. Breakfast so-so, nothing great but it is buffet and included in the cost. Daily local newspaper available, but you have to ask for it. Not much in entertainment close by, but a nice place to stay when I go visit my family in La Puente. Glad it's there, will stay again. Toilet backed up but they fixed it right away. Microwave did not […] work but a good size refrigerator was there plus coffee maker in room. Big plus, walking distance to In-N-Out burgers!!! Les mer

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. But the guest services was not the best. Every time we need something we had to go to the front desk our selves and get it. We had a room with a pull out bed and were all ready for bed only to find no sheets and blankets for the pull out in the room. I called room service and was told I had to go to the front […] desk to get them. So I had to change out of my night cloths in order to do that. Other the that it was a nice hotel and the neighborhood seemed safe enough. Oh and don't eat what we think was the sausage patties. We had 4 people try them and we are still not sure what it was??? Nice spacious rooms. (had a dead insect in mine) All looks new. Just need to work on better customer service: i.e.: the front desk clerk could not set up an upgrade even though I was willing to pay for it -and mentioned that he could not consult with the manager. Breakfast also needs to work, only serves juices, eggs, toast and cereal. maybe gets better […] if they add fruits, yogurts and real milk. Convenience location. We only take 40 minutes to drove to Long Beach. Also the hotel is new and very clean, better than I expect.

This is a new location which is why I chose it. Besides the point that it was new, I really liked the hotel itself. This was my first time staying at this brand and I must say that due to this experience I will most definitely seek this same chain of hotel in the future. A nice little hotel. Our kids were disappointed that they had no pool. We had a suite with two queen beds and a fold-out sofa bed, as we had six people in our party. The fold-out bed did not have sheets, blankets, or pillows, which surprised me as the hotel should have had it prepared for us knowing the size of our party. The continental breakfast was […] bland. The bacon was awful and the person in charge of insuring food was available, was cooking eggs in the waffle maker, thus holding up the line for waffles. Why the hotel does not have an alternative means of cooking eggs is unknown. Our refrigerator in the room was not working. I reported it to the PM Front Desk Clerk at around 10 pm the night of our arrival. She left a note for the AM Front Desk people to remedy the problem. At 10:30 pm the next night, the refrigerator was still not fixed. I was offered a new room, which was nice but as we had 6 in our party, having to repack and relocate wasn't practical. I suggested switching the refrigerator with a working one in another room and they complied. Despite that, the hotel was centrally located for our needs and for just needing a place to sleep was sufficient. The beds were decadently soft. Les mer
