Greit hotell med god service og deilig frokost. Nær flyplassen, men taxi hadde vanskelig med å finne veien da det er et nytt hotell. Store fine rom. Tilbud om gratis skyss til flyplassen fra hotellet, men litt begrenset med plasser og tider. Må booke dette i god tid kvelden før avreise.

Hadde to opphold på dette hotellet i forbindelse med stop-over i Madrid. Utmerket hotell, med utmerket kvalitet og service. Egen shuttlebuss til og fra flyplassterminalen er et ekstra pluss. Anbefales.

We were pleased with our room, very comfortable. Good linens and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. Shuttle service is dicey- it took 45 minutes to get a ride once we made our phone call. Other hotel shuttles had come and gone- seems like they knew the flight schedule. By the time we got to hotel, restaurant was closing. No choices around the hotel […] either. Luckily the nice bartender got the cook to make us a hamburger! We made arrangements for morning shuttle at 11 am. We were ready early and caught the shuttle leaving at 10:40. There would never have been a shuttle at 11, since there is only the one van. One way to airport is 20 minutes. Desk staff not to helpful. Les mer

Clean and modern hotel. The room was lovely with two double beds and a very big bathroom. The complimentary airport shuttle worked very well for me, even when I requested this to leave from the hotel at 0345 the following morning. Dinner in the restaurant was pleasant and very good value. I would stay again if I need an MAD airport hotel.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff very eager to please. Had a very nice meal in the hotel restaurant. No complains loved the hotel and the covenience to the airport is great.

Comfortable hotel, close to airport and with free shuttle. Staff was friendly, the food was excellent. Our booking came with a free breakfast, which was a huge buffet. Reasonable price, and perfect for long flight back to Canada!

Terrible location and the staff there have never heard of "service orientation." Every question we asked them, including whether they could call a taxi to take us somewhere to get something to eat, was met with "we have orders not to do that for guests." I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Hotel aiport shuttle bus was as other comments claimed, very lazy and not continously running. Prepare for long waiting periods. Taxi to hotel costs over 20Euros, so not cheap location, i would recommend downtown hotels now afterwards. They charge (as they say by quesincidence) extra without asking ... from my credit card - i was lucky to find it our […] early enough. During General strike 29.3. reception personnel was totally blasted out... they didnt know anything. Anyway we were lucky to get transportation to Airport next morning to avoid missing the plane - this was very positive part. I wouldnt recommend this hotel for travellers, who wants to enjoy their holiday journey or for business travellers (as i used to be) this would be big disaster. I wish they get their problems solved. I really enjoyed my stay here. the hotel is very new and the rooms are wonderful. The only thing that let it down was the shuttle bus service. I waited over an hour at Madrid airport for the shuttle despite having been in touch with the hotel previously and giving them my flight details as requested. I had to phone the hotel when the bus didn't appear […] and then waited another 30-45 minutes. The shuttle bus from the hotel back to the airport was superb. It left on time and dropped me off at the terminal I needed. I just hope that they tighten up their system for the bus because if they did the hotel couldn't be faulted. Les mer

Front Desk was not very polite, lights in the corridor goes off by them self when we had kids and key did not work and kids got scared. Phone in room did not work. No 110 outlet in room (standard for any international level hotel). Shuttle to the airport is every 45 minutes with limited seats and we were asked to send our 5 year old on a next trip.

The hotel was nice but the location was difficult. There was a long wait for the shuttle to arrive after we called, and it is generally an inconvenient location to get back into the city; other "airport" hotels would allow better access to public transportation. Convient location for airport needs with complimentary pickup and drop offs at anytime of the day. Really quiet and comfortable beds

The hotel itself is beautiful. We stayed at the beginning and the end of our trip so we had two different rooms. The side opposite of the check in desk was much quieter. The people were friendly, the accomodations were very nice and the room was comfortable. This hotel is no were near anything worth seeing though. It took about 25 euros in the taxi […] to get into town. Also, the hotel is new so the taxi drivers do not know where it is. Make sure you have the address with you. The restraunt is small and slightly over priced but the food was good. I would recomend this hotel if you are just stopping in the area over night or if you have a vehicle. Les mer

We stayed one night and the shuttle picked us up at 12.30 am on time. The room was wonderful with a great espresso machine. Wish we had stayed another night. A great place to stay near the Madrid airport.

The hotel room was comfortable, service was horrible. For an airport hotel the worst service that I have ever had but the room was clean and comfortable

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza was very nice. It was close to the airport and they had complimentary shuttle service. The room was spotless, beautiful large bathroom with separate shower and tub. The restaurant was very nice and not overly pricey. This was just a one-night stay so we could get to the airport easily the next morning. I would not recommend […] it if you want to visit the center of Madrid for a few days. It's just a little too far out from the main sights. Les mer

We had a stay over in Madrid waiting for our next day flight. We waited for over 2 hours at the airport fro the shuttle which only arrived to pick up another guest who had a mobile phone to call the hotel shuttle service! (there was no number to the hotel on the telephone board located at the airport, and the help desk for the hotels were closed) when […] we arrived finally at the hotel there was no food service so we were told of a restaurant that was close by (food was way over-priced) the next morning we went for breakfast then were charged $47 for what was an omelet and a coffee!!!!! Needless to say we were furious and complained to the manager who refunded the breakfast and apologized!!! We were then told that there was no shuttle service back to the airport!!! As we had to book it the night before!!!! Also all the information that we printed off about the hotel were incorrect so when we tried to call the hotel it was the wrong number!!!!! Very hard to locate by car and nearly impossible to contact from airport for shuttle bus service. Not even listed in phone book. Had to call Holiday Inn downtown for phone number. Nice hotel accommodations, just very difficult to find and communicate with hotel.

The hotel is brand new and the facilities are top notch; however, it took our cab driver 1.5 hrs to find this place (luckily he stopped the meter at 25 euros)--take a map with you (and not the one you get from hotels.com with your confirmation). If you plan to take their shuttle know that there is only 1 PER HOUR and there are only 6 seats!! If we had […] not woken up early and called we would have missed our flight--as it was we had to take a taxi. When we checked in the night before no one told us about the shuttle limitations. If I had to do it over again, I simply would have stayed in Madrid and woken up earlier to get to the airport. Les mer

New, close to Madrid airport

This hotel wa s brand new (less than 6 months old.as of April 2011) The staff and service was exceptional. We ate at the bar and the restaurant and both meals were the best we had in Madrid. They offer a shuttle service from the airport which is excellent and I could sleep in those beds all day and night! I was a little hesitant to book another Crowne […] Plaza based on a previous bad experience but, I'm glad to stay this one was nothing like the others. I was very happy with the Crowne Plaza Madrid. It's definitely an airport hotel so there's not much to see or do in the area but, it was a very pleasant experience none-the-less. Les mer

Good location near the airport, hotel looked new but dining room had very poor selection of menu choices and food prepared did not match description on menu at all. Fruit plate looked very good but the kiwi wasn't ripe enough to eat. No other restaurants in the area so you are stuck with hotel selections.

Después de visitar otros hoteles fuera de España, este hotel de Madrid me parece en relación calidad precio insuperable.

Hotel novo, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, frigo bar e maquina de café gratuitos. Estive em Madrid por 5 ocasiões, sempre em transito e voltarei de novo a este hotel.

EL HOTEL TODO MUY BIEN, HABITACION MUY COMODA, TRANSPORTE GRATUITO AL AEROPUERTO, LA COMIDA DEL RESTAURANTE BUENA, LO PEOR ES LA ZONA QUE SOLO HAY EDIFICIOS CERRADOS Y ABANDONADOS O POR TEMINAR SIN QUE NADIE ESTE TRABAJANDO.

per cambiare un giudizio. Il mio sarebbe stato decisamente migliore se non mi avessero lasciato un'ora ad aspettare la navetta. Una volta arrivato in taxi, mi dicono che la navetta va prenotata: benissimo, l'ho fatto tramite e-mail alla quale mi hanno prontamente risposto ma l'addetta al check-in è caduta dalle nuvole....

Perfecto para quien debe pasar una noche cerca al aeropuerto. la zona es un poco abandonada pero el hotel esta perfecto. una cosa negativa es hacer pagar el parqueo cuando es un parqueo del hotel porque ahi no iria nadie si no es porque va al hotel.

Siisti perus hotelli, jos joutuu olemaan lentojen valissa Madridissa yota. Kentalta tullaan hakemaan, jos soittaa hotellille. Seuraavan paivan lenttokenttakuljetuksesta kannaattaa sopia ajoissa, koska muuten kyytiin ei valttamatta mahdu. Aamupala ei kuulunut hintaan ja siita pieni miinus.

Albergo molto ben tenuto, pulito, personale cordiale. Camere spaziose e comode. Ottimo il servizio free shuttle da e per l'aeroporto, che, nota bene, funziona a chiamata. Ideale per chi ha bisogno di un hotel confortevole nei pressi dell'aeroporto.

absolumment géniale, confort, bruit, literie rien a redire , internet en libre acces et gratuit sur demande, mini bar gratuit boisson soft bien sur !!! chambre superieur avec 2 grands lits pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, chambre et salle de bain tres grande neammoins un peu de poussiere sur la cafetiere en libre service aussi ( a dosette) et bouilloire […] a disposition !! enfin c 'est parfait je recommande vivement Les mer
