Alt i alt en positiv opplevelse, rent og pent og en god seng. 4 min å gå til Kensington Olympia messesenter eller undergrunn. 10 min å gå til West Kensington undergrunn. NB! det er ikke heis, er du dårlig til beins er dette ikke noe for deg.

Very nice, clean, great bed, free wireless fast internet in your room, small fridge and coffee maker in room. 5 minute walk to the subway

My wife and I recently spent 5 nights in this hotel, only 3 of which we booked through hotels.com, and we can't find too much to complain about. The staff were pleasant, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen area was clean and large and well appointed enough to cook a few meals. The beds are a bit on the small side, yes even for Europe, but all of the […] aforementioned pluses more than made up for this flaw. I will however be critical of the cleanliness of some of the kitchen amenities as they weren't cleaned to our standards. However, we didn't complain or give them a chance to correct it so we can't hold it against them we just cleaned them ourselves. The addition of a lift would make this hotel more convenient, but it's not too bad so long as you are in reasonable shape and able bodied. The neighborhood is perfect for access to Notting Hill, Kensington and Knightsbridge, but there is nothing that isn't accessible in London. The neighborhood also felt very safe and we found ourselves enjoying the walk back to our hotel through the cosy Kensington area. Les mer

This is a lovely hotel in a very quiet neighborhood. Staff is very friendly and the room was super nice and very modern by British standards. They do not serve breakfast or any kind of food but there is a kitchen in the room and a close-by Sainsbury's where you can stock up on breakfast items. There is also a café close to the West Kensington underground […] station which serves breakfast all day, and a pub just a few hundred yards away towards Olympia (Hand & Flower) which has very good food (the pub close to the W Kensington tube was not up to the same standard). This is not the cheapest hotel in London but it is absolutely worth the price! I will definitely consider staying there again. We were in London for a concert at Hammersmith Apollo and this hotel is only two tube stops away so it was very convenient. Note that the hotel has a strict noise policy so "party people" should consider a different place. Les mer

this was a tiny hotel, not many rooms, quiet, in a fairly nice neighborhood and close to both bus and tube. It is also close (walking distance) to the main shopping area in West Kensington...Whole Foods, boutiques and cute little restaurants. This hotel has the lot, comfort convenience, friendly helpful staff and the rooms quite literally have everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Great little hotel, room not huge but modern & clean. Far better than staying in a Hilton etc really handy for Olympia, will stay again without a doubt.

Excellent choice if you are looking for value for money. New, clean and functional rooms. Close to District line. Would have been top-rated if breakfast had been included!

This hotel is located very close to the Olympia line and also the Europcar rental station right there. It's also a five minute walk from the West Kensington line. The rooms were very small and simple but quite well arranged and architected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a nice, effortless, quiet stay.

Good quality accommodation for the price. Weekday closure of the nearby District Line tube service makes this place somewhat inaccessible these days, but still a great location if you need Olympia or don't mind the hike to the tube at West Kensington.

I don't usually take the time to write these reviews, but I liked this place so much I almost feel obligated this time. The room we had a double bed and not a whole lot of extra room, but London hotel rooms are notoriously small anyway. It had a real boutique feel, and given the price we paid, I felt we got a good deal. The location was not a problem, as it's only a short walk to the West Kensington Underground station. Only negative is that on schooldays, there is constant playground noise during the day. Conclusion? I would stay there again.. In fact we did (after a side trip to Barcelona)!! Les mer

Comfortable rooms--mine had everything you would want in a room, including tasty powdered cappuccino and a microwave! The only disadvantage: no lift. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, but there aren't nice little shops and breakfast spots around. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

I expected more for the price you pay, the kitchen corner was so hard to spin around that u need at least two people to move it around. We had room by the entrance so it was fairly noisy, you hear every everyone coming in & leaving. It was about 30 min walk to Hyde Park or 30 min ride by bus to Picadilly Circus. Pleasant boutique hotel. Stayed on 1st floor up one flight of stairs. Immaculate presentation with tea/coffee facilities. Opening window. 10min walk from subway. Although room small laid out well and good value for 3 night stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. The rooms are quite small but that was our only quibble (keep in mind hotel rooms in London can be like this sometimes). The staff was really friendly, pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean and neat and the location was pretty good (a word to the wise, use the West Kensington station not Olympia!!). […] We ate breakfast at a nearby diner and the food there was quite good and there are local places if you want fast food and small supermarket nearby. The only complaint was the Internet...it was painfully slow (like watching grass grow) even if you just wanted to check email. Of course you may not expect high speed internet in a hotel but if you want to find something (directions to store or restaurant or tube directions) it was a hassle. I found hotel great since I value updated furniture, tv etc all new design etc. Only drawback is that if you plan on using tube as fast transportation, nothing is conveniently close. Service was great, specially the one by a nice Spanish girl from Madrid who not only insisted in carrying luggage up the stairs (there are no elevators) but even changed […] me 20 euros to pounds from her own wallet when there was no change available at the hotel. Small room with creaky floors, but decorated well and good amenities (microwave, fridge, etc.), and a cool building. Might be too cramped for long stays (5+ days), but I was very happy with the hotel.

This hotel is a converted house in a neighborhood in West Kensington. The rooms are spacious enough and are very clean. Our room had a slick rotating kitchen thing that included a sink, microwave, fridge, stove top and utensils. The hotel is very close to a major road which had a lot of restaurants and convenience stores. Unfortunately, the hotel is […] located outside of the city we had to take the tube/subway regularly to see any of the tourist sites. However, the tube is easy to use so it was not too bad. The hotel itself is small but clean and very comfortable. It is a few minutes walk from the West Kensington station. Don't use the Olympia station as it runs infrequently and at odd times . The hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room itself was clean and cozy and even included a small refrigerator. I live in London and you expect a small room that costs a lot. The room was small but did not cost a lot. Great location, you can even walk to Harrods! Rooms are simply fantastic. I wish this was the standard for all London hotels. A great hotel.

This was one of the cheapest rooms available for the night I was going to be in London. It's natural to think it will be awful...is there a catch? Nope this place was perfect! They also have Internet even though Hotel.com says they don't.

Mycket rent och fräscht hotell men trevlig personal, små rum men innehåller allt man behöver. 15 minuter promenad sedan är man mitt på high st kensigton med bra restauranger och shopping

Breakfast should be included in the price. Why Microwave own, it is better to serve a basket with continental breakfast.

Really nice rooms in a nice, quiet part of london. It's a three minute walk from a usefull subway train that'll take you into the centre of london quickly. Comfortable room, bed, bathroom. Ett mycket snyggt och fräscht hotell. Prisvärt och bra. Hittade hotellet då det låg nära företaget jag skulle besöka. Ligger ju lite "off" om målet är centrala London.

Rummet var fräsch och rent, med tv och ipod docka men det kändes inte som ett dubbel rum och definitivt inte som en dubbelsäng. Min pojkvän som är relativgt lång ca 1,90 fick inte plats rent längd mässigt i sängen och rummet i sig var extremt litet. Trots det var personalen väldigt gulliga och trevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotel is beautiful and nicely furnished. We had double room which was so small and dark and there was no space to put our stuff, so we had to keep them in our suitcases the all time, which made the room even smaller. it was ok for sleeping but I wouldn´t want to spend there anymore time than i have to.
