Kort vei til/fra O'Hare int. flyplass. Utenfor Chicago sentrum, så enkelt å komme seg videre uten å havne i tung trafikk. Koselige og høflige ansatte og Legends sportsbar inkorporert i lobby området for å innta middag og drinker til normal pris. Store og fine rom; litt slitte, men rene. Frokosten var langt over middels med utvidet continental frokost. Fitnessrommet var veldig enkelt, men fikk trent basis. Nabolaget er noe slitent forstads- men virket greit.

Hotell valt i utg.pkt pga nær O'Hare-flyplassen. Svært praktisk, to stoppestader frå flyplassen med t-banen (Cumberland). I tillegg lett, rimeleg og kjapt å koma seg med 'blue line' til sentrum av Chicago på same banen. Middels pluss service i skranken på hotellet. Frukost visstnok berre svært lettvint, med 'småkaker' eller liknande. Nytta ikkje dette tilbodet sjølv. Ok reinhald på romma. Var på to forskjellige under opphaldet mitt. Restaurant næraste nabo på eine sida av hotellet, også parkeringsplass knytt til denne, utan at eg fann dette sjenerande. 7 minutts spasertur tek deg til diger supermarknad, der du finn alt du måtte trenga. Også andre småsjapper og ein frisør. 5 minutt til fots til t-banestasjonen. Motorvegen like ved og tidvis flytrafikk over, men gjorde ingenting av betydning. Godt støyisolert.

Rent og pent motell til en rimelig pris når man må bo på en flyplass et døgn. Hyggelig betjening, Spesielt hyggelig sjåfør som gratis beringer deg til og fra O'Hare. Fikk ingen beskjed på forhånd om at frokost var inkludert i prisen før etter at jeg hadde vært ute og spist på Subway i nabohuset:) PS! Er det nødvendig å ha pornokanalen gratis blant alle de andre kanalene? Nødvendig å ha porno på tv-en i det hele tatt?

Hotelet lå kun ca 10 min kjøring fra flyplassen. Vi leide bil, men lett å finne fram til hotel. Toget ned til Down Town stoppet like ved. Kjempe hyggelig betjening både ved skranke og matsal! Selv om hotelet ligger nær stor flyplass, var det lite vi hørte til trafikk og flystøy. Flott svømmebasseng!

My husband and I recently stayed at Hyatt house for 3 nights for a family event. We found the room comfortable and inviting. Having a kitchen was a great bonus. A few reviews we read discussed concerns regarding room noise (thin walls so you could hear neighboring guests) but we did not have this problem at all (maybe a slow weekend). The hotel had […] a nice pool, fire pit, and fitness room available but we did not have time to use them. We love breakfast so we were a bit disappointed in the available option, but it was free so one should not complain. We did a little exploring and found wonderful locally owned breakfast restaurants in Naperville. There are not many Hotel options available in the area so we needed to do a bit of traveling to all of our family events. All in all, this was a great hotel. Unless something is built closer to my siblings' homes we will definitely stay again! Les mer

Very nice hotel with an apartment feel. Only downfall is if you have company staying on the pull out couch there is only one bathroom which is in the bedroom. Your company has to go through your bedroom to go to the bathroom.

Very nice hotel. Must be new and/or well kept. Every detail was high quality. Beds great and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot with many choices. Only minor downfall, you have to make a short drive to a store or restaurant. Will stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was easy to get to from I-88 and had a lot of nearby shops and conveniences. And the price was perfect. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

I plan to stay in the Chicago area to visit a special friend, and I thought I was going to walk into a regular hotel room that looked a certain way online then tribes out to be worse. Well it exceeded my expectations. It was big n beautiful. I am very pleased with the quality of the room, hotel, and staff for the cheap amount I paid.

"A great get away from home and the kids"
It was just the 2 of us. No Kids weekend getaway from home. We enjoyed the comforts of the hotel which was very modern and clean. It was close enough to a nice movie theater and plenty of restaurants as well as a hop skip and a jump a way from the Outlet Mall. We will be returning. Gem out in the suburbs. Very comfortable full suite hotel. Short drive to Naperville offering a quaint downtown with many dining options. Great Greek food at Tasso and could return to the hotel with leftovers that could be stored in the fridge and reheated in the microwave. Pool area was clean and maintained.

This hotel was ok except the quality of service has slowly been declining. Recurring issues, even after broght to the hotel's attention. The first room they gave me was too cold! I raised the thermostat and it didn't move in 3 hours. I've had this issue with this exact room before, and nothing was done. The second room they gave me had issues with the […] sattelite reception. Most of the stations don't come in. An error message keeps coming up saying "Searching for Signal." I've brought this to the hotel's attention but this was not repaired either. Les mer
"Hyatt Summerfield Suites - top notch"
The Hyatt Summerfield Suites was wonderful. Very friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. The swivel on the flat panel was unique. You can spin the TV from the couch area to bed area with ease. Fantastic!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We felt like we were in a resort room, not a hotel room. We'd go back and spend another night there. Some details: No bath tub; shower only. basic (not bad) breakfast. Over 100 cable channels.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were in Chicago to welcome our son home from Afghanastan. Hotel was convenient, clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Very close to downtown Naperville and good restaurants. Would definetely stay again!!
"Nice place to stay for more than a night"
Nice rooms for those staying for a few days or extended period of time. We stayed for two nights on our own, but would definitely consider staying here again with our kids because of the setup. The kitchen had a nice sized fridge and all the basics needed to prepare meals. The room seems small because of the amount of furniture and the layout of it […] all, but it is very functionally designed. The suites are just great. comfortable, quiet and clean. Food and movies are just a few miles away.Mrning breakfast was nice. Overall excellent Hotel and great price.
Although the hotel was somewhat hard to find, once I got there I was very pleased. First impressions were great and the room was nice and clean. The workout center was nice as well as the pool.

The quality of the product and level of customer service is slowly declining. I've stayed regularly since this hotel has opened and am normally content. However, the last two times I've stayed the internet has been down. When I inquired about when it would be back on, I received mixed answers. It wasn't until the last day that it was repaired. The satellite […] reception was also bad and couldn't get many stations. I reported it last time and nothing was done but they're still renting that specific room. They also don't communicate well with housekeeping staff. Even though we are Platinum Members with Hyatt and are allowed a late check out, the same guy knocks on the door every time asking when were checking out. It feels like they're rushing you out even though it is a benefit of membership. I've brought up to the front desk staff on my last stay and nothing was communicated back to anyone. Staff was AWESOME--the hotel was great as well. The Mgr's evening reception was so relaxing and the food was tasty (we had Thai lettuce wraps and a wonderful tomato bisque)--the beer was COLD! Although our stay was short, just one night, I would definetly stay here again. I would bring my own pillow next time as they were a little to puffed up for me (need a flatter pillow). Breakfast was good and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

"Five Star Hotel"
If you need a cheap alternative to staying in Chicago, while not compromising quality, this is you ticket. The place was very cheap for Chicago area and the room were very well appointed. New furniture, granite countertops, stainless appliances, microwave, full size fridge, nice tvs, and free parking. The only downfalls are that you can't walk to any […] restaurants, but there are several restaurants and a supermarket less than a mile away and no bathtub (my kids like baths). But they thoroughly enjoyed playing in the nice shower. We took the "L" train into Chicago. It was a 20 minute drive to the parking area (very cheap parking) and a 25 minute ride into the city limits. I would hands down stay here again and recommend to anyone who needs to tour Chicago on a budget. Les mer
