Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Concord (Kannapolis), NC - Concord

The hotel is very nice. The people were also very pleasant. Sadly, the room was not set up the way we requested (after we called to confirm an hour before our arrival) which woke up our twins :( So, I think we pretty much woke up everyone on our floor. But the hotel itself is very nice and the breakfast the next morning was fabulous.

I liked the location, I was suprised to stay in an ADA room. Stayed for 3 nights and was told after first night I could be moved next day due to hotel being full. That was a Saturday and staff seemed busy with new guest so I didn't bother changing rooms. Waffle maker didn't work for breakfast and wasn't really impressed with the rest of the food. Could […] hear everything in hall way and people above must of had children that liked to jump around. Window was betside of car wash from gas station next door. Don't think I would stay here again. We stopped in the Charlotte/Concord/Kannapolis area on our trip from NJ to FL. Very clean, looks like a fairly new hotel. Had a pool we didnt use and a gym. Had a good complimentary breakfast which was much better than others we've encountered. Im not a big Nascar fan but this hotel is in the perfect location if your headed to Charlotte Motor Speedway […] or any of the Race teams headquarters. Les mer

This hotel is very conveniently located off the interstate and close to the mall and many restaurants. This was our second stay here and both times we have been very pleased with the cleanliness, friendliness and amenities at this hotel.

The room was frankly more than anticipated. Day staff was very friendly and personable, however, night staff seemed to be sleeping in back and were reluctant to provide assistance. WiFi did not work at all for first 2 days and thereafter only intermittently.

The room we booked was supposed to have a sofa bed. It didn't. The floor we were on was extremely noisy. The doors to the rooms next tto us were slamming all night until at least 1 am. The desk clerk however was very nice.

Awesome stay and a great price. I felt like I was in a nice bed and breakfast due to the decor. Very clean and very nice staff. Will definitely be staying there again.

I stayed at this hotel for CIAA in Charlotte. The room was clean with a nice big comfy bed and a walk in shower. It's located off the highway and down the street from a shopping center. I will stay here again.

Breakfast could stand improvement, but otherwise a great place to stay. Staff and Owner very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean. The only problem I had, which wasn't really a "problem" was the setting on the thermostat. It's a bit cooler than it reads. It was set on 73 when we came in and we woke up the next morning freezing. The next night we set it higher to 78 and […] it was much more comfortable. (We ended up staying again even though we originally intended on just one night. They gave us back the same room that we had. :) Everyone was very nice and helpful. They had printouts for directions to Carrabus Arena and to the mall already made. Les mer

There were several groups of young people staying in the hotel for a cheer leading competition. We (an older couple) were given a room on a quiet hall. No issues with noise from the other groups. Very thoughtful action by the staff.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent. I only wish that the hotel was closer or on a different route to the Cabarrus Arena. The back roads were treacherous due to the weather conditions. This was obviously through no fault of the hotel, but it would be nice if there was a closer hotel to the arena.

Overall rating 5. Although it was a short day stayed in the hotel me and family enjoy the service, inside pool fitness, rooms are clean and most of all with a free breakfast. I Will recommended to others. TY

When we checked in, we were first send to a roon that was never cleaned from the previous occupiants. The gentleman at the front desk fixed the issue promptly. The room we ended up with was okay. Pillows were lacking, and there was little water pressure. But it was clean and the decor is nice.

This is a fairly new property, and it fits the bill for a value priced hotel for business or leisure travel. I stayed there with my family on a holiday trip. The rooms were clean and the beds were great. Staff was friendly. We did not have any problems to be resolved, but based on their attitude I am sure they would have addressed anything we needed. […] Breakfast was free, and typical for this class of hotel. Not bad, but average. Internet was free, but a bit slow. Again, this is fairly typical. The price was the best I obtained for the area - excellent, since many of the more expensive properties are not nearly as new or as nice (I have stayed at several). This will be my first choice next time, assuming that the price remains low. Les mer

The whole hotel was neat and clean. We would diffantly returm. they offer free shuttles to and from the games. shops and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Very convienent to shops,highway and my family reunion.I enjoyed my stay and the daily breakfast was a plus since I rarely eat breakfast.

Great value and nice hotel. I would rate this hotel has an excellent place to stay while visiting Concord-Kannapolis. The only think I'd suggest is some better pillows and a soap tray in the shower. The pillows were a bit short for my comfort and I dislike it when shower walls do not contain a soap tray.

Excellent place to stay with great location and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and neat. Pool was nice and and continental breakfast was very good (biscuits and gravey beat the ones across the street). Hopefully will be back next year

We attended the Good Guys Car Show. The hotel was clean and attractive. Two of the three nights we stayed the hotel was completely booked. The service was still excellent and there was plenty of breakfast food for everyone. It didn't even seem that crowded.

This was our second time staying at this hote. Our first stay was wonderful, the hotel was booked to the max, had a great room and the staff was friendly. Our second stay wasn't the best. We were placed in a "handicap" room which is located near the vending/ice machine. The room was okay, but the noise from the vending/ice machine area was aggravating […] and not to mention the guest that thought slamming their room doors wouldn't bother anyone. I found the granite countertops to be too tall for me to use. I'm 5'1" and felt like I had to stand on my tip toes while brushing my teeth in the sink. The counters are beautiful, but not user friendly for me. The room was clean and nicely decorated.
