Clean, comfortable and quiet. The only downside is the lack of nice restaurants in the vicinity.

We couldn't be more satisfied with our recent stay at the comfort suites. The value was great compared to another nearby suite hotel. The breakfast was great and the pool was fun! Very modern decor and very comfortable beds. We will be back!

My daughter visits a sight near this hotel for her job and when the need came because of winter storm and we were headed for the Annapolis area my daughter mentioned this brand new hotel that would hopefully take us below the snow line. My two daughters and I found that it fitted our needs and more so. We were pleased with accomodations and even a full […] breakfast to send us on our way.. What a special surprise the stay was at the Comfort Suites Elkton MD. I usually never stay in a suite, just a standard room. The room I stayed in was super clean, neat & very comfortable. The sitting area was very nice with a very comfy sofa and coffee table. I just loved the wonderful king sized bed in my suite. The sheets were very soft and the bed […] had a ton of pillows also. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but the pool room looked very clean as well as the pool did. After a great nights sleep, I woke up and headed down stairs for the free breakfast. WOW....I didn't expect such a wonderful array of food, for a free " included with your room" breakfast. I loved the strawberry pancakes....I give you a gold star for the room, my stay & my amazing breakfast. Thank you Comfort Suites, for making my trip to Maryland extra special. Les mer

My first visit a few months ago was timed with some kind of high school trip so the hallways were a bit noisy. This time we had kids running around the hallway until 1am. Not good. I'll give them one more shot but if this hotel is used for these purposes I will not stay here again.

This hotel is often overlooked by people looking for a viable option in this area. It is really well-run, a cut above for a Comfort Suites. I would definitely recommend it to travelers and to those visiting the University of Delaware.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic. The only reason I gave a 4/5 for maintenance was the worn condition of the entryway wall into my room. It looked like somebody's suitcase rubbed to hard against it and needed to be rewallpapered...needed to be looked at. I will definitely stay here again when I journey north to Delaware State.

The room was clean & comfortable, the breakfast reasonably tasty. A couple of suggestions for improvements though.....every single lamp had those dreadful daylight/florescent looking lightbulbs which were glaring and at the same time, somehow dim. It made reading, knitting, etc rather difficult and headachey. Also, the water pressure was quite low and […] the temperature control on the shower seemed to go from ice cold to scalding hot with very little in between. It took a fair amount of time to adjust the water temperature and could have been a real issue if I'd had a child there with me. Overall, a nice hotel and I will most likely stay there again the next time I'm in that area. Les mer

Pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of room and bed. When we entered the room it smelled crisp and clean. New sheets and comforter. The layout and size were also superior. Continental breakfast included real buffet style food and cereals, not donuts & pastries.

Comfort Inn was clean, spacious, and the staff were very courteous. The only difficulty was that the ADA room (handicap accessible), was not totally compliant - as it did not have a roll-in shower and the bed was too high off the ground for my handicapped son to transfer from his wheelchair to the bed, so he had to sleep on the pull-out sofa bed and […] could not shower. However, the room was very clean and spacious which helped my son maneuver through the room without difficulty. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Les mer

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. It was very clean and well designed. The rooms were very large with everything you would want/need for your stay. This was the only hotel that offered a fridge and microwave in a standard room without costing an arm and a leg. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We actually overslept 2 […] of the 3 nights we were there. We will definitely stay there again when we visit the Newark area again! Les mer

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at the Comfort Suites in Elkton. Our room was pristine, and we slept in the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in at a hotel (including the pricier hotels we've stayed at). We highly recommend the hotel to anyone travelling through that area.

We were pleasantly surprised in the quality of this motel. Being relatively new helped, but the rooms were spotless, comfortable and stylish. The staff was courteous and helpful and the breakfast was tasty, fresh and a nice variety of food. All in all, would stay here again. Only wish it had been here when our granddaughter was at the University of […] Delaware. But she now teaches in the area, so hopefully we will be returning again soon. Les mer
