"Convienent"
The hotel is new so there were no mechanical issues. It could use more towel racks in the bathroom. Truck traffic on the highway was a little bothersome at night. The AC unit in the room was somewhat noisy and difficult to maintain the right room temp. Overall, the hotel was great. Everything was very close and easy to drive to. Room was clean and comfortable. Could hear activity in parking lot, even with windows closed, when trying to sleep. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Just off the highway, easy access.

This hotel seems to be very new. It is a great place to stay it just seems to be over priced for such a small town.
The desk clerk when we checked in was busy on his computer and seemed bothered by our showing up. He didn't give the usual check-in explainations such as internet access, breakfast hours or how long it would take to get the heat to work in our room, etc.. On the other hand, the breakfast room attendant and the desk clerk when we checked out were incredibly […] friendly. Les mer

This hotel is like new condition and room we were in was very nice, clean, with microwave and fridge. The hotel is close to the Interstate and we were aware of considerable racket from traffic. If you need a nice, clean place to stay on I-70, this is it. Beds are comfortable and bath vanity has a nice lower shelf to store your items. Liked the desk chair, too.

What a spectacular hotel chain this must be! I'll make a point of looking for them when I travel on business from now on. Enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient to I-70 as we were traveling all day on a cross country trip to California. Everything was brand new, clean and in great condition.

"Nice place to stay"
The only issue I had was with the manager. I had read about her on another hotel review site. Seemed as if she wanted to answer my questions before I could finish asking. She even assumed I was asking one question, when I had to tell her to stop, and listen before answering, since I was asking about a completely different topic. It was almost as if […] I was bothering her by asking her anything. Basically, I think it is a personality trait, not a reflection on the hotel or the chain itself. Les mer

The Sleep Inn is a fairly new hotel. Very clean and comfortable.
"Rude staff, poor facility quality"
The staff was either rude or indifferent every time we dealt with them. Upon arrival, my daughter decided she wanted a room to herself; the hotel was fully booked so no big deal, however the manner in which the girl at the front desk replied to our request (a very loud and exasperated "NO!) was uncalled for. We happened to book on the same night as […] a tour bus of seniors. Again,, no big deal, however the following morning, the driver took the only luggage cart (this is a three floor hotel with close to or over 100 rooms) and put a load of luggage on it, left it in the lobby for 30 plus minutes so that no one else could use it. I asked the front desk clerk who could have resolved the issue, who was using the cart but he refused to get involved. When the bus driver finally claimed the cart, I offered to help him load the luggage so we could get it next and he told me he needed to load two more loads of luggage. In the time I stood there waiting for him to claim the first load I could have used the cart and returned it. It is unacceptable for a hotel of this size to have only one cart and a staff so reluctant to intervene or even get another staff member to help with a problem like this. The shower water pressure was nonexistent. I cannot believe this is a new hotel! Don't go there! Les mer

"Great Overnight Stay"
Just passing through on the way to Dallas. Clean and new hotel with friendly staff. Very comfortable and great value.
The hotel is new, clean, and very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only down side was the included breakfast. It was about 20 minutes later than the posted time and was so-so. No fresh fruit or yogurt was available at 7:00. The only healthy choice was instant oatmeal.

We will definitely be staying here again. I loved this hotel! It was brand new and sparkling clean. The hallways had that new carpet smell! Clean, great breakfast for a free hotel breakfast, and quiet. No complaints. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good night's sleep.
Met my sister for a fun over night with our two kids. The pool was great, the rooms were very clean and nice and the staff was extremely nice and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, someone right there the whole time restocking. Definately would stay here again!!
