Amazing hotel, superb service. Located within 10 minutes walk of quite a few of St Petersburg's tourist attractions. Highly recommend to anyone, worth every penny, do not hesitate-you will not be disappointed!!!!!

the hotel is pretty luxurious, the staff is hospitable. Breakfast is ok. The hotel is close to the sentral Nevsky street and historical downtown.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Nevsky Prospect. There are good and reasonably priced places to eat nearby. Our room was a good size and was comfortable and quiet. The staff were helpful and able to answer our questions.

I read some of the other reviews and didn't find a bad thing about the Rossi. I will go back. Mikhail at the front desk couldn't have been nicer and allowed me to check in early and kept my bags for me after I cheked out. The room was a little small but nice and clean. The ONLY thing was that the bed was two smaller twin beds pushed together. After […] a day of having fun in St. Pete it wasn't even an issue. All of the rooms are different and I even got a short tour of some of the deluxe rooms. I am upgrading next time. Overall, I think this is a great place. Concierge was very helpful in recommending restaurants, arranging transportation, etc. - we found this indepensible as non-Russian speakers. All hotel staff spoke good English. Hotel breakfast was nice - with extensive hot, cold and tepid offerings, and gave essential energy for walking around the huge expanses of the city. The hotel is brilliantly placed for getting to Nevsky Prospect and is beautiful inside. The room was lovely and the bathroom was amazing! The other reviews of the excellent customer service were the reason we booked this hotel and we weren't let down. All the hotel staff couldn't do enough for us, even writing a note in Russian to attach to a present […] we'd bought. They made our stay absolutely wonderful and if I was ever to return to St Petersburg I'd never stay anywhere else. Les mer

Nice Boutique Hotel within walking distance to major attractions. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Christmas white lights around the door and windows facing the street was a little gaudy. Only one English language television station (BBC). The one elevator in the hotel was out of service for a period of time during my 3 day stay.

A beautiful house with really cosy, individual rooms and down at the reception young, really attentive and helpful staff. Something seems to be wrong with the quality management, though: chamber maids are really nice but seem to not have been trained well - why else would they throw away personal things like gift boxes and a brace (aaaarghh!) but leave […] the actual bin full? And, for the breakfast, so much has been written about it, why do they not react? water thin liquid rather than freshly squeezed orange juice, bacon with 80% fat anything but crispy and tasty, freshly prepared fried eggs that are still transparent and slippery, and so on... If they sport a plate at the reception "a proud member of the Luxury Group", this can´t be their ambition. The shower sink was blocked, and, another day smelly, after a complkaint they immediately took care of it - but don´t expect ther service personnel to see and smell it themselves. If I ran the place, I would try a new quality manager, because the house and the young people working there are excellent yet in some respects unschooled... So, for the hotel, for the value, for the rooms, for the staff, for the location: a definite yes., even more when the spa opens (which now only appears on the bill but isn´t open yet). If you like to have good breakfast and self-reliable chamber service, maybe go somewhere else... Les mer

Great hotel - helpful staff who speak good English, nice rooms, well kept, etc. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room which was nice, although we didn't have a view of the river. Location is nice, but about 30 min walk from most of the things to see (winter palace, etc), so we did spend a lot of time walking. But it's a nice walk down the main street, […] and there are lots of buses if you prefer not to walk. Breakfast was nice but not superb. Overall highly recommended, but if I were to stay again I would think about staying a little more central. Les mer

The front desk staff was extremely helpful in dealing with a medical problem and accommodating our need to extend our stay. Hotel personnel were uniformly courteous and professional. Deluxe rooms were very spacious and attractive with exceptional bathrooms. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Rossi Hotel for four days in October on a sight-seeing trip. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We used the hotel car service to the airport and laundry service and were satisfied with both. The included breakfast was good. Our one complaint was that the heat turned on automatically and the room got very hot. Hotel Rossi was perfect from the time we got there. The staff greated us warmly and ensured we were going to have a great stay. The airline lost our luggage, and the hotel made every effort possible to get it to us. The room was beautiful. The hotel receptionists were most friendly and helpful. We ate almost all our meals at the hotel restaurant - the service and decor were very good, the menu had a very wide range of dishes, and the food simply delicious.

Hotel Rossi is nice hotel that is well located. It's not next door to a metro station (which would generally be my preference) but nothing in SPB really is, and the metro seems more suited for commuters than tourists. The hotel itself is nice, and the rooms are certainly comfortable. I do have one complaint: the doors to the rooms are really thin. […] One never really has a sense of privacy, since it's so easy to hear what's going on in the neighboring rooms. We can't rate this hotel highly enough. The location is great; not too close to noisy Nevsky Prospekt but a nice short walk down Fontanka Embankment. Next door to famous Vaganova Ballet Academy. Lovely little park across the street. The staff is awesome; so helpful and they all speak English well. Great restaurant in hotel. Free Wifi. The executive suite we stayed in was very comfortable with three large windows viewing out towards the square and the canal. Room service was very efficient and the room was kept tidy by the maids at all times. The hotel provides a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore St.Petes. Many places were walking distance but in minus 10 degrees […] we usually took taxis. No problems in that apart from being ripped off paying £37 for a 1 km, 5 minute journey due to my making the mistake of not agreeing the fare in advance and trusting that the official taxidriver on the official rank with official plate with an official meter showing would not rip us off..WRONG!... Our evening meals from the attached restaurant were always beautifully presented and invariably tasty and of good portion size and value for money. The only down side was the breakfasts were rather ordinary by western standards and not as well presented or as interesting as the restaurant evening menu. Overall i would return to the Rossi! Within minutes walk from Hermitage, with friendly staff and free WiFi and Breakfast. We were properly greeted, given early checking opportunity. While the views from our windows were not 5 stars the cozyness and staff made it a 5 star experience in this 4 star hotel. I will definately stay there again. Thank you.

As its name suggests, Rossi Boutique is a small hotel - with its upsides (quiet, no waiting for check-in or to speak to front desk staff. Room was a little small but had all the amenities - comfortable bed, modern bathroom, great shower, in -room safe, internet included. Front desk staff was very helpful - providing directions, getting tickets to theater. […] There was always an English speaking staff member on duty during our stay. Great location -felt very safe, in center of St Petersburg and a block from the mail street - Nefski Prospect Included breakfast was great - although not the elaborate spraed of big hotels. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff was great and fluent in English. The bell staff top notch and was a life saver when I was running late to catch a train. Breakfast Buffet had a great selection but could have been a bit warmer on the bacon and sausage. The restaurant was very comfortable. The rooms are all individualized. […] No two are the same and they are very well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. the hotel was ok, but in the hotel they tried to fix something and that wasn't ok - it was loud and they did it overnight... also it is cold - they don't have central heating so they use a kind of air conditioner with the warm function. but indeed this function didn't work in my room... to many problems for a real big amount of money...

The Rossi Hotel was a nice place in a convenient location near the tourist sites. The style was of European standard with a pleasant designer edge (painted bricks, exposed heading pipes and interesting artwork). The glass wall with vertical blinds between the toilet and main room is an "interesting" design option. Room was a little on the small size […] for the price but not prohibativly. The room was clean and well service during our stay. Breakfast which was included was good quality and included wine if you wanted to get an early start on the day??? The hotel resuarant was the cheapest place to eat and didn't really have much in the way of Russian food but was good when we had sushie. Service was helpful in most incidence however we did get sent to a non-existent restaurant half way across town one night (or one very badly marked on a map). This ended with us blindly wandering around the streets of St Petersburg asking locals where to find this restaurant which no one in the area had ever heard of. Not a great recommendation but apart from that the staff were helpful when asked. Internet was included. Location was convenient to the main tourist attractions Les mer

This is an oddly configured renovated property with a very good St Petersburg location, steps from Nevsky Prospekt. As a single traveller, I had a very small but comfortable room, with a decent bathroom. The biggest drawback to the room was the lack of proper window shades- I was there in the "white nights" and was bothered by my inability to block […] the light to sleep well. The hotel has a very good restaurant attached, and a hearty breakfast (including red wine or sparkling white) is included. I had dinner there as well, and was very impressed with the breadth of the menu and the quality of the meal I had there. It is not inexpensive, bu then nothing seems to be in Russia. Les mer

Dette hôtel ligger fantastisk godt i rolige omgivelser ned til en kanal, tæt på Newsky Prospekt ca. midtvejs mellem Eremitagen og Banegården, hvilket betyder at stort set alt er inden for gåafstand. Personalet, ungt engelsktalende og meget venligt og hjælpsomt og derudover en dejlig restaurant.
