The Hyatt Place was very, very nice. The entire staff was friendly and the service was fantastic. We will stay there again.

I travel to that area frequently and having had a warm welcoming, clean and new experience, I will return.

My daughter and I stayed here while we were in town for a volleyball tournament, and the place was magnificent. The room was great, and we felt like we were at home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

great hotel, great price, great breakfast, great staff. stayed here for two nights with family and kids. staff was very friendly, assisted with directions and even printed them out for reference. nice resturants nearby, and is easy to find right off of the expressway. they were doing some work to the breakfast area, although they only worked when breakfast […] was over. during breakfast you couldnt hardly tell they were working on things. the 24/7 food options are good and the pricing is fair. the only downside i would say is that there is no hottub, although i should have checked that out first. very clean and would most definately book this hotel again. I thought this hotel was nicely up to date. I loved how large the room was and how clean it was. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel room were very nice and clean for the price. I really liked that the room was updated and had nice amenities. I did not like that the hotel did not have vending machines so you had to purchase items like water bottles and snacks from the front desk which was very expensive. The biggest problem occured as 3:30am when the fire alarm went off. […] We had to run out our room with a baby in the cold with no shoes and pajamas on. We had to stand outside for at least 15 minutes in the cold. One of the hotel guest did something in their room to set off the alarm which is a smoke free hotel. When we checked out of the hotel we asked if they were offering anything in regards to the inconvenience of the situation as far as maybe a discount for another stay and they replied, No. I was very disappointed and felt that the hotel did offer good customer service due to lack of trying to accomodate their patrons. Excellent experience. The hotel was classy and beautiful, clean and quiet. Booking was easy and efficient. The hotel does not show up on the GPS so you will have to call to find it, but other than that, I love Hyatt Place Hotels.

Self-Checkin in this hotel was easy. Beautiful lobby area and rooms that are clean & well furnished.

This hotel was great. I would stay here again. The only bad part was that our room was never cleaned. We were away for most of the day and saw maids cleaning rooms down the hall when we left, but ours was never touched. Only stayed 2 nights and it was over Christmas. Otherwise great hotel.

This Hyatt is a great place to stay. The only smudge was the handle to operate the water in the shower was broken. I reported it and it was fixed in a timely manner. Excellent service.

Terrific Staff--always friendly and helpful. This is the fourth time I've stayed at this or the suites next door, and each time I have been very, very pleased. Excellent service, room, and food.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming :) We enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights. The pool was a little small, but still great to splash around in. Very glad I made the choice to come to This Hyatt Place in Warrenville, The staff was professional and friendly and their cleanliness was Top Notch! I would definatly recommend not only using Hyatt Place as your next visiting hotel here in Illinois, But of course I for sure recommend using HOTEL's . com to book it.

I've stayed at a couple Hyatt Place hotels in the past and this one stood up to what I expected to find. The room was roomy and a confortable option instead of staying at realtives over the Thanksgiving holiday. We received a wonderful price in comparision to the other hotels in the area with the same amenities. The location was perfect in relation […] to the access to the interstate and the shops for Black Friday. The continental breakfast was great with many options for the hearty eater or someone watching their diet. You could order custom breakfast for a fee (I recommend the Egg and Sausage Burrito)! It was a nice surpise to be able to print our boarding passes down in the lobby on the secure computer and printers avaialble to their visitors. This allowed us to be ready to hit O'hare airport during a crazy time prepared. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Les mer

Very comfortable, nicely appointed hotel. The Hyatt's seem to do this better than everyone else. They may be a bit pricier but the extra is worth it. This hotel kind of mirrors the Summerfield Suites next door. Either way, the Hyatt is the best place to stay.

I really enjoyed and like the stay in Hyatt. Staff is very cooperative and room services are fine.Location of hotel is good and convenient to reach...

We stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is good. However, the air conditioner is so loud and was malfunctioning ( it would not quit running). If you want a quiet hotel to sleep I would not recommend it.

We have stayed at a Hyatt before and have not been disappointed with anything! Once you stay at a Hyatt it is hard to stay anywhere else! Clean and spacious room, modern look and feel throughout! Very friendly service, decent breakfast, nice temperature pool, and outdoor seating areas.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The morning breakfast was decent, certainly enough to get you through until lunch time. Close to Naperville for food and stuff to do. We loved this hotel! From check-in to check-out our stay was a pleasure. The one king-bed room was a decent size with a little suite area where you can watch tv or read. The room was a great space. Best bed we slept in for our entire trip. Top quality linens. Clean and plush. Breakfast included fresh fruit -thank you - and very good coffee. The only drawback was the elevator noise - close to the head of the bed. We would definitely stay there again, especially with a hotel.com special price!

I've stayed at Hyatt Place hotels before and knew what to expect in terms of amenities and service. Those expectations were again met with this stay. Everything is comfortable and works well. I stay here because of the large rooms with separate sitting areas (couch, desk, wet bar, etc.) which make it easy to get work done. The free continental breakfast […] is perfectly acceptable. The only downsides were minor: the shower floor could use a good scrubbing with bleach or a re-grout, and the prices in the cafe area were outrageous. $9.00 for a small, stale, boring sandwich was a bit much. This is my second stay at this hotel. Great accomodations at an even better price. The only problem on this stay was that our room shared a wall with the ice maker. When it kicked in it caused a loud (enough to wake me) tapping on my headboard. Impressive rooms, very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the suite type room with wall divider. My son slept on the sofa bed and found it comfortable. TV screen is very large and HD, so if you spend some time in your room it is comfortable to watch from the large L shaped sofa with ottoman. Also nice that the rooms include a mini fridge for beverages […] and restaurant leftovers. Convenient to several good restaurants as well as Chicago Premium Outlet mall. It was a lovely room but the bathroom was very small and hard to navigate with children. We read the card about being "green" and re-using our towels, but with 5 people in the room, there is no where to hang 5 towels to dry. So as written, I put the tag on the doorknob to replace the towels and freshen the room, none of which happened. First, you can't pass up that this is a Hyatt hotel at a great price. As well, if you like new cars, you'll love this New-er hotel! Firm, yet comfortable beds. Crisp new sheets and linens. Faux granite countertops (maybe they were real). A room partition that separated the beds from a spacious sectional couch with ottoman. Desk, fast internet connection, […] fridge and individual coffee maker. Add to all this, a flat screen with all the plug-ins any kid could want for playing those games away from home. I believe it even had a DVR attached. We will most likely find some reason to "get away" for another weekend to enjoy this stay-vacation, location. Only thing I wish the room had was a microwave, so I could have enjoyed my popcorn while settling in for a Direct TV movie. Oh, and the staff could not have been nicer. Kudos to the HR department on finding a great group of young, courteous and friendly talent. I really can't say enough about how great the experience was at this location. Thank you. Les mer

I got a really nice room for a great price. Just a standard rood has a living room and separated bedroom area. Lots of counter space in the bathroom and bright lights for makeup. And all details were excellent from the doors to the countertops. Excellent place, coming from someone who finds issues even at the best hotels. I have stayed at the Hyatt Place many times and has always had nothing but the best results. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and staff is always so helpful. I would recommend the Hyatt Place to family and friends

Will stay here again. It was nice to have a pool, complimentary breakfast, large, spacious room and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and like new. Late check-out which is a plus, no need to rush in the morning. Very friendly staff, easy access from I-88.
