My companion and I spent only one night in this hotel, but we were very impressed by the quality of the room, and even more so by the quality of the service. If I travel to Hanoi again, this will be my choice of hotel and I heartily recommend it to other travelers.

the staff were great, young but very attentive. They coundn't do enough even looked after our bags while gone for 2 days on a Halong Bay trip. We got changed and killed a bit of time in the lobby waiting for our night train out of Hanoi but they didn't mind. Yet again excellent service and excellent value for money . We were upgraded to a better room , much more spacious and a balconey ( so a room in the front ) after a nights stay in Halong Bay and were pleasantly surprised when told that we were upgraded . However , the front room is not recomended if you are a light sleeper as you do hear the traffic […] and beeps fr traffic which starts as early as 5am !!!I Breakfast was not all that good unlike some hotels i visited in Saigon . Thsi place is perfect for the location and cost -- clean rooms, super friendly staff, tasty breakfast. Love the computer and wifi in the room gratis.

This famous Chinese saying comes to mind when I think of the hotel. The room may be small but it has all the necessary stuff like a safe box, steam iron, bath tub, flat screen TV with cable programmes. It even has a computer with fast internet which was much appreciated as I didn't travel with my laptop. The best feature of my room is the quietness. […] There are only 2 rooms on each level, each separated by a corridor. So you don't hear your neighbors talk and they can't hear your TV. My room, 708, is the best as it is on the top floor and faces the back, away from the noise of the main street. The surprisingly big windows offer a view of the back streets and let in a lot of natural light. Once the soundproof windows were shut, I could hardly hear any noise. This was the most important criterion for me as the streets are very noisy, even in the night, and the loudspeaker announcements, which start from 7am, are guaranteed to wake even sound sleepers! The quiet air-conditioner that could even heat up the room in winter was a pleasant surprise. As I was having a cold, I was thus able to recover very fast in the warm room. Most hotels of this price range have AC that only cool. The staff, Chien, Hien, Cong and Long speak good English. Hien kindly told me to bargain when shopping and to start from half-price. Get her to buy a bowl of snails, a local delicacy dipped in Vietnamese sauce. There were times when I kept going in and out of the hotel but Thanh and Anh would always open the door for me. And Hung would always smile as he cleaned the floor. Being in the Old Q means that the shops and streets are within walking distance (if you don't get lost in the maze of streets). A short walk away is the night market and opposite the hotel is a popular Australian joint, the Real Kangaroo Cafe. The Green Tangerine, Hanoi's most famous French restaurant, is housed in an original shophouse in Hang Be, near the hotel. Beyond Hang Be is a long street that sells all kinds of footwear. Les mer

I booked accomodation at the Hanoi Paradise Hang Bac Hotel for my daugthers who are currently travelling in SE Asia. We returned for our second stay at this hotel. Very friendly, informative and attentive staff. Good English spoken, great location, exceptional price (on sale Hotels.com). It's a small hotel, smallish rooms but clean, comfortable and modernised. In-room computer and internet supplied. Breakfast is just adequate and our bedspread was a little spotty […] but it was more than made up for by the happy, eager staff and the old quarter location. Exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The happiest people in Vietnam. Excellent location, right in the centre of the action packed old quarter. Clean, comfortable modernised rooms with double glazing, so virtuall no noise (important here). We were supplied an in-room computer with free internet - top shelf. Negatives - only 2 (and […] I'm being harsh here): The bedspread could have been a cleaned a little more thoroughly and the bathroom eventhough spotless was a little dated. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money too. It's right in the middle of the busy Old Quarter so loads of bars and restaurants are on your doorstep.

I trusted previous reviews and booked Paradise Hang Bac for our 4 days in Hanoi i Sept 2011. It was a good hotel indeed. Everything is in top condition - deco, cleanliness, size of room, bathroom, computer in room and staff service. I traveled a lot and is a bit fussy regarding hotel choices and like hotel that is not expensive but clean, modern, comfortabe […] and in a good location. I found it all at Paradise Hotel Hang Bac. I rate it 9 out of 10 (1 point deducted for their limited and boring breakfast). Les mer

Excellent service, location, comfort - what more can I say?

Hotel is very close to the heart of the city. Rooms were clean and new. Staff was also nice. We will definetely stay in this hotel also in next time. Hotel is very small.

This little hotel is a winner. Very helpful staff, several with excellent English. Perfect location in the Old Quarter. Small rooms with very firm beds, but ok. Wonderful deep bathtub. But hard to keep shower water off floor. Everything looks new, nicely designed. Excellent breakfast choices both Western and Vietnamese. Computer provided in room was […] convenient but had slow connection. Wireless with my laptop in the room was faster. I was doing business as well as sightseeing and service was good enough to meet those needs (except for one late wake-up call). My room faced rear, so had only a tiny window, but was nice and quiet. 6 floor has little rooftop space with view. They will help you find reliable xe om (motorcycle taxi) drivers. Les mer

Tres bon rapport qualite prix pour cet hotel bien situe et plutot recent. Les employes sont tres amicaux, tres serviables et parlent un assez bon anglais en general. Seul petit point negatif : le buffet n'est plus trop fourni a partir d'une certaine heure.

部屋バスルームとも清潔、広さも十分です。 ただバスルームは壁と柱に隙間があり、とても小さな虫を数匹発見。私にはOKでしたが・・・ バスタブが足を伸ばせないほどの狭さだったのがマイナス、後はすべて快適です。 スタッフが親切で、にこやかに出発時のタクシーの手配、チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりなど、お願いする前に教えてくれました。

Всего несколько дней назад я останавливалась с семьей в отеле Paradise (г. Ханой) на 1 ночь. Прекрасные, чистые номера (картинки полностью соответствуют действительности), вкусный завтрак, приятный welcome от отеля в виде фруктов, чая и кофе, но, самое главное, просто необыкновенный персонал. 전반적으로 만족합니다. 위치가 Hang Bac에 있어서 어디 다닐 때는 편했어요. 주소로 찾아가기도 쉬운 편이었고요. (주말엔 야시장이다뭐다 조금 붐비긴 했지만...) 직원들과 영어로 대화하는데에 의사소통에 크게 어려움은 없었습니다.

Fin standard, god beliggenhed i den gamle bydel, forøvrigt fri internet der var desuden stillet PC til rådighed på værelset.
