Isolated location though a very brief walk to the JR subway station. They don't allow check-in even 30 minutes before 3pm. Too functional (read: too non-human).

The only spot to put your bag? in front of the door or in front of bathroom door. Have fun moving your bag the entire trip to access the outside or bathroom! Oh! they also turn off the air conditioner and you have to complain to get it turned on. I stayed at 6 hotels during my stay in Japan, and this was the worst and almost the most expensive, LOL […] ! The hotel is located in a very quiet town with just Lawson nearby. I did not use much of the hotel service as I only stayed for one night. The room given is very comfortable with 2 origami cranes to welcome me. Though I booked a single room, I was given a semi double bed which added more comfort to my night.

Exit from shiomi station turn right, to see hotel on the right. Convenient as there is macdonalds and supermarket near subway. 3 stops from Disney, 3 stops from Tokyo station. When we didnt need to make up room, they provided fresh yukatas and towels outside our door.

The room was small... smaller than a cruise ship room, but that was expected (as with most Japanese hotels I've stayed in.) That said, the room was clean; service was great; and location was VERY convenient (right near Shiomi station.) There is also a McDonalds and grocery store in short walking distance. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable and so was the pillow. Service was more than adequate, and the staff spoke good enough English to help me get settled in. There`s a convenience store downstairs next to the lobby so it`s easy to get a quick snack or a drink. The train station is very close, and you can see the hotel from the platform.

This hotel is relatively close from downtown, but in an area of the city very quiet at night. There is a McDonalds and a supermarket next to the station. The room is very small as most tokyo hotels, but the bed is ultraclean and very soft. If you are tired of Tokyo crowd, come here and relax.

Loved the free Japanese style bath for guests. Convenient access to Shoumei station (which is on the JR line which is available to tourists on the rail pass).

The hotel is located slightly off track of main Tokyo. Shiomi is located on a local stop of the Keiyo Line, so trains come around every 10 minutes or so. The hotel is in a good location as far as connection to the transportation--2 minute walk from the Shiomi JR station. Exit west side--not the grocery store side and you can see the hotel. Hotel staff spoke reasonable English but could not respond to some questions. There is no internet in the rooms and only Japanese TV. The hotel has washers and dryers on the second floor at a reasonable cost. There was a great onsen on the second floor also--very relaxing and clean. typical Japanese business hotel where a single means single, even finding room for a suitcase is a challenge. Well appointed, super clean room just three short stops from Tokyo Stn. on the Keyo line, but in a pretty dead neighborhood. No instructions in English for the TV remote and the AC, and I used neither.

Hotel has a good location, near to Shiomi station. Just several stations from Disneyland. Staff speak minimum English. Rooms are a bit too small for 2 adults + 2 young children. However, rooms are modern and self-sufficient.

In a nutshell, this hotel is located close to Tokyo Disneyland. Stop at the Shiomi station (suburbs!!) for a 2min walk to this hotel. However Shiomi is still quite a distance (30-35mins) away from Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku and Ginza. It was really close and convenient to not only the station but Tokyo Disney. Everything was new and clean, and it had a convenience store right there also. Made things very easy :D

飯店離潮見車站很近，走路約3分鐘可到，電車到舞濱也只有3站，車站前的超市開到凌晨一點，買東西很方便。

這酒店可說是「平靚正」，酒店看來頗新，雖然房間非常狹窄，但設備齊全，員工服務親切，衛生清潔良好，房內有無線WiFi，信號穩定速度快，不需自備無線router，床頭更備有電源插頭，方便晚間手機充電，最愛酒店的大浴場，也有露天風呂，酒店內有便利店，酒店距離車站很近，車站前也有中型超市及小型麥當勞，很方便。距離東京迪士尼樂園很近，若嫌迪士尼酒店貴，可考慮下榻這酒店，可省會不少住宿費用，但距離東京市中心則有點遠。

大変満足です☆ なんといっても、やっぱり大浴場ですよ 広いしゆっくりとお風呂に入れれば、ゆっくり寛いだも同然！部屋も綺麗だし駅から近いしコンビニもスーパーも食べるところもあるし、すべてに満足でした！次回も検討中です

若想住離迪士尼近一點的地點, 潮見APA是個不錯的地點. 樓下有便利店...附近又有超市及可吃東西的店(有幾家而巳, 其中有一家是平價的.), 也有麥當勞. 算是不錯的點.只是房間小了點..好擠. 從迪士尼玩的很玩回飯店, 挺方便的.

호텔 자체는 이용하기 괜찮습니다. 조식이 포함된 옵션이 있었는지는 잘 모르겠지만 저희는 숙박비에 조식이 포함되어 있지 않았다는 것이 좀 아쉬웠고요.. 주변이 좀 한산해서 호텔 말고는 딱히 밖에 나가 음식점을 찾거나 볼 것이 많지 않아 좀 불편했습니다. 투숙객이라면 무료로 사용할 수 있는 스파가 있어 이 점이 좀 보완되기는 하네요. 시오미역에서도 가까워 편리했고요. 전체적으로 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 역시 조식이 걸리네요..ㅎㅎ

飯店就在車站出口步行5分鐘~飯店樓下也有便利商店~車站旁也有超市~交通很方便~但小小缺點就是附近店家就沒那麼多可以逛~房間不大.但很乾淨~最意外的是房內床頭竟有放一張小卡,上面寫的哪位清潔員打掃的~(可見對環境的要求有一定的水準~讚~) ,此外飯店也有室內.室外湯屋~(室外小了點).下次還會想入住的飯店~

에키마에 답게 역에서 걸어서 5분도 안걸리고 역 바로 앞에 커다란 마트도 있고 맥도날드도 있습니다. 프론트 직원도 모두 친절했고 시설도 번쩍번쩍 예뻤습니다. 침대도 매우 푹신하고 아침에 조금 늦게 일어나는바람에 룸청소를 거절했더니 외출하고 돌아오니 방 앞에 새 수건과 칫솔, 물, 발수건 등이 봉투에 가지런히 담겨 놓여져있었습니다. 방도 매우 깨끗하고 아주아주 아늑하고 좋았습니다. 다음에 다시 일본에 가게 되면 꼭 또 들르고 싶습니다.

It was the best sleep in Tokyo 6-day trip~!! The mattress was pillowtop and down comforter~!! You can't find this type of bedding for this price~!! Will definitely go back and stay again. 価格の割には、まずまずです。 大浴場もあり、快適に過ごせました。 コンビニも隣接しており不自由はありませんが、ホテル、駅周辺にレストランはあまりありません。

潮見駅のすぐ近くで場所は文句なし。設備も悪くないし、温泉付きの大浴場はいい。サービスも悪くない。全体の評価を落とす唯一の点は壁が薄いこと。飛行機の音が聞こえるのはそれ程気にならなかったが、隣の部屋の人の咳が聞こえるのは何とも。テレビの音にも気を使わざるを得ない。

なにより、大浴場はきれいで大きくて最高です。 それと、コンビニが併設されており、非常に便利でした。 スタッフ対応なども、よかったです。 部屋は、普通のビジネスホテル並みでした。（ベットが少し大きかったかな） ただし、空調に問題あり。暖房をつけていないにもかかわらず、暑い。冷房がつかない。フロントに電話したら、冬は冷房がつかないとのこと。窓を開けたり閉めたりして、温度調節しました。

始めて利用させて頂きました。施設はとても綺麗で駅からすぐなのですごく便利でした。お部屋は少々狭く、中型のスーツケースを広げられるようなスペースは無かったのですが、お値段がお安かったので、十分だと思いました。大浴場は利用しやすいのですが、お湯がぬるめだった事とシャワーの水圧が低く長い髪が洗いにくかった事がマイナス点です。

Very nice hotel. We planned to stay in Tokyo for 3 nights for New Year's Eve and have a real good time! In the end, we didn't want to leave anymore. The room is small as expected, but not a problem for me. Hotel is right next to the metro station and that is convenient. Room is clean and well equipped. If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room except for sleeping, this hotel is recommended at this price level (at the time I stayed)
