Jeg var her i nesten to uker. Har hatt et meget bra opphold. Hotellet har basseng og tilknytning til et av Delhis største kjøpesenter. Ulempen var at hotellet ikke har wifi i rommene, men kun i lobbyen og det var ikke gratis heller. Opplevde hotellets service ikke var helt på topp.

En meget kort reise fra flyplassen, (husk å tipse sjåføren godt som fikk denne korte turen). Etter 14 dager i Goa var det deilig å komme til et nydelig hotelrom med gode, rene senger, varm dusj og alt som trengs før den lange reisen hjem. Den "åpne" baderomsløsning er uvant, har vært bort i det før på fancy hoteller, men forstår ikke hensikten. Rommet vi fikk forrige gang hadde ikke dette. Fantastisk middagsbuffe, nydelig utvalg og kvaliteten på topp. Vi var blant de første som satte oss og fikk (vel) mye oppmerksomhet. Frokosten var på samme nivået, men vi hadde dessverre ikke tid til å nyte den. Eneste som trakk ned på oppholdet var minibaren. Hadde gledet meg til en GT på rommet ved ankomsten, men dessverre ingen tonic, kun noe skvipete sitronbrus og når vi betalte for 3 miniflasker/1 brus var det halve prisen (!) av middagen - resepsjonen mente det var korrekt! Jeg hadde ikke prislisten i hodet. I forhold til omgivelsene rundt hotellet, hadde vi ikke anledning/behov for å undersøke dette. Vi bodde ut mot motorveien, men ikke noe støy!

Internett fungerer ikke på rommene og tilretteleggelse for slikt arbeid er dårlig nede i lobbyen mht strømuttak. Ikke frokost til å skryte av. Generelt litt fuktig på rommet. Prima location for backpackere. Veldig gode senger! Bra bad! Hyggelig staff!

Fin lobby og helt greit rom til en bra pris. Anbefaler dette hotellet hvis du ikke er alt for nøye på standarden. Det var litt vanskelig å finne hotellet. Området rundt hotellet er litt shabby, men tror man må regne med det i Delhi :)

Promised to pick up passengers from the airport and did not do so. Wanted to charge the passengers for ean and coffee when they had indicated thatbthis would be complimentary. There was no fridhe / tv in the room, the toiltes were leaking.. even when moved into another room. Conditions of room - dirty, uncared for. Not sure when the sheets were changed! Stayed 3 nights and as a budget hotel in the heart of Delhi it was good. A couple of cheap pubs around the corner where we joined locals and tourists for a few Kingfisher beers after a day sightseeing. Hotel travel desk got us a cheap car to Agra to see the Taj for the day plus a city tour while we were there. Breakfast was wasn't great although their […] restaurant at night had good curries. "Good for the price, central location in Paharganj"
We were greeted on arrive with drinks and flowers. The food in the restaurant was nice. The rooms were comfortable, however the shower has a gieyser so you have to wait a few minutes for the water to warm up. There was also a blocked drain in our room. The wall between the bedroom and the bathroom is glass and you can see through a little gap near the […] door. OK if you're a couple, not good if you want privacy for twin share. Overall the experience was good, and I would recommend it based on the value for money and great location in the middle of Paharganj. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Les mer

"Comfortable for the price"
The hotel is well located but needs a little maintenance. The bathroom isn't very discrete if you're in a twinshare - it has a frosted glass wall and a gap in the door so you can see the other person and hear everything that's going on. The staff were very friendly. Overall, i think it's value for money for what we paid.

"pleasant lobby poor service"
i stayed here after finding out my original hotel was in an adult entertainment district. walking in the lobby it is very comfortable and inviting. but the front desk staff were completely useless and quite rude. when i was shown my room it was pleasant but the bed was so hard it was uncomfortable to sleep on. my reservation had said i would have a […] bathtub but all i had was a standing shower. i had lost my luggage and was supposed to contact the airline the following morning. the attendant at the front desk refused to help me. it took me bribing one of the other staff with money for him to let me use his cell phone to get my luggage. within the first 2 days i noticed something expensive had been stolen from my room, but i did not mention this. i asked many times to speak to the hotel manager and he was never available to speak to me. the security guard at night made personal advances on me and i finally had enough so i left a note for the manager explaining my theft and what had happened the night before. He did nothing, didn't even ask to speak to me. I went to agra and when i got back to hotel aura realized i had lost my passport. first rule is to contact the local police .. asked the same front desk attendant to please call police for me so i could get it situated... he 100% refused. I ended up having to take an auto rickshaw to the Delhi police department at 1 in the morning in a very bad neighborhood. The neighborhood surrounding this hotel is dirty and unsafe for a woman traveling alone. When i got back to the hotel and explained that i would be stuck in Delhi for 3-7 more days while i waited for a new passport fom the embassy they told me they had no room for me so i was forced to move to a different hotel. they didnt even offer any assistanc in helping me find another hotel. most of the staff does not speak english and if they do it is very limited. the dining room was great. the food was exellent but more pricey than what you would get from a typical restau Les mer

"This is a budget - not boutique hotel"
I selected this hotel for the finess center and pool to get some respite from busy Delhi and because I thought it indicated the hotel would be somewhat upscale-- I was very disappointed. The facilities were closed and little apology from managment other than stating it was under construction. No subsitution was offered. The rest of the hotel was budget […] class - not boutique. "Mysterious Hotel Near to Railway Station"
It was nightmare to find this hotel, my cab driver I was in was complaining that the hotel reception was not providing a clear address although we called them several times, we reached there at 21:00 and found the reception quite friendly and warm. The reception informed us that although we booked a deluxe room, he is upgrading us to a premium room, […] which was nice. The room itself was very comfy and spacious, the best part was the bathroom which was huge and clean. Saying this the whole hotel seemed pretty gloomy and seemed like it was something that was not really being looked after. The initial room that they gave us could not be opened as the key would not work, they were swift in proving another room, there were no lights in the walkway which made it look a bit dark and scary, my wife was worried for a bit. The next morning the check out was swift but there was not water coming through the sink, I did not bother complaining as we did not have time, a decent hotel near to the railway station, I recommend it only for business guests, its a big no no as romantic hotel due to the surrounding which are like a fish market, busy, dusty and unclean. "Worth it! Great hotel"
Hotel inside new Delhi Bazard. Located beside New Delhi Railway station (NDLS). A bit hard to find, best way from airport is to request a cab from the hotel. Service is lovely, and diner food great. AC of the room worked fine, but a bit noisy. Bathroom very clean and greatly done. Next stop in Delhi, i'll return.

This hotel is a breath of fresh air for New Delhi, which is full of dodgy hotels. It is located in a very busy bazaar area, but once you pass all the crowds and noise, you arrive at this peaceful hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the furniture is modern. The breakfast buffet offered has a reasonable variety and tastes good as well.

I was pleasantly surprised during my stay at White Clove in May 2011. The staff are over eager to make things easier for you especially Santosh and the waiters at the restaurant. The place is kept spotlessly clean. I highly recommend for smart travellers to consider staying at White Clove Hotel . It is well worth it!

When we arrived at main bazar st. at night it was so scary walking by a street with lots of vendors yelling at you to take you to one of their hotels, we had to walk through this dark street, finally we meet some foreigners that said we shouldnt care for safety, just dont go on the direction we just crossed hahaha, finally we reach the hotel: when paying […] anything in reception count the money on the hands of the receptionist otherwise he will claim it is not complete, when it was some secods before, so dont trust them, we lose 500rps that way, dont trust taxi drivers if they say any attractions are far, they lie alot. The rooms are smelly to cigarette or other things you dont know, dont expect for cleaning service. Sorry but this service is far from what we recieve in any western country. Les mer

We stayed at the White Klove for 2 nights and were totally satisfied. Quite a new hotel, but clean, comfortable and conviently located in Pahar Gang close to the MRT and New Delhi Railway station. Rooms were very modern, beds soooooo comfortable, and bathroom up to western standards and HUGE shower. It was great to retreat back to our room to relax […] and unwind. Buffet breakfast was quite good and cater for westerners as well. Will definately stay here again, and definately recommend. Only prob the walls were a bit thin and the room next door had the tv blaring all night and the noise was quite loud and disturbing. Had to pull out the earplugs. But overall, great Hotel. Les mer

The hotel is located a few hundred yards from the metro station and only one stop from connaught place. It is situated round the corner from a busy bazaar but is still a quiet place to be in. I had a brand new room, unfinished but livable, no towels soap or bedclothes. I had to go out and they were still not there at 23.00 when I returned. The room was not cleaned at all over my 11 nights. I only comlained when I was in the hotel as nothing ever got done if you went out. "Das Hotel ist vorallem eines; GROTTENSCHLECHT!!!"
Der Empfang und die ganze Reception war die absolute Katastrophe! Als erstes waren sie überbucht, danach wollten sie uns in ein Drecksloch verfrachten, weiters veruchten wir ein anderes Hotel zu finden (leider erfolglos) und schlussendlich liessen sie uns über 2 Stunden am Empfang warten (nach einem langen Flug und 24 h ohne Schlaf). Zudem hatten wir […] das Gefühl, dass sich die ganze Bande über uns lustig gemacht hat. Den Empfang in Delhi haben wir uns anders vorgestellt. Leider gibt es nicht genügend Bezeichnungen für dieses Hotel, fängt an bei grottenschlecht und endet irgendwo bei hundsmiserabel. Dieses Hotel sollte von dieser Seite entfernt werden. Værelset var flot og rent og badeværelset var stort og komfortabelt. Beliggenheden er ganske fin. Poolen var meget kold, og det virkede ikke som om, den blev brugt særligt meget. Muy importante!! el telefono fijo no les funciona, lo cual no es muy bueno si no lo encuentras y quieres que te guien un poco. Y la habitación que te dan es de mas baja calidad, según ellos por acuerdo con hotels.com. No esta mal para el precio que dan pero es un poco peor
"Great hotel in a "challengin" enviroment"
Hotel it self is great and it is close to metro station. Hotell staff is helpfull and hotel restaurant is suprisingly good. Bad thing is that area is right next to low end market street and breakfast buffet is not good. But if you don't mind a bit of Indian reality in your hotel doorsteps I can really recommend this Hotel.

L'albergo non mantiene veramente le aspettative rispetto a quello che si vede sul suo sito web. La palestra non c'è, la piscina è piccola e non ben tenuta, il ristorante non è entusiasmante nel cibo e nel servizio (le tovaglie ai tavoli sono sporche). Nella lobby e nei corridoi c'è un cattivo odore permanente di muffa o di insetticida, non si capisce […] bene. Comunque le stanze (per quello che ho sperimentato nella mia) sono accettabili nella dimensione e nella pulizia e il personale è gentile e abbastanza disponibile. Anche se l'albergo si trova in una zona piuttosto fatiscente e degradata, la sua posizione è comoda, perché ha vicino una fermata della metropolitana (10 minuti a piedi). Les mer

O hotel eh muito mal localizado, dentro de uma regiao parecida com uma favela, com muita miséria e sem segurança. O hotel esta há muito tempo em obras, o que gera sujeira por toda parte. A limpeza e os odores não são dos melhores.
