"Nashville visit"
Awesome! Katie at the front desk was a huge help... offering shuttle services to the various key places in Nashville, providing maps and suggesting areas to see, and suggesting good places to eat, etc. All the staff was very friendly as well.

The entire hotel was spotless. All bedding including the shower curtain is changed between each guest. Enjoyed a clean place to rest while traveling. Would stay again.

Friendly employees. Complimentary internet, coffee, cookies and breakfast. They did not have a room ready when I arrived for check in at 3pm but had one 5 minutes later and they gave me free water and a bag of chips. Overall great hotel at a fair price.

"Excellent Hospitality and Clean"
I was staying for one night in Knoxville to visit a family party and decided to stay at this hotel for its convenience. On the Friday when I checked in they were having a complimentary tailgate with hotel staff grilling hot dogs, hamburgers, etc which was very nice (there was a UT game in Knoxville that weekend). Probably the best hotel ever stayed with the nicest staff and great dining area for breakfast. It's like staying at bed and breakfast along with cookies and coffee anytime you like. If ever in Knoxville again, definitely will be staying there again!

I am from the Chicago area where people are not always overly friendly. Let me tell you that the staff at this hotel were the kindest people ever. They were a joy to deal with after a long, tiring journey with 4 kids in the car.

After a long 9-hour drive, I arrived at the Comfort Inn completely exhausted and hungry. I was met by a friendly face at check-in and was given a cold bottle of water. There were many restaurants within walking distance so getting food was no problem. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, that I slept like a baby, which i usually don't in hotels. Great stay. Non-smoking room was clean and comfy. Breakfast had good variety with a couple of items changing every day. Very comfortable and roomy breakfast room/lounge. Friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel was simply amazing!!! From the second we walked in at 11:00 pm the hotel desk clerk greeted us newly weds with free snacks! Once we checked into our room, it was amazing. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, the restrooms were spotless, and the shower was a huge walk-in. We couldn't have asked for more from a hotel. The continental […] breakfast the next morning was SO good. It offered waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. The hotel staff all knew we were the newly weds and even gave us a departing snack on our way out. The hotel staff was excellent, the room was clean and I slept excellent during my two night stay! The only thing i would change would be the small breakfast since i am a big eater!! Although it was still good!

The physical plant of the hotel is fine. Clean, well-maintained, safe. But none of the people working there did anything in particular to make me feel welcome. It was a great hotel at a great value! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The area was safe, although you have to have a car to go anywhere. Nice breakfast, too, considering the room rate. It was all around a good experience and I would go back.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville North over the 4th of July weekend. The experience was practically perfect! The hotel appears to have been recently built or renovated. The furnishings are modern and everything is super clean! It truly felt like the room was brand new! Our room had a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, desk, and ample room […] for luggage. They thought of everything. The free breakfast the next morning was amazing! Far from the typical doughnuts and coffee, there was a selection of cereals, omelettes, potatoes, fresh fruit, and best of all, a make-your-own waffle station that was delicious! This hotel has it all! We wish all hotels could be like this one and would definitely stay here again! My only complaint is that the pool closes too early at 10:00 p.m. It would be wonderful if it could close at least an hour later for late arrivals, like us. Les mer
