One of the best hotels in one of the funnest parts of one of my favorite cities on earth. The room was small, but perfect for a weeklong trip in Osaka

I know it's Japan but we stayed in 5 different hotels during our trip (all the same rating / price) and none of them had rooms as small as this one. It should be at least stated. We were traveling with and infant and the type of room that was assigned to us was supposed to be enough for up to 3 guests, two adults and a child well it was certainly not. […] The bed was not even a double bed it was super small. Small but good rooms. Loads of great eating places within walking distance. But the best thing is the onsen in the hotel. Great way to end a tiring sightseeing day.

I think they use the same fibreglass bathroom in all Osaka hotels as I stayed in a similar yet cheaper hotel in Shin-Osaka previously. It's SUPER SMALL. As far as the room is concerned, there's also practically no place to put luggage. Yes, I've been in JP many times and this has to be by far the tiniest room I've ever been in. Check-in times were […] very strict (I had to pay 1,000 yen an hour to check-in a couple of hours earlier, despite staying for 4 nights). Apparently the rooms were still being cleaned. When I was willing to pay, they miraculously became available. Bed is hard and free TV channels were virtually non existent. The saving grace was the LAN internet was free, which is the case in many Japanese hotels. Not sure about Wi-Fi but as advanced as Japan may be, most of their hotels in the average price range (US$80 to US$120 per night) don't provide Wi-Fi. If you're lucky, some have free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Location is good, well, because I knew exactly where I wanted to be. It's a 230 yen subway ride from Shin-Osaka, partly due to the lack of competitors (in contrast, for the same distance in Tokyo, you'll have to pay around 160 yen). In conclusion, if you're using the JR pass extensively on the Shinkansen, you're better off staying somewhere near Shin-Osaka for like US$50-70 for the same size and all. Les mer

The hotel staffs are generally curteous and helpful. The hotel looks great from outside. The room size is a typical "single room". That is, it is small, but functional. Having free internet in room is certainly a plus. If there is room for luggage it will be great. In addition to private bath, the hotel also has a public hot tub in the basement which […] should be desirable for those who enjoy it. The location is also convenient. It is just a couple of hundred yard from a subway station. Alas, that exit does not have escalator or elevator. I had to carry my luggage by hand walking 40 steps. If I am going to have a business trip to Osaka in the near future, this hotel will be one of few to be considered. Les mer

Found it easily after reading what a reviewer had written, but that tells me that the hotel could do a better job of giving directions... the staff were all friendly and did their best with a non-Japanese speaking visitor. Let us store bags there until later in the day when we were ready to move on. The onsen? What a delight.

If you expect the small size of Japanese business hotel. This hotel is great. Location and service excellent. The Onsen (hot spring) on property open till 3 am. An added bonus to the already value for money room rate. Will definitely go back next time.

ある程度狭いのは予想はしていたが、セミダブルルームを二人で宿泊というのは厳しいものがあった。安い部屋だけに窓の外は灰色の壁。私たちはどちらかといえば小柄な夫婦だが、ベット際をすれちがうこともできず、ひとりはいつもベットの上にいなければならない状態。しかし、必要最低限のものはそろっており、寝るだけなら割り切ることもできよう。地下鉄の駅からも近く、周辺はコンビニや食事どころにも困らない。特筆すべきはやはり天然温泉付きであること。これをもってたいていのマイナス点は払拭できるのではないか。

I stayed there a few days ago during the Japan Golden Week, in terms of location it's really a good one, just next to one of the exit of Midosuji Subway Line, very easy to access to popular location like Umeda/Shinsaibashi/Namba, etc... I liked the free onsen facility at B1F very much, it opens until 1AM daily, so after long walk in the city you still […] get a chance to relax, and basically the toilet in room is pretty small so I usually go straight to B1F to have shower and enjoy the hot spring. Room is a bit too small, I bought quite a lot from stuff but having difficulties to find suitable place to put them in my room. One weird thing is, the window in room can be fully opened, and I was on 10/F. There's a very narrow pathway outside so I guess this is emergency evacuation purpose, but without safety lock, children might have chance to open it accidentally. Les mer

교토에 apa호텔 객실에 일본 국국주의를 미화하는 책자가 있다. 아마 호텔 오너가 일본군국주의에 경도되어있는 사람인가 본데, 적절하지 못한 태도다. 자신의 생각을 자신이 운영하는 호텔이라고 해서 마음대로 비치하는 건 옳지않다. 호텔은 숙박시설로 여러사람들을 맞이하는 장소이지 일본군국주의 교육장이 아니다. 계속 이런식이라면 이 호텔은 거부되어야 한다.

걸어서 정말 3분거리네요 요도야바시 역에서요..나오는 출입구도 그렇게 헷갈리지 않구요... 객실에서 와이파이가 다 되어서 편했어요 안되는곳도 있는데.. 객실은 좀 작았지만 깨끗했구요 한명쓰기엔 적절해요...만족해요

위치는 정말 말도 할것없이 환상입니다 요도야바시 11번 출구 바로 앞에 있구요 청결이나 호텔 분위기 친절도 또한 좋습니다. 간사이 여행을 또 간다면 이 호텔에 묶고 싶습니다 조식또한 반찬과 종류가 다채롭습니다 온천또한 좋은 서비스 입니다 흠이 있다면 방의 크기는 정말 작습니다 이부분만 빼고는 정말 괜찬은 체인호텔입니다

This hotel is in very good location. Easy to find from Yodoyabashi station exit 11. Turn left and walk 1 minutes only. Hotel is very new and all service are satisfied. Except the room is a bit small but this is expected in Osaka. The basement hot bath is a bonus for our trip and it really relax after whole day walk outside. ホテル中に立ち込める温泉の香りが好印象。スタッフの対応が丁寧な上、全体として清潔感がある点が良かった。また、温泉に入れるのもとてもありがたいが、入浴時間が夜1時までと限られているため、観光で遅くまで外出する人にとっては不便さを感じられるかもしれない。この点を改善されるとなお良いと思った。

객실은 여느 비지니스 호텔과 비슷하지만 지하에 있는 싸우나가 앞권입니다. 여행의 피로가 싹 풀리네요 강추입니다^^

地下鉄御堂筋線淀屋橋駅が直近の駅だが、堺筋線北浜駅にもそう遠くない。駅と直結ではないが、ロケーションはよいと思う。シングルの部屋は狭いが、値段相応といったところ。天然温泉があるのがプラスポイント。

バスルームには歯ブラシ、ヘアブラシ、カミソリ、綿棒、シャワーキャップとボディーウォッシュ用のスポンジがあり、必要最低限のアメニティ。スポンジはありそうでないホテルが多いのでうれしいです。浴衣は寝ているとはだけてしまうのでお腹を冷やさないようなアンダーパンツを持参してます。ポットに水を入れづらいので大きめのマグカップだとうれしいです。前回の部屋は無地で普通の大きさで今回は若干使い古しな感じのロゴが擦り切れた小さめのマグでちょっとガッカリ。日経だともっとうれしいけど朝日新聞がただなのもお得。雨の日は先着順ですが傘の貸出もうれしいサービス。

駅から近く便利。エレベーターが中々来ないのが難点かつ大浴場は食堂と同じフロアで食事時の利用は躊躇する。部屋が狭いせいかバスルームのドアが完全には開かず、途中で止まるような仕様で何度も開けては引っ掛けた。朝食のパンは小さめサイズはアイディアは良いがあまり美味しくなかった。

全館禁煙とのことでしたが、部屋のタバコの臭いが気になりました。その点を除けば満足でした。

部屋がかなり狭いです。 朝食のスクランブルド エッグがおいしくなかったです。 朝食のパンの種類が少なかったです。 朝食の皿に枠がついていて使いにくかったです。

娘の誕生日がお盆で､記念に遠出するにも､交通機関の混雑と､親子2人で泊れるﾎﾃﾙが､なかなか無く､大阪に住み乍､大阪の天然温泉付ﾎﾃﾙの､お風呂を楽しもうと､添い寝が出来､安価だったので決めました｡ 水風呂が常温で､子供は喜んでましたが､大人としては､長湯やｻｳﾅに入るので､冷たい方が良いと感じました｡

宿泊当日暑かったのでシャワーを浴びてから仕事に行こうとし浴びた後でエアコンをつけたところ暖房と送風で冷房が無く汗が止まらずフロントで確認したらまだ冷房の準備がまだだといわれました。窓を開けると工事の音がうるさく夜のマッサージも汗をかきながらのマッサージでした。 フロントの対応はすごく良く朝食も評判どおりにおいしくいただけ満足はしましたが感想は暑かったです。

連泊した場合に、浴衣とタオルのみ交換を希望しましたが、エコでよいシステムだと思いました。 一日目より二日目、二日目より三日目とだんだん良く眠れました。 ただ、コーヒー、紅茶、緑茶がが3泊で各一袋はエコというよりちょっと淋しかったです。
