Rommet var veldig fint, og servicen vi fikk fra alle som jobbet der var eksemplarisk. I tillegg snakket de fleste så godt som flytende engelsk, så her er det fem stjerner på alt :)

Hotellet var veldig nært flyplassen, og det ar det vi var ute etter. Det var overraskenden rent og pent men opplevelsen av det polske folket var ikke ok. Det var rett og slett anarki ved frokost buffeen på hotellet,som om det var det siste måltid....

Hotellet hadde en fin beliggenhet med kort avstand til kjøpesenteret Carrefour, Zoo og en stor park som omkranset zoo, med blant annet lekeplass. Hotellet fremsto innbydende og velholdt. Frokostbuffèen var variert, rommene rene og personalet hyggelig. Det eneste som trekker ned er at rommene som vender mot gata er veldig utsatt for støy. Vinduene demper en del, men om man trenger å ha dem åpne, så blir det mye sirener og trafikkstøy.

I had to stay one night in warsaw. The hotel is about 800-1000m from the airport. Very OK for late night passengers who is gonna leave early the next day.

"Veldig godt fornøyd!"
Stilfult og flott hotel som overgikk forventningene mine. Tilgangen på SPA trakk spesielt opp. Det jeg var spesielt godt fornøyd med var at vasking av rom ble kun gjort etter at du gir beskjed om dette. Det er sikkert ikke alle som er enige med meg om dette, men noe av det mest irriterende på ferie er når du ligger i en god ferie-søvn for så å bli vekket […] av to dunk på døra, etterfulgt av "cleeeeean!!" ;-) Hvis jeg må si noe negativt så må det være utsikten, men den kan vel igrunn ikke hotellet klandres for.. Muligman maa be omdet. internetten koster 50 nok (25zloty) pr dag,men sier du at dulas at det var gatis paa hotels.com som vi gjorde, faar du det gratis! gratis inngang tilgym ogflott basseng omraade. vi tok taxi til sentrum, ca 5min og betalte rundt 20 kr. mye bra shopping […] senter der. "Nydelig"
Flott, nydelig, lekkert leilighetshotell på alle måter. Kunne ikke vært bedre, spør dere meg! Minuset er at man ofte tilbringer liten tid på hotellet når man er turist... Her kunne vi bodd!

Kjempe fint hotellrom og kjempe bra service!! Det beste med hele greia, er at du få fri tilgang til Holmes Spa og trenings senter. Ligger i samme bygg som hotellet. Er virkelig det råeste spa og treningssenteret jeg har sett. Gigantiske boblebad, svømmebaseng og gym. Er også masse masasjetibud som er veldig billig.Vil garantert dra tilbake hit. "Very nice"
The locals are very modern, and clean. The service was top notch, I asked for separate beds since I was travelling with a friend, they don't have that but they were able to upgrade us to a premium suite with two bedrooms. Even without any extra charge. The internet it also free, which is a big plus.

Store flotte, godt utstyrte rom i dette leilighetshotellet. Super beliggenhet, men du må holde med frokost selv, frokosten som en kan kjøpe på hotellet er bare tull. Ellers godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Week end turist, fra Norge
"Ikke hotel men leiligheter"
Fine store rom men ikke aircondition, varmt som fy på rommet. Vi bodde fra mandag til fredag, rommet ble ikke vasket i denne perioden og ikke nye håndklær eller toalettpapir. Man kan visst si fra og levere nøkkel tidlig om morgenen for og bestille ekstra vasking. Komplexet består av Platinum Residence og Hilton hotel. Kjempestort og fint treningsenter […] med spa og basseng. Og muligheter for saltreninger og styrke. Beliggenhet er litt utenfor sentrum men koster 40 kroner i taxi. Ca 25 min og gå til gamlebyen. Rommene isolert sett fremstår som flotte og store. Likevel trekker helhetsinntrykket av hotellet voldsomt ned. De ansatte på hotellet er grinete og svært lite serviceinnstilte. "Utrolig mye for pengene"
Et utrolig moderne leilighetskompleks for en latterlig sum. Bodde i 19.etg. med en vanvittig utsikt over byen. Stilig innredning, gode senger og alt du trenger for en liten familie er tilgjengelig. Komplekset ligger vegg i vegg med Hilton hvor alle øvrige tilbud fionnes. OBS OBS. Hilton har egne "taxier" og når jeg skulle forlate hotellet og bestilte […] taxi til flyplassen, rekvirerte resepsjonisten en fra Hilton og denne var 3 GANGER DYRERE enn ordinær taxi jeg benyttet fra flyplassen. "Flott leilighetshotell med spa avdeling"
Flott leilighetshotell med service vennlig betjening som behersket engelsk meget godt. Hotellrommet bestod av eget innbydende soverom med tv, flott kjøkken med alt av hvitevarer og egen spiseplass, stue med sofa og tv. Badet enkelt, men fint. Etter en lang dag med shopping anbefales en tur til hotellets spa avdeling.

Flotte store velutstyrte rom og flott utsikt. Hotellet bærer imidlertid tydelig preg av å være under restaurering. Ferdig påsmurt frokost i en "kafe" i 1 etg. Kun pizza på kvelden - alle andre spiserestauranter stengt. Delvis elendig service i resepsjonen. Ingen egen SPA avdeling, men fikk bruke fasilitetene på Hotel Hilton (Vegg i vegg).
"A nice place for long time stay doing business"
The place will probably be great once it is finsihed. It is still under construction and only a few rooms are open - and they are all not finished either. You have to order an pay for all extras, like housekeeping, new towels, etc. Apartmens were very nice, with modern equipment and a nice little kitchen. However, you would assume that more international […] programs were available with ORIGINAL language on the TV. Kind and service minded receptionists - very nice people. Will I stay there again? Relatively new hotel. Classy rooms, service at the reception is good at normal hours but at night there is a guard only who cannot help as much. Room cleaning must be ordered before 9 in the morning if you want cleaning for the same day. Room had a small stylish kitchenette, balcony (which could've been cleaner), sofa and a seperate bedroom. Room still […] smelled very new and fresh and everything was shiny. Very good value for money. Negative side... no breakfast package possible, breakfast had to be bought at one of the restaurants in the same building. Positive side. Same building complex with Hilton which had a fantastic restaurant and hotel lobby bar which we used. There is also a charming spa which you can use for free after getting a coupon from the reception. Spa has both turkish and nordic saunas, jacuzzis and swimming pool. There is also a casino in the same complex and they give free drinks for first time visitors. Platinum residence also had its own driver who was fluent in english, had a comfortable mercedes and didnt charge much more than a regular cab for the ride. Les mer
"The Platinum Residence in Warsaw, Poland"
The Platinum Residence was amazing, I felt like a VIP. I stayed in the studio apartment and it was wonderful. It was very spacious: equipped with a stocked kitchen, lovely sitting room, open bedroom, beautifully done bathroom and a huge terrace. Food wise it was connected to the Hilton so as a guest of platinum I had access to the restaurants of Hilton. […] There is a built-in spa, gym, and pool (all indoor) but I sadly didn't get the chance to enjoy because they were doing the yearly maintenance checks during my stay. The security is as if you were in an appartment building, for example you need your hotel card for everything: it opens the doors, and it turns on the appliances on in your room which males the hotel very efficient and green in some aspect. The hotel did have a wonderful concierge that booked my dinner reservations. One of my favorite things is that they gave me an early check in to noon and a late checkout up to 2pm. And since I arrived earlier then that they held my luggage in a secure while I went and explored Warsaw. The only negative parts is that the hotel is in a tranquil area, a little of a hike from downtown, but the hotels cab service was very inexpensive; and myself speaking only English I was upset that the in room cable didn't have all English channels, but at the same time you barely spend any time in hotels and overall it was an absolutely amazing, convenient, and elegant place to stay and I hope next time in Warsaw to stay there again. We stayed 2 nights in Platinum Residence. The location was ok. Just 5 min bus ride to the center and to the old town. The hotel was situated in a developing neighbourhood so there wasn't yet anything interesting. The hotel itself was very nice and totally new. The rooms (apartments) were cosy and clean. I was staying for weekend in this apartment and i would say is best of hotels what i was staying in warsaw ! room nice and clean , full kitchen , 2 flat screen tvs one in living room one in the bedroom No free internet this is minus but i can live with that ! This property was the perfect place to stay if you wish comfortable, quiet, and some luxury in Warsaw. The hotel is attached to a small mall that has restaurants, fast food, a medical center, and is linked to the Hilton with its pool and spa services. It is a bit out of the way from the train station or other shops which is only a minor inconvenience. […] The staffs were amazingly helpful and our slightest request was seen too immediately. "Return for a second time"
We had stayed at the Platinum on the beginning of our stay in Poland a couple weeks earlier. It was nice coming back to a familiar surrounding area. We found the staff still very nice and fluent in English. We had a different room in the opposite tower so we had a good opportunity to compare the different style rooms. The bed was very comfortable again. […] The living room was nice and spacious we missed the bar seating in the kitchen area but it did have a table for two instead which was nice. I booked the hotel via Hotels.com after searching many different possible hotels. I was very happy with my choice. The building was a quick ride from the airport around 25 zl. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make me welcome. Speaking very little Polish wasn't a problem. The staff was quite fluent in English. The room check in […] time was a little later than I imagined being 2 pm but it was worth the wait. Nice apartment/room. It had a very comfortable double bed. Nice bathroom with large shower tub. The living room was nice and comfortable as well with the whole place giving it a modern minimalistic vibe with white walls and cream accents. Very calm and tranquil though. The view from the 20th floor was nice as well and it was wonderful to be able to open the windows to let a little fresh air in when wanted. There was also a little small grocer around the corner not even a block away to get a few supplies. I would recommend a stay here. I had a very enjoyable experience. Les mer

"Hotel with a comfort of a home"
Amazing hotel with accomodation at a reasonable price. This is absolute new build with modern comfortable apartments all under a hotel maintanance. We stayed at a Master room, with full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and microwave-very convenient for longer stay. We loved our room a lot and had an amazing stay.

the apartment was good, but was little dirty and we reserve for 2 persosn andn all the things was for one person. Also the clothes of the bed was in not good conditions. as well is not passing nobody for clean the rooms. taking this things was not bad.

"Platinum Residence"
I have been staying here for the past 4 weeks from monday to friday. Everytime I check-inn they keep asking me to fill in my personal details which is annoying because i have been there lots of times before. Then there is always something wrong with the apartment, like the heaters don't work, the sattelite does not work or the fridge does not work, […] telephones never work. I have not stayed in apartment that the Sattelite TV did work in the bedroom. i am never going to stay their again. If you leave your key downstairs for repair they do not clean your apartment. "Very nice hotel apartments"
I stayed in Platinum Residence in Warsaw for a few nights and I had a pleasent stay! Very clean & fresh apartment and the hotel staff was very helpful. The distance from warsaw central station is about 1,4 kilometres which is not much, you can either take a walk or a taxi. I recommend this hotel because of its low prices and great rooms!

Stayed at this hotel for four nights(Thursday to Monday). Great service with friendly personnel. Nice big rooms. Kitchen with basic utensils and other necessities. Make a note that if you want your room cleaned, sheets changed, new towels etc. this costs extra, but at a nice affordable price. There was some construction with some drilling one morning […] but this was a minor problem considering the great price and otherwise great overall experience. "Platinum Residence"
Somewhat mixed review - overall the hotel is a joy - it's a typical residence with the rooms ready for long term stay, with full kitchen/laundry facilities. But it's definitely a 4.5 star hotel experience in terms of the apartment as it's incredibly clean and very spacious for a downtown unit. Everything would be 5 stars except for the extras, which […] I didn't need or want on this visit, but which would've annoyed me if I came for longer. No sports utilities yet, they're across the whole building someone in the Hilton. No breakfast facilities yet, same story. Elevator #3 was mostly used by construction staff and was filthy but the rest was heavily occupied. Taxi service is very slow and in the city, not all of them know yet of Platinum Residence, so address was a must (or "just behind the Hilton"). Again, overall an excellent experience with some hickups which will hopefully be addressed as the construction is finalized. Les mer

Platinum Residences are not really a hotel and cannot be compared to one. It's an executive rental, a home away from home. The apartments are modern and clean and very comfortable. The residence provides soap, shampoo and towels but if you are staying for longer please be advised that you'll need to buy your own laundry detergent (it would be nice for […] them to provide some samples). First I must say that the room was amazing! It was what I would setup if I was to provision my own apartment away from home. TV in the living room and Bedroom with international channels. Bed was comfortable and lots of space to put your clothes. Casino next door to spend some time. Close to the airport (cost about US $7 to get from the airport to […] the hotel) Staff was very helpfull, even when I was pulled off a public train to be extorted by a local official they translated for me via telephone and made the official leave me alone. This hotel is great. Onething you need to know is that if you want to get your "appartment" cleaned you need to give you key away before 9 o´clock am. And tell them to clean it. We never got it cleaned. Were away more then 24 hours and it looked the same when we came back. That´s a bad thing, even that we gave away our key. But everthing else was great. "New & Modern Apartment-Style Hotel Downtown"
The apartment-style hotel is very modern and feels more like a nice-sized apartment rather than a hotel. The security system made it feel safe and secure. Lots of space in the room and it came with all the amenities (cutlery, dishware, internet, dishwasher, gym, TV, etc). The staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and the room itself was also […] well maintained and super-clean. The bad parts included the fact that the hotel was kind of far from all the action. Close to the Uprising Museum, and the major mall, but otherwise, it was a bit of a walk to get to any of the other major sites around town. The last point to be made is regarding the check-in and check-out area - it is not easy to find if you are not familiar with Warsaw. The complex consists of 2 buildings and they do NOT face the main street, so you have to find your way through the complex to find where the actual front desk is. "Affordable 5 star solution"
We booked a "room" from Platinum Residence for overnights stay in Warsaw. We booked late in the evening and probably due holiday season we got a bargain deal from this business travelers solution. Definitely 5 star solution, superb bed, real kitchen, huge bathroom, fast unlimited free internet, living room, gym, pool.... could not be better for our […] needs. This apartment building is brand new (your GPS won't probably have the address to it yet), the rooms and everything about it is spotless and modern, and the staff is extremely helpful. The downside is the location, it's far from the places a tourist may want to see, but you can leave your car safely parked and get wherever you need to. great for a long term staying...kitchen fully equipped plus washing maschine :)however, the hotel does not have any room for the suitcases, but they put them next to the front desk and keep an eye on them. quite an appartment and strongle recommended by us.
I stayed there in May 2011, it was all new, very clean and spacious. Very pleasant staff. You also have access to a great gym. A great value!
