Hampton Inn & Suites - San Antonio

Other than the room not having a microwave or refrigerator, we had a good night there. Beds were comfy, breakfast was good (except the omlets... GROSS!), and people were very friendly and helpful!!

Our room was a very nice size and clean. It was comfortable and the front desk was very accommodating. The breakfast is typical but it's a much bigger seating area with tv's. Overall great stay.

Staff was great, rooms very clean, food at breakfast was great. Nice area and very centrally located and easy to get to. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was good. Staff was knowledgable and kind. Only problem was the train tracks on the other side of the highway.

The best part of our stay was how helpful the staff was. I had called ahead to confirm their location and I was told that since they had been booked solid the night before that the rooms may not be ready by 3 pm checkin. Thankfully by the time we had finished checking in, our rooms were ready! Then after we checked out, we discovered that we left a […] favorite toy. We called them back and they found it and had it waiting on us. The room was nice and big and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay! Les mer

This hotel was very accommadating for me. Upon arrival, the hotel was clean and check in was a breeze. The room was spacious and very clean along with the bathroom. The hotels breakfast was very good and had many choices. As late sleepers, even arriving to breakfast at 9:30 (30 minutes before its over) the breakfast items were plentiful and fresh. If […] one food item was running low a hotel clerk would run to the back and get more, which is something i dont see hotels doing often. the hotels located just minutes from the riverwalk and about 30 minutes to the outlet mall, just incase you want good deals on shopping. Overall the hotel was the best for my buck in San Antonio, and will stay there again. Les mer

The hotel itself was a pleasure, once you were inside. It was right off of the Interstate, which was very close to a lot of restaraunts and grocery stores. The hotel lot itself felt safe, and even had video cameras on the parking lot. Some of the surrounding areas seemed a little unsafe at night, but we could get to everything we needed by way of the […] Interstate. It was a short drive to downtown, and also close to Schlitterbaughn; it seemed to be in between a lot of things San Antonio has to offer. As far as the hotel itself, it was very new and clean inside. The continental breakfast was the norm; waffles, bagels, fruit, cereal, etc. They did have an attendant in the breakfast area at all times. They also had 24 hour complimentary coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby. There was always apples or bananas available at the dining bar. I had the Queen Suite, which was very large, and the sofa bed was big enough for two teenagers. It also had a wet bar and fridge that was a little larger than most hotel fridges. The only negative I found with the room itself was that the TV swiveled to either side, so if you had someone sleeping on both sides of the room not everyone could see the TV at once. They also only gave us the minimum number of towels,..We checked in five people and they gave us four towels each day. The pool was a little smaller than it appears in the picture, but it was warm. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very quick at check in. Would stay here again if I wanted to stay in the middle of everything, instead of just on the Riverwalk. Les mer

This hotel was nearly perfect. Nice Rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and squeaky clean pool. I recommend it to anyone. And, I recommend the small family owned mexican restraunt just a block south on the frontage road. I believe it to be the best Tex-Mex food around these parts - and that says a lot in San Anotonio

Very clean and since this is fairly new, it's comfortable to stay and sleep in! We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place. Close to Downtown and interstate highway!
