hotel var helt greit. Ville ikke valgt det igjen, og sikkert ikke anbefalt det. Frokosten var veldig dårlig. Når de skulle bære baggasjen presset de seg foran oss i køen til heisen, var litt feil. Og de ble misfornøyde når de ikke fikk den tipsmengden de var innstilt på. Hadde utsikt til nabobyggets seng.

Didn't like the location at all, the worst place in Delhi. The room is like a dormitory, smells bad and very noisy. The room is dark, and nobody fixed the lights. Lights are too complicated and one has switch around 15 switchers.

From the very first moment we walked into the Hotel we knew that we were going to come back again and again. We have never felt so at home and comfortable at any other hotel. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone was very pleasant, helpful and warm. For the price ..it's not worth it... They don't change the comforter and bed sheets , pillow covers . etc.. they tried to save money by using them for many customer... not all the rooms are great. I stayed 3 days .. first room they offered me was ok ... second time they gave me a really cheap and drity room. Check the room and beds before you confirm […] your booking. Les mer

The hotel is much better than the surrounding might suggest. The room was very big, clean and extremely comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was the shower which did not work properly. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast ist rather simple. Overall a very good choice if you are comfortable to be in that part of the city.

You get what you paid for, Krishna along with all the rest on this strip of hotels (Grand, Aura, etc) is located steps from the train station. The area is dodgy and loud, dogs barking, cars honking, train whistles into wee hours in the morning, and gets bustling very early too. Internet is spotty, and hot water does take 20 mins, service is also sub-par, […] often need to call room service several times for a response. Recommend getting a room on a higher floor for a quieter and faster hot water time. Breakfast at the roof patio is not bad, but not much a view. Only good for crashing 1 night to catch the train the next morning. Les mer

This place is located in a neighborhood that is not tourist freindly. Hotel is ok, but Internet was intermittent and so was hot hot water. It is also located in a super noisy area with constant beeps, barks, shouts, banging, and a variety of other noises. If you are a light sleeper, good luck.

The hotel is quite nice, clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful. The street is not very nice, but the inside the hotel is.

PROS: the hotel had comfortable rooms which were newly remodeled. The beds were comfortable and there was a large television set. CONS: they were still remodeling the place, banging pipes until late. The breakfast made me sick to my stomach. I had some laundy done at the hotel--they did a poor job and my clothes smelled like smoke. Then, the staff member […] shorted me my change, adding insult to injury. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty bad. You can't step outside without people bothering you. The room is really surprising considering how affordable it is. One of the bright spots is the family room which comes with 2 full size beds, and a nice overhead shower that actually comes with a curtain (even though the water will cover the bathroom floor as per India bathrooms). The rooftop restaurant is a nice surprise, with great food, a good combination […] of indian and western cuisine. Rooms are decent shape, clean, and airy. Only thing I didn't like was semi-shady hotel tourism services. The slick rick guy at the travel counter basically ripped us off with a 1500 Rs car for a half day which he said would be english speaking decent cars. Instead we got speed demons that, I quote "99% hindi, 1% english). Later on, we arranged a airport car and specifically asked for an AC car, which is 600 Rs as opposed to 500Rs, and got the same 99% hindi 1% english guy who's car kept stalling out and sucked like crazy. Anyways, just avoid getting hotel services for tourism and arrange it some other way. Les mer

Hotel room was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Bathroom was excellent - with warm water and clean towels. Staff were very friendly. It must be close to being a 4 star hotel in certain aspects. It's a 10 minute walk to New Delhi station or you can get an auto-rickshaw from the west entrance which was perfect for us because we arrived on a late […] train and left on an early one. Area around the hotel has plenty of other hotels and some places for buying supplies (bottled drinks etc), but limited restaurants. All in all though, I'd recommend it and would stay there again. The hotel is close to the New Delhi Railway station, but it's very hard to get to it, as you need to go over the train lines, so it's not doable on food. The neighborhood is very bad : narrow streets, very dirty, lots of people. Don't get caught up @ nights there. The hotel itself was good : spacious clean air-conditioned rooms, fast wireless internet […] and very friendly staff. The breakfast was on the modest side, but was tasty. Don't experiment with the room service meals though : looks like they're bringing them from one of the street vendors outside, so the safety is highly doubtful. Generally a good value for the money and a good way to immerse into the Old Delhi atmosphere. Les mer

stayed 2+1 nites in 2 different rooms. literally holes on wall at both rooms. blood and other stains on bedsheet. Called twice to front dest and waited at least 30 min to have hotwater during last stay. Close to new delhi train station, but there are whole streets of hotel you can pick even if u r ariving from train and at this station.

Good hotel in a very central location. Rooms are large for the price,clean,modern and comfortable.Not decorated in the best of taste for Westerners. Plenty of power points. bathrooms again large, watch the designer sinks, water can go everywhere. Room service is quick and friendly, coffee is not good but every thing else is. Public areas are spacious […] and well maintained, doorman is a joy. Front desk need lessons in customer care. Not exactly welcoming and really are actually rude. The rest of the staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast area on the roof is very basic as is the breakfast . Staff there need some training, one waiter was exceptional, sorry cannot remember his name but you will know who I mean if he helps you, he is the only one who knows his job involves customer service. Lunch food is the same quality as room service and could not fault it.Never ate there in the evening. First timers to Delhi may find the surrounding area a bit intimidating but it is real , lively, some may say noisy but you are in central Delhi, close to the main station and metro is only 12 minutes away by foot. All in all for any kind of traveler it is a well maintained, well run, centrally located and very good value if booked through Hotels.com India or Expedia. Book direct or as a walk in and for sure you will pay a lot more to the front desk guys. If you pay cash an extra 10% was requested on my first visit for a receipt. All room service charges have to be paid in cash. Laundry service was good and again has to be paid in cash and on receipt. Have stayed twice and would stay there again. Great as a business hotel. Hotel was clean and newly renovated. The room was surprisingly quiet. Service was inconsistent. The food however was not good.

バスのグレードが低い。 シャワーは横にそれて飛んでくる。 また、夜中に到着しても、お湯がすぐにでてこなくて困った。どうやらボイラーのスイッチは普段止めているらしい。お湯が出るまで時間がかかるので、ゲストが来ることが分かっていればあらかじめスイッチを入れておくべき。意外にニューデリー鉄道駅から遠かった。

Pěkný, čistý a udržovaný hotel s ochotným personálem. Blízkost hlavního nádraží. Doporučujeme najmout na výlety po Dílí hotelové taxi - velmi příznivá cena, na rozdíl od soukromých řidičů Vás nebude vozit do obchodů svých známých ale skutečně po zajímavých místech.

住了4晚，对得起这个价格，一个人住king size，基本上都挺好的，早餐不算丰盛但还OK

Cet hôtel est assez mal situé (le quartier ne donne franchement pas envi de se balader le soir). La qualité du service et de la propreté des chambres sont correctes.

O Hotel é reformado, as fotos condizem com a realidade. Porém é muito sujo, inclusive lençois e toalhas. A localização não é boa, fica em uma região muito suja e bagunçada da cidade. A única conveniência é que está muito próximo da estação de trem que vai para Agra e próximo a estação de metro New Delhi.
