Pullman Danang Beach Resort - Da Nang

Loved the feel of the resort as soon as we walked in. Our bags were taken care of and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The FNB manager offered us free vietnamese coffees which is extremely tasty. I highly recommend it. Overall great experience, good spa and food. Would stay there again!!

The resort is beautifully designed and the room was great. The staff has a long way to go, however. More professionalism is needed all around, from check-in procedures to dining room staff, etc.

My friends and I stayed at Lifestyles for Christmas Eve. We could not have asked for better hosts for this special day. The rooms were incredible. Balconies had cushy oversized chairs to relax an watch the sea. The baths had giant tubs for bubble baths. You could just stay in the comfy beds forever. Totally this hotel gave us the comfortable staying. The staff in Reception, Customer service, Restaurant and House keeping are all very good. Liked every bit of it except for the surrounding neighborhood where it simply can't be matched with vibrant Hoi An. Excellent breakfast buffet!

We enjoyed the resort for a week end, with good friends. it was a fine hotel with good rooms,and staff. breakfast buffet was great ! Dinner ala carte at Senses not so great . fantastic beach with good waves for kayaking and jetski (hotel have those for rent at good prices)

The resort is beautiful and sits on an endless beach--what more needs to be said?! Actually, I'll add that staff was friendly and our room was lovely. There's only one restaurant which somewhat surprised me, but it's large and the food is very good--the special home-made ice cream is both tasty and quite a show as they make it at the table. Big disappointment with the staff at reception: Firstly,desk […] girls make you wait long(check in) because they enter all the passport details in the computer,they can just always copy it( like 4 star hotel does) and do it later,what if You check in with large group? Secondly when I asked about the airport shuttle Bus while one girl answering my questions,The other Girl(may be the superviser) Jump in the middle of conversation and said(in Vietnamese) to the first girl: next time if the customers ask You about this service tell them go and ask people at the opposite side(where they handle all the transport),I mean couldn't she wait a bit for the girl to finish talking to me? That time only me at the reception desk and no one else. thirdly, When I rang up the reception desk to ask if I can borrow the plate(for the fruit I bought at supermarket) I would be happier If they answer no to me straight away,instead They told me to ring the Hotel restaurant, I did ring and was told due to the Hotel poicy I could not borrow it,such a wasting time. My partner and I were pleased with the room we had booked. However, due to the tiled corridors of the hotel any sounds made by other guests so it can be quite noisy especially when the guests in the next room turned on the television. The staff were mostly friendly. We encountered a problem with only one staff member who decided to lie to us about whether stores were open during tet and offered to take us to his 'friend's store. I would have thought that hotel employees are not permitted to do this and expected staff to conduct themselves with some integrity instead of trying to earn commissions by sending guests to stores of their friends or relatives. We had a grand suite with amazing ocean view. However, someone is building a house across from our room, working non-stop from early morning to late evening. The loud noise was annoying. The breakfast was excellent and was loaded with choices. The dinner was okay. The pizza was very good. One day we had a late lunch at the lobby bar, I ordered the […] hot rock steamed clam, and the liquid nitrogen icecream. Both dishes were excellent. Unfortunately, the service staff at the bar was also sharing a portion of my orders, which made me feel that they were unprofessional. In general, the service staff was friendly and helpful. I have never had better service, including a surprise birthday cake and flowers on my husband's birthday (they must have found out from the passport). A beautiful resort on a beautiful beach, surprisingly unpopulated. If you want to get away from it all, including other tourists, this is your spot. However this resort is still close enough to Hoi An […] to go there every day (on the free shuttle) if you wish. Danang city is also a lot more laid back and a great place to acclimitise to Vietnam (much easier to learn how to cross the streets here). Would recommend a Danang visit at the beginning of your holiday, and most definately don't stay anywhere else except the Life Resort (as its confusingly known by the taxi drivers). Les mer

It's WOW the moment you get picked up at the airport, then the sensational lobby. The resort is right smacked on the beach with a pool facing the beach. So if you are looking at enjoying the nice beach, this location is definitely best. The beach is also cordon off so that only hotel guests can use it. I stayed in room #208. It is a beautiful location and facility with excellent service. However, the noise level from the hallway is terrible. You can hear every child yelling, running or woman walking in heels; i.e., click, click, click at 2 AM. To have customers return to your hotel, I recommend carpeting be installed in the hallways.

I Travel to HCMC for business very often and had yet another weekend coming up, a friend suggested going to Da Nang for the weekend , which turned out to be a great suggestion. Flew SGN - DAD with Vietnam airlines. This hotel is right on the main beach front, with modern slick design and views directly out to the ocean. Juy is summer, weather was hot. The beach is clean and shallow to along way from the shore - idyllic ! The Life Style Resort in Da Nang is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very friendly and they strive to please. Every phone call to the desk was handled promptly. The rooms are lovely. The view of the ocean was great. The restaurant was absolutley awe inspiring. The breakfast buffet included Western food, fresh fruit, fresh juice as well as several […] local dishes also. The beach was very clean and the staff was very attentive. As soon as a person enters the ocean, a lifeguard appeared and stayed close to the shore until you came out of the ocean. The front desk was able to exchange American currency at the bank rates without a fee. There is also an ATM on site. Taxi service is very fast and inexpensive. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The only frustration was the construction going on at the resort next door. The workers were there until 10pm and also worked on the weekends. Cet hôtel qui passe sous le giron pullman du groupe Accor tient toutes les promesses attendues d'un tel établissement. Seul léger bémol, comme on peut s'y attendre, le prix de la nourriture du restaurant de l'hôtel est assez élevé comparativement au Vietnam en général.

Wir waren 6 Nächte hier. Die Anlage ist einfach perfekt. Super Pool und hammer Strand. Das Resort ist etwas ab vom Schuss, bietet aber z.B. kostenlose Schuttles nach Hou An. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

가족과 함께 다녀온 다낭에서 이용한 리조트.. 수영장에서 바로 이어지는 리조트 전용비치도 좋으며 언제나 웃으며 친절하게 도와주는 직원들도 너무 좋았음.. 아침식사도 부페식으로 종류가 다양하며 매일 조금씩 바뀌어져 제공됨.. 청소상태도 깔끔하게 유지되며 룸컨디션도 깔끔하게잘 구비되어있음..

もう今回でこのホテルに宿泊するのは3度目になるが、相変わらずレセプションの愛想が悪い上に、対応が遅い。それから、ホテルに止まっているタクシーは全て4人乗りの小型で、4人でゴルフバックを持ってゴルフ場へ行こうとすると、タクシーが2台必要だった。7人乗りのタクシーも置いて欲しかった。それから、朝食の時、オムレツにかけるケチャップを頼んだが、無かった。その上、コーヒーを頼んだがいつまで経っても持って来なかった。

今まで宿泊したリゾートホテルの中で最も設備が良く、庭も花が咲き誇っている。裏庭に蝶を飼育しているのには感動した。この設備とサービスでこの宿泊料金は非常にお得。ゴルフ場はいいゴルフ場が近くにあるし、世界遺産を観光も3箇所近くにあるので最高のロケーションだ。ホテルのプライベートビーチから見える水平線から登る朝日は素晴らしかった。問題はレセプションとシャトルバスの受付をするベトナム人に笑顔がなく、一応色々な質問には答えてくれたが、対応がつめたかった。なのでホテルのサービスは4にした。

ホテル自体に満足か否か、とは多少違いますが、空港送迎つきの表示に問題がありました。 ホテルへの送迎確認を求める私のメールに対して返信なく、不安を感じていましたが、やはり駄目でした。送迎ありのホテルを選んだ理由は、ホーチミンからのフライトが夜になるためと、雨季であるためでした。ダナン空港に着くと、やはり激しい雨で、視界が暗く、しばらく待っていると、他のホテルの送迎車が次々に来るなか、ライフスタイルの車は来ません。電話をかけるのも困難な状況でしたが、人に頼んでかけてもらうと、ホテルの返答はワアワアガアガア、聞き取り困難のなか、そうやら車は来ないと判断、タクシーを拾いました。 着いてみると、ホテルの人間は「システム不備」などとわめくだけで、謝罪はありませんでした。 結局分かったことは、一日４回の空 […] 港送迎はある、その他はない、ということで、これは事前に知りたかった。ホテルからの謝罪は一切ありませんでした。御社の質問に対しては、その他には問題なかったが、としかいえません。 Les mer

El resort esta fenomenal para pasar una temporada descansando. La playa y la piscina con la que cuenta son maravillosas. Lo malo es que dependiendo de la temporada puede no acompanar el tiempo y que, en los alrededores del hotel no hay posibilidad de encontrar nada. Asi que lo que necesites deberas obtenerlo en el hotel, a precios del hotel.

Nous avons été très satisfaits dans l'ensemble des services de l'hôtel. C'est un hôtel qui mérite vraiment ses 5*. Nous recommandons aux touristes de choisir cet hôtel, ils ne seront pas déçus. D'ailleurs si nous devons revenir à Danang, nous n'hésiterons pas de séjourner à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

I spent 3 days at Life style resort. It was pretty nice except a few little things. First, the private beach is great but they don't allow me to go out to the beach after sundown.
