The building and especially the lobby are beautiful and the extras are many. Breakfast, afternoon meal and popcorn are all included. But in my book this does not qualify to hit the top marks. The hotel is huge and it is a un-personal machine. There are huge lines for every meal, and the meals are served on plastic plates. My room did not feel perfectly clean and the bed linen were old and should have been replaced. The location is great.

Historisk sus og følelse. Det som mangler på standard (kunne vært opp-pusset en del av rommene) finner du i hotellet forøvrig. Fantastisk flott restaurant og nydelige omgivelser forøvrig.

"Great Place"
Went to SA for the Strawberry festival and decided to spend two nights there. We had already heard about some places but were not impressed with them. Decided to try out this Best Western and we were glad we did. great location and we really enjoyed their breadfast. We do plan to stay there again when the festival rolls around again. "Bad experience"
The hotel was pretty new and it was very nice. The only bad part was that I was there on super bowl Sunday and there were drunks all over the place. As soon as I check in there is a drunk couple coming off the elevator yelling profanities. Later that night I had a drunk guy banging on my door 3 different times and wouldn't understand he had the wrong […] room. The place was really very nice, it just was a bad night Les mer

Everything, from the cleanliness of the room to the friendliness of the staff, was A++. Complimentary breakfast was superb, as were the very competent and friendly service staff that prepared and served it! The employees at the registration desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
"Best Western Palo alto close to Lackland AF Base"
This hotel is an IDEAL situation for families of basis military training graduates at Lackland AF Base which is 8 - 10 minutes away. The hotel is in a great safe area. It offers a hot breakfast that is wonderful as it opens 6 am and it was great for us in order to attend the early am activities at the AF base. It is a new hotel and immaculate. For sightseeing […] downtown San Antonio it is ideal as it is apprx. 15 minutes away for Alamao, Riverwalk, and other sites. Did a lot of research to find a hotel that would suit our family's needs in attending AF graduation. It surpassed all our requirements and recommend it highly to all families who have an AF graduate or not.. A word of caution....because hotel is soooooo new, GPS could not find it. Our Apple 4 phone did. However on a map it is off I-490 Exit 48/49. A very enjoyable experience!!!!! Les mer
"Great Stay/Confusing Address"
I had a wonderful stay once I got to the Best Western Palo Alto, but making it there was a challenge. I used a gps and I had printed online directions to the 12507 address, which routed me to a Best Western in West San Antonio on Loop 410 and hwy 90. I did call the hotel and Becky was very helpful at getting to the right location. While on the phone […] with her I did confirm that the address on my GPS and on my printed directions were the same at the address she gave me. I made my way to the hotel anyway just to find the address number listed on the building was 2926, on the front of the hotel. I'm not sure if there was a recent address change or what. But this led to a pretty confusing 40 minute drive leaving from my conference location that was 5.4 miles away from the hotel. Hopefully, you can update your address and put the correct numbers on the outside of the hotel so no one else will have this issue. Other than that I would totally come back to this hotel, I had a great stay and really loved the decor and amenities! Les mer
