Hyggelig betjening, god mat og perfekt service. Hotellet ligger til slik at du kan gå til alle severdigheter( iallefall de vi ønsket) Vi fikk et rom med vindu ut mot en bakgård og delvis murvegg. Det var helt greit, men vi hadde ønsket oss veranda

The hotel was very conveniently located and they had a very personalised service. Room was little on the small size but the bed was comfortable and the staff and service was good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Close to everything. Very friendly staff. Reasonable price.

The only problem was a so-called upgrade to the tenth floor when we were booked for a superior balcony room. Although the tenth floor has greater space the ceilings are lower and the front rooms are exposed to the roof of the Hanoi Press Club air-conditioning unit which was emitting a high-pitched squeal. We were eventuallu accomodated in an iferior […] room at the rear of the tenth floor. I would suggest that rooms on the eighth floor and below are the ones to go for. Apart from that we were very satisfied. The staff put themselves out to arrange a dinner for visiting guest of ours from a nearby hotel. Les mer

We came over to Hanoi for a girls weekend away and were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, location , service and the lovely breakfast every morning ! All in all , a wonderful experience with Conifer ! We will definitely return with our family in the near future . Thank you Hotel Conifer !

My first time in Hanoi. Stayed in deluxe room. Size adequate, smaller than I expected but I guess comfortable for Hanoi's standard. Friendly front service - helped me to book airport taxi and recommended eating places. Modern room furnishing. New tv with many channels. Bathroom rather tight. Buffet breakfast decent spread with choice of pho or eggs. […] Slightly away from main roads, so not much traffic noise. Walking distance to all city centre attractions. Les mer

Lovely little hotel, probably best for business traveller, as no pool and location not great. As recorded by other guests, go for deluxe room, not classic, as classic has cruddy view, no balcony.

My daughter (8 years old) and I were booked for 2 separate nights at Conifer, with a night on a Halong Bay cruise in between. We stayed in the Classic room on the first night and it was okay/good. On the 2nd night after Halong Bay, we stayed in the Deluxe room and it is well worth the upgrade with a nicer bathroom and pretty balcony. Room was clean […] and of an international 4-star standard. Service from front desk was excellent and considerate. Neighbourhood is on a quiet street where Metropole hotel, opera house, cafes and high end shops are. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Les mer

Only stay 1 night, overall very good impression. Nice location, quiet. Room is small, but very clean. Service is good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Conifer! It's in a great location- next to all the high end shops and pretty close to the main market area in Hanoi. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was really clean, and we were really happy w/it esp considering how expensive other hotels were in this area. They also include free breakfast in the […] room rate which is really nice. It wasn't the best breakfast but they had a pretty nice spread and the pho was really good! The only con was that the bathroom was pretty small...but this seemed to be the case w/most of the hotels in Vietnam. Overall great find! Les mer

Excellent location, excellent service, excellent internet access, excellent staff, the mini baguettes for breakfast are excellent. Only the bed mattress was rather too soft and gave the impression of being tired. Otherwise, best place to stay in Hanoi, at an affordable price. (June 2011)

Great location, within walking distance to the lake, old town etc, I was abit taken aback when I saw the small side street where the hotel is as it was about midnight when I arrived, but it was great. It was also very quite, away from the main traffic noise. My room was small but very comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful ie the bell […] boy went out of his way to assist me in packing up some items for postage. For the price and location you can not beat it

The Conifer Hotel is situated on a small street near Hoan Kim Lake, and the impressive (and over priced) Metropole hotel. The hotel is clean, well appointed, and has a delicious breakfast buffet. I do not normally write reviews but it was thanks to the excellent and accurate reviews that I chose this hotel so it is only fair to add mine. The Conifer was absolutely perfect. You get everything that matters -a clean modern room and intelligent service. The breakfast was just right with fresh cooked eggs. Loved this hotel -- I swear it was on the only quiet street in Hanoi. Was fun to just relax with a drink on the front terrace. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Rooms were on the small side but clean with good A/C if you wanted it.

The desk failed to ring me for the preset wakeup call. Fortunately I woke up 20 minutes later than desired to get tro the airport on time.

I've been to Vietnam many times, but this time the quality of service and comfort of the hotel I was above my expectations. I had a very difficult and complicated week. The Conifer has so many two main things going for it: - location- behind the Metropole and just a few minutes walk from the Opera House, lots of shopping, and super close to the Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Quarter, etc - price- no frills kind of place but clean rooms and friendly staff and great location And it would have been perfect save for the ruckus that […] starts every morning around 6. Don't even know what it is (hot water pipes perhaps) but loud, annoying, churning rumbling tumbling sounds pierce through the walls intermittently until you're driven from your room in mad desperation to escape. Definitely check with the hotel to see if this "problem" has been fixed before booking, unless you don't care about restful slumber. Les mer

A beautiful new hotel in a great location in Hanoi. ハノイ在住です。休もう！という目的で１泊しました。いつもうろうろしているあたりだったのですが、夜だったせいか初め場所がわかりませんでした。でも、着いたら、よかった。ハノイにはもっと安いホテルがたくさんあって、それなりにきれいで快適です。しかしコニファーはそうした“まあいいホテル”の１歩上でした。外資系の高級ホテルほど高くないのに、他の手ごろなホテルよりいい。また、ハノイ人はあまり愛想がよくないのですが、コニファーは良かった。

泊まるだけの宿としては充分です。衛生的なスタッフも片言の英語でも丁寧に応対してくれます。旧市街への観光には歩いていくにはちょっと距離があります。

お部屋は狭かったですが、設備は全く問題なく、スタッフは皆親切でとても印象の良いホテルでした。

Great place to stay in Hanoi. Central and luxurious. The staff was helpful and friendly and the hotel restaurant is also a decent place to eat.
